I recommend keystone shops (south Philly) for several reasons. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable each time I visit. I can tell them the vibe and they alway point me in the right direction. They also always have amazing sales going on. The biggest perk about keystone are their hours and services. They are definitely my number one go to for all of my THC needs.

Great experience. I am new to the medical Marijuana world. I was greeted by Joe C and explained to him kind of what I was dealing with and he pointed me to exactly what would work for me. It was very very obvious the staff is well educated on what they do.Everyone seemed extremely friendly and the work atmosphere was great which helps make me as a customer feel comfortable.Thank you to everyone and Joe for listening and helping me understand what I was purchasing and why he recommended that.

The first dispensary I went to. My experience was great. There was a very good special for first time customers which I kind of wish I set aside more money to take more advantage of the deal. None the less I got some great product for a good price. I was assisted by Devon she was very kind, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable as a first time buyer. Definitely will be returning.

Trulieve (formerly keystone) is my favorite dispensary thanks to their amazing staff. They remember you by name, always have an engaging conversation, and have the best recommendations. When in Philly, this is my go-to spot for my MMJ needs.

Great customer service. They are very helpful and have a good selection. Easy access to parking lot with ample space. Clean inside and out and have safety in mind. All around good experience each time I go.

Selection is always varied and vast, though I wish they’d break the habit of stocking a lot of g-leaf. Drive through is quite convenient, and the pre order feature means I can scoop something up before the masses consume it. Most important, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Love! Love! Love This place!I am handicapped and this is the first off amazing that they are accessible. And parking lots of parking!! From the security guard to the front desk and everyone in between is nice and friendly and curtious. The prices are great! Every day a different deal. I found my nee spot. Oh did I mention that they have curbside pickup and you tell them what parking spot you in once you are an established customer love it! Keystone is by new spot!

Adelaide and Dario were especially helpful. Unlike many shops in this state, they did not treat me like a nuisance who should spend as little time in the shop as possible. They were patient and discussed terpene profiles and patient feedback. I will definitely be recommending this shop to others!

The staff alone is a great reason why to go here. Also the curb side pickup is easy as long as you make an order ahead of time online you make their jobs easier and more efficient. The menu is always having new product or deals so I keep up on the menu daily. I also check the menu at open so I might see way more product then someone checking an hour before close. Keystone is the place to be. Love you guys!

When I was a newbie at the dispensary the whole staff pitched in to make sure I was comforttabrl and was leaving eith all the “supplies” I needed. They went into detail about which strains/ brands are most popular and what the effects are said to be for the strains/brands in which i was inquiring about. Now a little more than a. Year later I have two favorite and I always tends to lean to those two. I haven’t set out to try andy thing new but once again staff really took the time to explain everytujgn I needed to know regarding the one strain I would like to be able to get more often however it seems that they haven’t had it at all lately. Sundae Driver is great strain and I absolutely love it - although they did Not have this particular kind two staff members really helped me out by explaining how another strain is almost identical to the sundae driver strain. Always so much help. i always frequent the one on packer ave because everyone there is absolutely amazing!!!!! Staff is knowledgable/helpful/ & displays great customer service skills.

Sadly have to change my 5 star review. I believe owner changed and so did some policies. Now customer service has been outsourced. I had an issue in accessing the shop one day on Eagles game day and after talking with cust. service. 2 out of 3 of the agents were rude for no reason. I wont be coming back. I was having a rough day that day and really did not enjoy being talked to in the way I was. I wish I could have talked to someone in-store that day because the staff there are so friendly and nice. I wont be back.

Weak veterans discount and higher prices long waiting times.Edit. I should elaborate on this a bit more. When I say weak veterans discount I want to include seniors to that as well. We receive 20% off once a week, the remaining week we get a paltry 5% keystone is literally down the street from me and I would rather travel to fish town because of the better perks and discount. The wait times refer to the express option when purchasing online. Ive put orders in advance and still waited at least 20 mins. There are other dispensaries in the area that may offer only a 10% discount, but that also have a point program. Keystone offers nothing to make me as a customer want to come back honestly. I would love to continue to be a patient at this location, but I feel at this point in time I will seek other options that better suite me as a vet and consumer.

Pricey although they all are. Staff very nice & helpful. Gus & Hailey are awesome. Love GrassRoots products. However purchased grassroots flower for the 1st time. Never again. Dosido was awful. Cone wouldnt light and bowl would go out after each hit. It was damp & looked awful. Really disappointed.

I met with a young lady named Kayla who took the time to educate me on the best products to treat chronic back pain! It was the best experience! I honestly liked this dispensary at first it was pretty convenient as far as getting your order fast,I just honestly wish they had some type of points program for regular customers.Every other dispensary give you points for every dollar you spend which allows you to get pretty awesome discounts! At this dispensary they only offer veteran and senior discounts which is cool but I know I can go to other dispensaries in the area and save money and get good quality stuff! like curaleaf for example they have a awesome points program and theyre pretty convenient. I like this place only because its like 5 mins from my house but I dont mind traveling a extra 10 mins to save money sorry keystone.

I love keystone South Philly. Always kind and polite. Unlike KOP Keystone where they try to take your money and bully you if you are a woman. And they try to intimidate you while trying to humiliate you in KING OF PRUSSIA. At least that was my experience. I dislike the KOP branch they really tried to get me for 60.00. It’s a long sad story that started with the security guy who takes you order if he doesn’t like your tone you are toast. This was truly my worst experience ever and I did not ever go back they were not worth it to me. I consider them all losers for ganging up on me and trying to take my money....I really needed my pain meds and this group found it funny and in no way helped me.

One of the best dispensaries in the greater Philadelphia area. Great product selection (now carrying Ilera). Very knowledgeable staff. It can be a long wait time, but thats really only during the pandemic and due to extreme customer volume. Just got 20% off on my birthday, which is redeemable the day before or after so its flexible with your schedule.They have good deals and I go the extra distance from Delco because its such an enjoyable experience.

I SEE WHY THEY ALWAYS HAVE FLOWER NOW, NOBODY WANTS DEAL WITH THIS WHEN JUST TRYING TO PICK UP YOUR MEDICINE. I WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO COMPLAIN TO THE STATE ABOUT SHABBY SERVICE. Even when its busy you can get your order pretty quick. They will always have better stock than the others (both strain type and quantity.) And just like all keystone shops, everyone from the security to the bud tenders are happy to have you there and are there to help, no judgments here!

I love Keystone South Philly! The shop is staffed by extremely friendly and knowledgeable people that always seem genuinely enthusiastic about their jobs. The atmosphere in the store is bright and clean; imagine an Apple Store crossed with a bank. Prices are among the best in the state and there are ample promotions available to save you money here and there. Lastly, it’s worth noting that the shop is kid friendly if you need to bring along your child.

I went in there knowing exactly what I wanted but still ended up purchasing more due to the helpful dispensary agent. I even spent so much on my first visit that they gave me a complimentary battery. I am returning today and look forward to their VERY extensive menu [in a good way!] and some great product!
