University City location: I haven’t had any issues since coming here. The whole staff is friendly and checkout is always a breeze for me.Today I did a walk in instead of online order. I normally get CBD oils, pens and live resin. My server was Xavier. First of all he was super nice and funny! I He made me feel very comfortable while assisting me so I asked him what he would recommend for a flower because some suggestions I’ve gotten I was disappointed…really disappointed.I appreciated that he asked me what was I looking for and what I wanted to feel. He made a suggestion on a flower for me. I feel AMAZING!I like how relaxed and comfortable I am currently feeling. I would definitely get that flower again and would love to have Xavier assist me again. He was a pleasure to have help me. I can tell he really loves his job!

I frequent this location because it’s close to where I work and they always have exactly the right stains available for my PTSD/Anxiety. And everyone is always very helpful, and knowledgeable.As someone who has difficulty dealing with certain situations due to my anxiety issues I would like to thank my PC Danielle she’s conversationaland charismatic and made it very easy for me.Highly recommended!

I mentioned what i was looking for and my medical needs and the tech knew ex-freaking-xactly what i needed right away. I was in and out in like 5 minutes on my first visit. and Im extremely impressed by the choices she helped me make. Fast, efficient, well stocked, kind, very good experience.

Didn’t feel welcomed. The unwarranted spiel about “no recording” was very much giving “please don’t case the place to have your homies rob us” (wasn’t recording and didn’t plan to). The goth secretary seemed afraid of me (how ironic) but was very warm to the white guy that came in after me. They don’t take cards only cash (now that’s ghetto). None of the flower I wanted was available. The security guard was nice (only other black person in the vicinity). Overall lackluster dispensary with microagressive vibes.

Every time I come here, I leave feeling appreciated as a customer and uplifted by my interaction with the sales person who helped me. Everyone is so kind and helpful!EDIT: removing two stars because twice now I’ve gotten incorrect information about certifications and card expiration dates which is extremely unhelpful. Yes, everyone is nice and helpful in store but they are a mess as far as accurate, necessary information goes.

Before visiting the Northern Liberties dispensary, we (me, my mom, and her doctor) had an extensive email interaction followed by an online consultation with Mike Ruggiero.He is simply extraordinary. His depth of knowledge, his communication skills, his empathy--all are exceptional. By virtue of my profession (software architect), I have a particular reverence for minds that can dive deeply into the details while still maintaining a higher level perspective; Mike Ruggiero personifies that cognitive combination in a warm, empathetic, and caring package. I couldnt say enough about him.

I like this place because they have armed guards, which make me feel safe in a dangerous city. The service has been great every time I have been to the Center City, Philadelphia store on Samson St. The sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful. I always have a good point-of-sale experience there. Negatives: The flower is always dried out. They have an extremely limited line of tinctures, which many people prefer, who are trying to protect their lungs. Their menu, comparatively, does not hold up to some other dispensaries but the people and the service is excellent.

The Samson street store is the most SLOW moving store out of all of them. One always have to wait for a minimum of 15 minutes and this is when there in NO-one at the store. I can see inside and they are not busy and yet they make people wait for AN EXTREMELY AND UNNECESSARY amount of time. Don’t visit if u in a rush.

The service is great and everyone is incredibly friendly!The atmosphere is very nice!Unfortunately it’s often uncomfortably loud in their waiting room with loud music/multiple TVs playing, which sometimes leaves me feeling really overwhelmed while I wait in addition to making it harder to hear the staff behind their masks.

Used to love this place especially for the rewards program probably one of the best in the state, however over the last few months things have MAJORLY gone downhill. Inventory has been completely neglected and some products are either not being stocked at all or some have been sitting on the shelves for the past 6 months in herendous conditions (oh if I was legally allowed to post pictures I would). Not only that but THEY are not even allowed to check the quality of the products they recieve from the companies. And if you buy one of those poorly handled products tough luck, you are stuck with it cause they will not take it back for any exchange or refund. I FOR A FACT will never go here again...

Was in the city yesterday and looked up and saw the logo and forgot they had a location in the city. Its kind of hard to spot. I all most walked right past it. Anyway stopped in just to look around and maybe get something small.I wanted to take a pic of the front area for mad google reviewer points but the girl at the desk was polite but being kinda weird 😬...NOT about taking a pic because I didnt ask yet but whatever, anyway if ever in the city I will stop in soon. Also there was no crowd. Parking WILL be an issue for anyone who wants to check it out.Unlike Ardmore, you HAVE to show your card to even get in the door. I noticed it at the other inner city dispensary locations too.

I recently got my medical ID and walked in not knowing much of anything in the way of what to get that would help me with my pain/anxiety. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly helpful and answered every question that I had more than once. The employees with which I spoke were well versed in what each strain was made up of and what the ingredients could do for me. They were patient and I left knowing that Id be back soon.

I am a new MMJ patient, and had never been to a dispensary in my entire life before this. Upon entering the front door, I was greeted by a security officer and an attendant at a computer behind a thick pan of bulletproof glass. I was very nervous, but the attendant helped me check in and told me to take a seat until I was called. After 5 minutes of chatting with other patients in the lobby, I was called into the dispensary. I had placed my order online, and was told that it was ready and waiting to be picked up. One of the employees informed me that they are cash-only, and that there is an ATM available in the dispensary. I went to the counter and one of the bud tenders checked with me to make sure everything I had ordered was accounted for. I asked a few questions, and he answered them for me. I then paid and left. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes and was easy. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the space is very clean and inviting. I will definitely be going back

My visit to Beyond / Hello was my first visit to a dispensary, so it was a new experience for me.I was greeted kindly and properly directed. After a short wait in the lobby I spent time in the sales section of the dispensary. It was modern and clean in here. Personalized check out sections allowed for 1 on 1 help with an employee which I appreciated.Felt welcomed and informed and more prepared for my next visit.Really liked this place!

I like it here but its not very welcoming. Whenever I go in they cant ever give me a menu they immideatly say to go online to view the menu but most of the time the internet is slow and takes too long... unless its an emergency and Im stuck in center city then Ill go here but other than that Im good.

So, I bought an eight of Bio Jesus (3.5g) and when I went home to weigh it out it was only 2 grams. Not only was I shortened, the online registrations is a joke. I can place an online order at 9 and wont get a confirmation for my order for the next 4 hours. And by time I get there or called the things I wanted is gone or they catching an attitude. Great selection but horrible service. Stick to cure and verilife

I’ve been in Center City for the last week as my 5 year old daughter has been very ill and staying in the children’s hospital. I needed to find a dispensary I could walk to especially when I heard how long the stay was expected to be. From a purely commercial standpoint they have the most diverse menu I’ve seen with brand names I’ve never heard of so it was exciting. They have the best promotions and deals I’ve experience by a very wide margin.From a human perspective I was treated with incredible kindness by both the staff and local patients. My anxiety at being away from my daughter was palpable and they moved me right to the front with the Lessing of patients who were there before me. The tenders are educated and compassionate. They know the community and the community knows them. 10 stars out of 5....this is how all patients should be treated regardless of the service provided. I will commute to shop here at times even with the traffic on 95.

I went in on opening day Jan. 24th 2019 I live right around the corner and have been so excited waiting for this medical dispensary to open... And WOW the wait was worth it this store is by far the best dispensary that I have been to in PA and Ange who helped me was AMAZING her customer/patient service was excellent. The store layout is fantastic and efficient; it reminds of a premium Denver Colorado dispensary. This is my new dispensary, and I highly recommend Beyond/Hello in Center City.

Points system is a joke, can only ever redeem 10 points at a time so you end up with a ton of points you can’t use. They take forever to get ur stuff, they nickel and dim you constantly ie. Offer discounts that don’t apply when points system applied

The Ardmore, PA location is great! Clean facility, friendly staff, very quick and easy to shop with these folks. Every time Im there, the staff is always ready to answer any questions and offer suggestions. Absolutely recommend!

Absolutely horrible experience. The guy who helped me acted like he was selling cars. Sales driven and not interested at all in helping me choose something in line with my issue. This is the type of place that gives medicinal cannabis a bad rep. Full of young kids legally selling weed if what it felt like. Nothing peaceful, assuring or calm about any of it. I tried calling to speak with the manager and nobody was ever available. I messaged them on IG and the never responded. Clearly the raving reviews on here are fake. I forgot!! In the bag with my product was a “coupon” that if I gave 5 stars on GOOGLE I would get $$ off my next purchase. Pathetic

My experience at the Center City Beyond/Hello location was above and beyond what I expected. Been to a few dispensaries in the area, but the customer service at beyond/hello was great! The staff is super helpful, very professional and they were able to answer all my questions. They were even able to give me some counseling on what would be best for me since I am new to this. I really enjoyed going into the store- it was the second medical store I went into in Philadelphia. the first medical store I tried I was the only person in the store room. The sales woman didn’t explain any strands, give any knowledge of the medical marijuana and how it can affect me personally. It seemed to be more about the sale then the product. At Beyond hello, I was greeted with super nice knowledgeable women at the front window. Then once I entered the storeroom, there were lots of customers in the store, which made it a more pleasant atmosphere. Plus there was tubs of jolly ranchers I could have for free:) loved that! Plus Andrew, my sales person was super helpful at beyond/ hello. He educated me so well on so many levels. It was really a fantastic experience! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a store for medical marijuana in philly. Plus the staff offered to watch my car when I parked my car in a 30 min loading tow zone :) that’s fantastic service!!! Thank you!!

Beyond/hello was the first medical dispensary I went to and I have to say they had the best selection and stocked inventory out of all the medical dispensaries I have been to so far, staff was helpful/knowledgeable they didn’t overload me with info about all of the products because I had been to a recreation dispensary before, I also like their opportunities to earn discounts would, a little difficult to find walked by the store about 8 times before I found it, because the store front is poorly advertised and in a very nondescript building my only complaint was the poor advertising/easy to miss location

Great staff, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable however this location seems to be consistently stocked less than Northern Libs. Every time I come to this location they’re sold out of a lot of items that makes coming here wildly inconvenient (although the location is awesome). Flower is even more nonexistent than other dispensaries. I will only return to this location to use my coupons. Some adjustments should be made to account for the heavy foot traffic CC gets. It would also be nice if they offered an online system like Cure so the discrepancies between online and live stock isn’t a consistent issue.Update, some issues I’ve had at this location: I purchased a palm Ccell that looked used when I opened it once I got home. It was missing a charger and a magnetic adapter that should’ve been included. I called in immediately and the representative who answered the phone was very lackadaisical like oh I don’t know what we can do it’ll be up to my manager. It was an easy exchange when I came in but I don’t understand why the original representative was acting as if it wouldn’t be honored. I also purchased two different disposable carts (grassroots) that failed to blow even when there is visible oil left in the cartridge. The representative told me that happens all the time. No acknowledgement of reporting it to the manager. I find these carts overpriced enough as if, I’d like to get what I pay for and I’m sure others do as well. There needs to be some give here with properly addressing customers complaints or concerns.

Dont waste your time. I literally made a reservation over the phone & when I got there 45 min later they tell me the product that I RESERVED wasnt in stock, also some of the workers will put your med & license card in the bag with the product causing u to accidentally throw them out smh. This was my 1st trip after getting my card. I was very nervous because most of my smoking was done when it was a felony. But when I arrived they were very nice. I never had a convo with the guard who was very helpful. When I was let in the clerk behind the counter was so helpful and kind. I was clearly nervous and feeling awkward but he made me feel normal and let me take my time. They are very knowledgeable about all the different strains, terpines, and effects of their products. I have digestive disease and they were able to find me a product that works perfectly. The store is clean and bright and feels safe. They also have run several new patient or general promotions. I buy in bulk and every order has been with at least a small discount. Not saying they will always do this but it was a major factor in my continuing to return. The only downside is they are always running out of flower! In brief: great store, kind & attentive staff, great prices, and great vibe!

The 1st time I went to BEYOND/HELLO was for their Grand Opening. It was quite impressive because I had a chance to speak with reps from every grower out so far.Ive since been back on a couple of occasions and have not been disappointed.The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The dispensary is well stocked, clean and conveniently located in Center City making it easy to get to.This is definitely a place youll want to check out.

This is the first dispensary I have ever been in. Lauren welcomed me like I was an old friend. Made it very comfortable. I am very pleased with the service and selection of products. My guy Andrew answered every question I asked. I am loving the Veterans Discount as well!!Ive found the best dispensary and I wont be going anywhere else anytime soon!!

I visited this establishment for the first time and I was amazed at the level in which they took care of me as I am legally blind and was unsure about the whole process. However a staff member took me by the arm a led me to someone who walked me through every question I had and explained everything in detail. The staff was friendly kind and extremely helpful. I will definitely be a returning patient.

All in all, a great location. Took me a little while to find the store on my first visit, but once I did, it’s by far the best dispensary location in the entire city. A great selection, an insanely well trained staff, and one of the best all-around visits to a dispensary since I’ve gotten my medical card. Can’t wait to return again!

I went into this location the other day and was blown away by the entire experience. The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the quality and quantity of the products was large and great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The staff is well versed on the products they sell. Made me feel right at home, at ease, even security was very polite. Very clean and very fast with the staff. If I had a question, they were quick to respond. Will definitely visit again.

It was crowded. No social distancing stickers or anything like that. No convenient parking. I placed an online order and it was improperly dispensed. I ordered the starqueen at $65 and they gave me, and had me pay for, the stardawg which is $85. The only reason I didnt notice at the time is the total was close to what I expected to pay due to a new patient discount I wasnt aware of. I called to let them know, and the woman who answered blamed me for not checking my bag on the way out. Lets think about that for a second. This is my medicine. When I go to the pharmacy, is it my responsibility to make sure they gave me the right medicine? This location is very inconvenient to get to and park at for me. I specifically came to this location because it had what I wanted, at the price I wanted it. Ill stick with the beyond/hello on 5th in the future. The parking there is great and theyve never messed up my order.P.S. I specifically wanted to buy starqueen at the first day of fall price because it was only supposed to be $52. Thats less than I think the extract is worth even on the street, which was the point. John Boehner vehemently opposed medical marijuana. Until, that is, he was appointed to the board of advisers for Acreage Holdings, an 11 state Big Cannabis company formerly known as High Street Capital Partners. It is a financial backer of Prime Wellness. All credit goes to the Inquirer for reporting all this, Im just sharing the shady truth. I had to lower to 1 star because now I feel like I could have stuck it to John harder. Thanks for ruining it 🙄

The experience was welcoming from the start. The security guards and front desk employee were extremely attentive. I was immediately called back into the dispensary from the waiting room since it was not busy. Zach helped me through my whole process and made it the best first time experience.One thing to note is the place is cash only so please come prepared if you would like to avoid the $3 transaction fee!

This was my first time visiting Beyond Hello in Center City. I was a little nervous at first, because I did not know what to expect. However, as soon as I walked into the dispensary, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. My consultant Kaylyn was very knowledgeable about the products. Our new favorite dispensary! We were not looking for a new dispensary, but we came to Beyond/Hello because the dispensaries, which are located closer to us, were out of the product we needed. We did not have a good experience at another dispensary located in downtown Philly so we were hesitant to give it a try, but we are so glad we did! The facilities are really nice, there is ample parking (small fee of $1 for 20 min and $2 for 40 min), and there are no stairs to access, which is important for many patients. The staff is what really makes the difference here! They were all extremely kind and knowledgeable. I am a caregiver. I spoke with the pharmacist on the phone and she reviewed the products we already had (from another dispensary) and offered suggestions about how they might best work for the patient- no pressure to buy anything from them. The focus is clearly about understanding and caring for the patients. We will go out of our way to visit this dispensary. I cant recommend Beyond/Hello enough!

Nothing but good things. Scott the pharmacist was patient, very helpful, and knowledgeable. The bud tenders were also all friendly. Very positive experience for my first visit to any dispensary.

From being greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, to the pleasant waiting room and nice selection of product on the menu, this dispensary is one of the nicest ones I have been in so far. The location is great and within walking distance of my work. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Today was my very first time at a dispensary. I had no idea what I was doing. All of the staff at Beyond Hello was very patient, knowledgeable, & accommodating. They offer daily customer appreciation specials & rewards, as well as veterans & senior discounts... Todays special was a lotto- I entered & won $60 off my total purchase! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I will definitely be exclusively using Beyond Hello for all my MMJ needs!

I love the different selections they have of all the different pods. Most places only have 1 or 2 different kinds for each kind of pen. Here they have way more strains of pods for each kind of pen which is way awesome. Staff is awesome, store is step-up good. The only complaint I have is that it’s about $5-$10 more expensive than anywhere else

Went to Beyond Hello for the first time. Compared to other dispensaries in my area, Beyond/Hello had the most options as well as the best quality. I will definitely be returning here as my primary dispensary! They also have lots of incentives for new patients, so be sure to ask about them!

Beautiful, well-lit space, with friendly, knowledgable staff. Its like going to the Apple store. I was turned away from another spot because they were closing within the hour, but this place had me in and out within 10 minutes later that same night. Wont go anywhere else from now on.

Very open atmosphere. The pharmacist was move my first time there and could see I was a little down. They have a great concentrate menu and a lot of discounts your first time there. Also forgot to mention I like the armed guard at the door. Good call.

A beautiful dispensary in a charming part of center city on Sansom east of Broad. We are talking about a big new gorgeous facility with a warm and educated staff. My daughter’s been very sick in the Children’s Hospital and I’ve walked there several times now. They remember me, ask about my daughter, offer rapid service, and have the most diverse menu I’ve seen with brands I’ve never tried. They were so helpful, and the promotions they offer are superior to any other dispensary I’ve dealt with by an insanely wide margin. So grateful for Beyond/Hello and yes I will return here even when it means commuting from the burbs.

This was my first time visiting a dispensary since getting my medical card. I was a bit nervous as I feel like all of the information and sitting down with a pharmacist can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. Im so glad I chose Beyond Hello as my first choice! Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and super nice. No one pressured me to see a pharmacist on my first time. I worked with Tom to find all of the products that we right for me. I asked him at least 20 questions and he answered every single one thoroughly. He also gave me a brand bag and some discount cards. I will for sure be back and will be asking for Tom every time!!! They also have a waiting room that guests of patients can sit in. Thank you for your A+ customer service!
