I arrived at Jefferson lab at 7:44am this morning. I am still waiting to be seen and it is now 8:24. I wanted to get here early so I can make it to work on time at 8:30am. Now I will be late.

Posting this review to thank them for improving their process and overall experience during COVID-19. If you have been delaying getting a routine test done, like I did, the process is streamlined and safe. You check in at the computer kiosk and all staff are wearing masks and shields. There are only a few chairs in the big waiting room and theyre spaced way apart. Most patients are sent directly from check in to the admin room across the hall. My visit was done in 20 minutes. Before this, I would wait 1 to 1/2 hours to get the same test done.

Its convenient and they are open on Saturdays which is a huge plus for many of us with time constraints during the work week.

I love Jeff and my doctors. I value the care I get here. But the Outpatient Lab is always a terrible experience. It’s weird because years ago you had to sign in, someone took you paper scrip, put it in box and next tech picked it up. Never took more than 20 minutes. Now that it has been upgraded with a million empty desks, sign in kiosk etc you have to plan to be there for 1-2 hours. Insane. Absolutely insane.

Nice staff and fairly quick service.

Doing lunchtime a bit of a wait but other than that the staff are always pleasant and amazing!!

I love the care I receive at Jefferson from the treatment team, but the labs are the worst experience of care. You have to plan at least half a day just to sit in the waiting area to have your labs taken. They used to have 2 locations in CC, but since they combined them into one the wait times are incredibly long. If it wasnt vital to my care, I wouldnt do it.

Wait time is ridiculous! Never wait long at Penn! Definitely needs fixed by Jefferson.

The phone at the Out Patient Lab rings forever! When someone finally picks up they immediately put you on hold, which lasts forever.This is not patient-centric at all, and is in fact, very disappointing and discouraging treatment.Where is the care and concern for your patients?
