Last time I visited I was please with the quality but NOT the size.TODAY however, I am beyond please! The owner did this style,she was pleasant and fast❤️

This was my first time to the shop and it would probably be my last. The braiders were maskless although the patrons were masked and distanced in chairs. I had to wait 5 hours to get in the chair, and all the while I believe it was the owner was telling me someone was coming to braid my hair. They didnt have the color to match my hair and so I just went with a color to be serviced after waiting so long and refusing to waste my Saturday. I was charged $180 for bra length individuals, while someone else was being charged $200 for knottless and butt length. The pricing was a $20 difference while what I was getting is significantly shorter and traditional individuals. I feel like they just randomly assign prices as I listened to the owner charge a lady $160 for individuals smaller jn comparison to my braids, but the same length and she was trying to get her to adjust to $145. They switched braiders after the first braider simply walked off, and while the second braider was much better being polite and asking if I was okay the overall experience ruined it for me I arrived at the shop at 8 am and didnt get home until 8:15pm

I have been coming to Fatima for years I even brought family members to get there hair done ! Everytime I go the prices change like I don’t remember what I pay ! I understand you may be increase prices due to business but I feel like they just charge you to charge you ! You don’t treat your loyal customers that way ! You have one lady in there who sits all the way left to the back who is so slow but her work is great so we paying for the time ? I’m confused as to why the prices change daily ?

These people waste your time, don’t waste your money! They also charge $20 for every 2 inches you want after your bra strap!

I have been here a few times. For years I have always gotten the same style which is 4 feed-in braids. This was my 3rd time here and everytime I come back the prices keep getting higher. First time it was $40, 2nd time it was $60 and now today it was $80. I guess Ill go back to my origional braided down the street even though its a bit more of a wait. This area has too many braiding shops and competition to be playing with the prices like that.

I asked for knotless braids showed them the picture they tried to charge me $400 when a friend that recommended this shop to me only paid $250...& tried to convince 3 other people that came in after me that their prices were higher than what they paid before which lets me know they make up prices as they go scamming people. My knotless braids in the front had small parts in the front and in the back med-large parts. Waste of $250 Definitely won’t be back

...My experience was when I paid $180 for a style that was wrong and I had to take out after 3 days and they used dirty hair with some kind of smell on it like it was done on purpose!!! ....I broke out from the hair and lost my money....I called them and told them that I had an allergic reaction to the hair and they hang up on me.SHOP around first before you go there!!! Theymust have changed owners over the years or writing there own reviews because they scamming..I will never go back there..poor,poor,poor!!!

Havent been out the chair for more than 2 hours and Ive gotten so many compliments already 😍😍 They are amazing!

While visiting Philly, I needed a place to get Senegalese twists and they came out beautiful!My hair was down to my waist and I did micro twists and she gave me a good price! Still less expensive than where I normally go. The ladies were very kind and I recommend this place to anyone in the North Philly area!

Horrible Service from a short bald women. Over charging. Could not give me the style I want Nor the length I asked for.

They open early got me in and out all before noon. I got Havana twists . I love them. I will be back and I will tell all my friends about them .
