Crystal is one of my favorite hairdressers ever! They were very patient with me because I was sick for over 2 weeks and they were very sweet about having me having to cancel. But I will get there as soon as possible. Honestly one of the best deals in the city!

This is my first time ever getting a haircut from a barber shop and it was a great experience! Super quick and $15 as opposed to the $30+ that Im used to from haircut at salons. If you have short/buzzed hair, Id recommend getting it here!

Its called the Chop Shop people. If you are against $40 mens haircuts, and you dont mind keeping your expectations low, I suggest this place.Beard and hair cut for under $20.Staff are hit or miss. I had a guy who spoke no English (did a fine job getting my beard trimmed) and a sassy woman (decent haircut). The receptionist has normally acted like she has some place better to be, but that is fine because she takes no part in your hair care.I dont believe they wash hair on site (at least I have never seen it nor had it offered), so do it yourself before going. They take cards but ask that you tip in cash. Walk ins only.Remember. Low expectation.

The previous place that I used to go to closed down, so I had to find a new place.Figured Ill roll the dice and just decided on going to Chop Shop, Linda is the one that cuts my hair from time I entered. Ive been coming here last 6 months.

Went there one time before had a best experience ever went to a stylish name miesha was great . Espacially when I went somewhere else and a mess my extention up , went back to the same stylist an it was the worst experience not only b did he need up my cut . But then stylist n owner had excuses why it came out messed up. The owner told me ir read because it wasnt my hair because it waded extensionI laughed at it i never heard that before a cut is a cut no matter what in my eyes especially when i went to another place an they did what i ask even if i had to cut it shorter to fix it. So for the owner to have so many excuses it was a joke she wat very uncaring on for I felt only had excuses for her stylist would never even go again..

For years I had bounced back and forth to the chop shop with mixed results (one time I actually left with razor burn across the back of my neck from a shape up). Then I found Ruki. She is amazing. She listens to what you want. Takes her time with you. Always has a smile and a kind word, and is insanely talented at her profession. It is now rounding three years that I have been going exclusively to her and have been immensely pleased each time. Request her (it is worth the extra 5 dollar appointment fee charge) and you with always leave with a smile.

Both my boy friend and I go to Chop Shop for every haircut. We adore our stylist Linde Pinto, she does a great job. We even take the hour long drive down there to see her, even though we have moved to the Northeast .

Decent place to get a quick cut. Tina is the best at that shop.

Kate is our favorite!!! Easy to schedule, easy to work with! From 1st haircuts to adulthood, we love Kate!

Background: this review is coming from someone who has never been happy with a haircut before!I called the Chop Shop to schedule an appointment with Lisa on recommendation of an acquaintance. I was able to secure an appointment two days from my phone call and could not have been happier with my experience. Lisa is an excellent stylist, I have never been able to express what I am looking for in a haircut and she was able to explain what she thought would be best for my hair and continued to explain what she was doing each step of the way.The end result is excellent, I am extremely pleased with my cut and will definitely be returning to her in the future. I HIGHLY recommend asking for Lisa when making an appointment here!The shop is a casual place, my understanding is that they do much of their business via walk-ins. They have a pay as you wish menu and everything is a la carte - to schedule an appointment with a specific stylists is $3, to get a hair wash prior to the cut is $5 etc...this sounds annoying however the prices are so low that I walked away with an awesome womens haircut for $33, tip included.

They asked me to leave, because reminents of my minimal sexcapade the night before, was nasaly visible. One barber, said to go home and take a shower and she would cut my hair. But i figured Id go with the wind.
