Fantastic sports massage! Ive been to a lot of massage therapists in different cities, and Shannon is the best! She listened to where I was having trouble and she didnt stop until it was 100% better. Ill be back for sure!

I had an absolutely amazing experience. They were very knowledgeable, and the massage was tailored to my needs (I was experiencing low back pain). She utilized multiple massage techniques including traditional massage, theragun, warm towel massage, and Chinese fire cupping....all within the same hour long massage! Ill definitely be back, but not soon enough.

Shannon is amazing. I go for sports massages and have been so impressed with her. She listens to me and really customizes each massage depending on what is happening with my body.
