I usually see Sara at Body In Balance. She is wonderful! Shes very kind, and is good at explaining things to me, especially all my questions. My main purpose in going is to help with arthritis and fibromyalgia in my shoulders. I Always leave with more range of motion than when I came in, and have significantly less pain the whole following week! She has also given recommendations to me as to other things that can help me as well, and they all really have helped! I would recommend 100%!
