While the care being put to sleep was wonderful, nice doctor that made me laugh, the the billing is ridiculous, everything was paid through the VA yet they keep sending me bills illegally claiming no payment, even after sending them all the paperwork twice proving the payment. Garbage billing support that taints the entire practice.

No one will answer their telephone and the answering machine says memory is full and hands up... Who’s in charge of customer service at this group? No one?

I am not even sure if this is a real company or a complete scam at this point. Had some stuff done at 1 office at OSF 91 so magically I get bills from 3 different entities...one being this place. I actually got a hold of them on phone initially as they have no website or anything. I used my HSA to pay 500 something odd dollars which emptied my HSA. That left me $29. I said I would call back next month when there is money in my HSA to cover the rest because why not.Next month I call and get no answer multiple times. Then I finally get ahold of someone who tells me they have a new number I must call. I call that number and they have no record of me having any balance at all. I was like are you sure. They were like yes.So here were are 2 or so months later and I get a confusing letter which is basically telling me I am either on or on the cusp of having $29 sent to collections.I have called the number on the letter 4 times and even left a voicemail and am not getting any response.There is an option to mail in payment, but I am not doing that because its 2020 and Ive already paid once over the phone. Still wondering if this place is even real and if I am already scammed out of 500 something dollars.Terrible place.

While my anesthesia experience was ok, their billing and customer service is AWFUL. Rude staff. Kept sending Bill to the wrong place and wouldn’t do anything to correct it. I wish I had had a choice of anesthesia providers.
