First time was a pleasant surprise. Have so much going on in one location. Yet to decide if I will like my doc but she seems to be on it. Everyone was very nice

This is the 4th time they have screwed with my medications. I have had to call Danville to get my antidepressants filled because the mental health worker read the note that they needed refilled, but just didnt refill them. I love my primary care doctor, I just dont recommend their mental health clinic!

Good clean facility. Most are here to help you. Ran into a few that are not but the patient advocate was there to help.

Ive been going to the VA now for 13 years and my RN and MD are the best. I have no problem getting in for appointment, I get help with any and every issue I may have. My team has it together. People have to understand some things are not going to happen when you want it to. We no longer have paper charts any more so if you move they can pull up your records in seconds, OR you can go online and print it your SELF. The VA isnt there to baby you grow up. No one can help you unless you HELP YOUR SELF.. Plus you have people asking for things WRONG, your saying one thing but wanting some thing else done so your not going to get what you need if you cant tell me what you need.. The only issue I had was with the lady who checks you in for labs, she isnt very nice and Im not a very nice person either. One thing I cant not take is rude and nasty and she was both. I told her how I felt and then called and complained about her. If you dont like your job then find another. Other than that they are very nice there. Stop with the loud talking and demanding attitude you may get some where because they are here to help. Some people just really need to grow up. Your nasty to them but want respect no no no you cant all ways have it your way..

I dont like anything about it. People there are so rude. Every time I go they dont help. They tell me my symptoms are to broad they cant give me any medicine yet the doctor doesnt even come in to see me. Just got told today that since I havent seen the doctor in over two years I have to make an appointment or Im going to be classified as a new patient. Like seriously, I went multiple times within the past two years not my fault you never had the doctor come in to see me. Worst place to go. Looking into going somewhere else that actually cares.

Great! I had a bit of a wait, but to be expected since theyre short on docs. As a Veteran, I myself get irritated at other Veterans who are rude to the medical staff trying to help them, think that they can just walk into the clinic and demand to be seen-butting in front of those of us with an appointment, which btw causes delays. Go to any civilian physicians office and try that..Theyll refer you to a prompt care. For the majority of us VA care is FREE or very low cost. Dont you all remember hurry up and wait. No soldier would think of acting like an idiot at a military MTF. I feel I have a great doc and nurses who are THE best. Ive got LOTS of health issues and they take great care of me!
