I called and spoke with Susanna, the operator. She kept coming on the line and saying Good morning Dr. Care and then would place the call on hold for a few seconds before coming back on to repeat the same greeting. She did this for about 5-6 times before being able to hear me now. I asked to be transferred to medical records. She said she would be transferring me to Lorraine. After a few seconds of silence, she said, Good morning, Dr. Care and then disconnected the call.If this is the type of care we will receive from your doctors - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. Save your organs. Seems sketch over here.

Please read all the reviews on this forum and you should have all the info you need to stay away. My mother unfortunately has had this office as her primary for 4 years, whom has NEVER by the way, seen an actual Doctor. Who she has seen is a Nurse Andrea Snyder. After one conversation with her, the unprofessionalism is completely evident. I tried to explain that after getting out of the emergency at Banner, due to my mother breaking her leg, that she will need a referral sent to a orthopedic as her leg will require potential surgery. Instead Nurse Snyder states that it is required for her to come into her office so she can look at it. I reminded that her leg is broken and does not require her looking at it and we just need a referral to go to the orthopedic. She states that Legally she needs to see her in order to write a referral. After challenging that statement Nurse Snyder retracted what she said. All in all , stay away from this office. No doctor there, unprofessional and apparently will lie to patient.

Everything bad. I can’t ask or get my results on the phone. I have to make an appointment to talk to the doctor, the worst thing I can’t ask or talk any problems more than 1 thing. Very very bad doctor never seem.

Worse customer service I have ever received at a doctors office. Also doctor seems to only like to charge the insurance. Doesn’t pay much attention to the patient. Basically gives same diagnosis to everyone because my mom and I went for completely different symptoms and she told us bother we had sinus infection which was totally not the case.

Amazing experience. My coworker noticed that my eyes were very red. An appointment time was available within 15 minutes of me checking. The appointment was a good experience ended up taking 15 minutes of my time and I did it while at work. A prescription was imminently sent to the local pharmacy. This service saves time and energy.

I came in at 2 for a walk in appointment with the problem of needing a refill on a prescription I have been on for 3 years. They said they would give me one month till I could see my other doctor for a three month. All I needed them to do was send the prescription over to the pharmacy after my appointment was finished but they didnt. I called 2 hrs after my appointment and a half and hr before they closed to ask why the pharmacy hadnt received it and was told the dr was busy with patients and would call it in when she was done. Its 6pm now they are closed and I dont have my prescription. I needed one thing thats it and they couldnt even send a non controlled substance prescription to a pharmacy. I may have to go into the ER tonight because my so called doctor didnt have 5 min to call in a prescription before she left for the day.

I came in on a Monday night with a hole in my knee from sliding in a kickball game. I knew I probably needed stitches and it was my first time to get them. The doctor who gave me the ten stitches was awesome and super assuring during the whole procedure. I felt no pain and felt like the whole visit was very professional and comfortable. I couldnt recommend this place more!

I never write reviews but this place was really bad. Went in to get a referral to a urologist, took over 2 hours and did not get to see the actual doctor, just her assistant (who was actually very nice). Was told I would receive a call with referral later that week. After a month I called them the receptionist was very rude telling me I need to schedule another appointment without listening to what i had to say putting me on hold a couple times, once i got the chance to explain to her I had already paid for a visit to get a referral and will not pay again for the same thing she looked it up and was suddenly a little nicer but unapologetic. Have never been to such an unprofessional doctors office and will not be visiting again.

My doctor is great, but as an organization they suck. My wife and myself have called that office no less than 20 times for them to authorize 90 day prescription mail order for my insurance and they simply refuse to complete this procedure. Dont feel bad folks as I am a pharmacist and they simply dont care. I do not advise anyone to use this facility. They would not let me post 0 stars and that is where they rate !

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Literally THE worst staff experience, EVER. Youll be waiting 2 hours or so in the waiting room alone just to get back to the office. Then, an additional 30-60 minutes back there for a 5-10 minute visit. They also charge for literally anything. They get faxed a piece of paper with your name on it, and you had nothing to do with it? 40 bucks. You bring in a piece of paperwork that theyve already filled out and you just need a signature? 40 bucks. You need them to review the paperwork? 40 bucks. You also get that nice 2-3 hour wait time with paperwork, too. Karen Hannah is very nice and helpful. However, everyone else is horrible. AVOID THIS PLACE.

The worst front office receptionist in history. On several occasions I never got a call back for referrals that they wanted me to go to. After three months, the rude old lady up front made it seem like I refused to go to the referral appointments and didnt even want to listen to what I had to say. On top of that she has the nerve to smirk at me when I asked to see Hannah to explain and wouldnt give me an appointment, claiming they were available next month. Completely unprofessional front office and some back staff, Karen is nice but the rest are unbelievable.

This place used to be good. I started to come here because the ratings were good, but after staying with them for almost a year and a half, enough is enough. During this time, they changed doctors 3 times! Which is a shame since all of them were really good doctors, but the problem here is like all the others reviewers say... dealing with these staffs and nurses... they are very unprofessional! I’ll be changing doctor!

So i did see a doctor ( excuse me, practitioner, because they don’t have doctors) and paid up front cash how much they told me. Later, they send me a bill which is I already paid in the office before I see a doctor. They didn’t send anything to labs, I was just refilling my prescription which is I had to call twice on and remind them about to send it to my pharmacy. So I was shocked why do I have to pay again. They told me if I’m not gonna pay they gonna send it to a collection agency. And they did. What a joke. Somebody needs to close down this office full of scammers. Keep all your receipts in case if you have to fight with them in court.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! I called to ask for medical advise since they are my primary doctors and they refused to talk to me over the phone because I am a healthy woman who doesnt get sick often and hasnt been seen except for blood work within the year. They scheduled an appointment for medical advice and told me there would be no copay. When called up they asked for the 25$ and were upset with me when I told them it was their mistake.the finance lady even admitted to it being her mistake! Marlene in front desk is a bitter old lady who is RUDE on the phone and in person. She told me with out paying I couldnt talk to anyone. I left and never going back! BEWARE! The dr is great but the front desk and finance will somehow screw you up and will take your money!

This place is a joke! The med tech talkes to you like a child. I dismissed her from my room. Then Donna the NP is a fraud, she basically would not give me an ear irrigation out of spite. Then there refused to give me a fee slip as their billing is fraudulent. I will be reporting Donna license to the state board for fraudulent billing and sharing my health information in public along with her staff. Who has street tattoos showing on her chest. Very unsavory creature this lady. Marlene is a wicked human being with her female parts hanging out. Totally pathetic. I am filing HIPPA compliance complaint and reporting the Donna NP for telling my HIPPA out in the hall way. I am reporting her licence to HIPPA and the state nursing board asap! What a pathetic place! Do not go here. These people are frauds and they bill fraudulent claims to medicare. If you have had an issue get in contact with me and I will give you her license and I will show you how to file a state report on her license. Do not go here. There are much better places! I will pursue to the fullest extent I can.

Karen Hannah NP has been a wonderful Dr. Very patient, shows concern in her tasks and body language, she has never been one to roll eyes at me, even when my behavior left room to be desired, smiles even when she has tough days, always gave me more time than allotted when needed. Marlene at the front desk is a dream to deal with when you are patient with her very busy job. But, when I (a behavioral health patient, was fired as a client due to a statement I made to one of their in house pharmacists.) the powers to be, left me with a drug addiction I could not deal with on my own. I was powerless in comparison to the withdrawals. The pharmacy leaves room for improvement. Wal-Mart does a better job keeping track of you pending refills, alerting you when your prescription is ready. After two years with west gate rx they dont know what your prescriptions are. Why? No software to keep track. Every time I ask if I have any prescriptions ready, they ask me if Im still taking this or that, they should know their clients, it shows loyalty and care for their clients.

This place has no Doctors On staff !!! Something is always wrong. No air condition, no water, waiting for two hours. Them telling you you dont have appointment but , you have card to show you do. How is this place still open !!!!! Also watched a woman sell her prescription to another woman. She did this right in front of building. Everyone watching her!!!!!! CRAZY !!!!!!!!!

I am so disappointed in this Medical Center! My mom has been a patient here for over two years. Walgreens had contacted them three times for refills on her diabetic medications, with no response. I called today and was sent to a non-working voicemail, I called again and asked if the NP was still working there and was told that she had left the practice. This is the second NP my Mom has had in two years, no MDs in the office.So, I went into the office to request refills be filled at Walgreens, and was told my Mom had to see the new NP to get the refills. My Mom was just seen in June. This is a place that does not care about their patients at all, and for some reason the NPs dont stay. Do not pick this place as primary care, as they dont know how to manage health care.

Bad service, although Doctor Hanna is very nice and professional. Never get a call to remain appointment. Never get result from my tests and when I have taken my time to stop by the office only find excuses saying they will call me later when never happens.

I have been going to this clinic for 1 year and i got to tell you the professionalism of some of the staff is unbelievable, the receptionist is rude and is always making mistakes on charts, the owner walks around like he thinks he knows everything, the medical assistants well one of them maggie/margie always has this attitude like she is doing your a favor, she forgets to call in prescription, forget to do referrals and forgets to send in orders that the doctors tell her to send, she doesnt know what she is doing when drawing blood left me with this big bruse on my arm she had to call the other medical assistant to help her and the other medical assistant drew my blood on the first time when maggie/Margie poked me 2 times and left me with bruises , and a bruse also after giving me an injection, she never ask how you are doing etc, she talks about her co-workers like it was nothing, now the other medical assistant she is more friendly always smiling always so caring and willing to go that extra mile to help you or just make you feel like you count, she knows her blood draws and very experienced in giving injections, she is a great asset to this practice and the other medical assistant should take notes, the billing lady is also very kind easy going always trying to see if she can help you with anything, now as for Dr mcginnis well she is OK but can be rude and thinks she is right in all aspects, really dont have much to say about her only that peoria medical center is not nearly the same as it was when Karen Hannah was there.

Karen Hannah is incredible as a provider but Peoria Medical Center has replaced her and lied to all the customers about her being sick or not there today or keep making excuses the truth is Karen has moved 3 months ago and they have not told any of their patience about it they just keep lying very very very bad business practice

The Lady of the Front desk She was not good with me in this my first time there in she was give me attitude in she was not the good in today supposed to be my First visit there In I see the are not good this place Supposed to be close not open for people Because the don’t have customer service win some one go there the will now what happen 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕
