Have tried to call this facility 3 times. Each time the phone is picked up and hung up. Not good for people who may need some questions answered before catching a bus or ride to facility.

Everyone was really nice but the nurse practionor misdiagnosed me on Saturday ..which I knew he was wrong so I went to my dr.m9nday and am just now getting meds I needed Saturday...I willl have to pay 100s im sure for that appointment..but like I said everyone was very nice

Staff was very nice but 2 of the 3 I saw were immature. When I walked and they started to register vme, 2 of them played rock/paper/sciccors on who was going to help me. Very unprofessional!!!!! I will never go back there or recommend that location.

Cut the tip of a finger and it wasnt very big, but it was a bleeder and I couldnt stop the bleeding. Finally about 3 hours later I decided to drive over to URGO on IAA Drive. It was my first time there and I arrived at 5PM. Got taken back to a room immediately, assessed by Kim, the CNP on duty. She decided I needed four stitches. I was there 1 hour. Kim and Julie, the registrar(?) were both terrific, affable and I maybe have never had a better experience in such a situation in my life. New, bright, modern facility-very impressive. The URGO facility is a terrific concept by OSF. Keep up the good work!

My experience was wonderful! Everyone there was so nice and you can tell they care. The nurse practitioner I saw, Stephanie, was amazing! She’s was thorough and very knowledgeable. I would definitely go back!

Wow. I rarely have such good experiences as most places, let alone an urgent care. It was so clean and the staff was so friendly. If you do have a sudden medical issue, go there!

Quick service with my mother and I. Had Xrays done with results back within 15 minutes. Friendly service as well.Though chit chat about other patients should not be done in front of other patients during their consultation. Volume/Topics/Conversations of patients should be kept to the staff only.Atmosphere was welcoming though.

I have visited this Urgo a couple times recently and they are always prompt and courteous! The gentleman who checked me in (Jacob) was super nice as was the rest of the staff.

Horrible experience there. Quick—yes.. knowledgeable—not one bit. Went in for bad cough. Was seen by “ provider” who asked a bunch of general questions then looked at my throat and said you just have drainage. Ok no swab test or anything. Tells me it’s probably allergy related and goes back and forth deciding if I should get steroid or antibiotic. Lost story short..that’s not what it was. 2 weeks pass, still feel miserable turns out its bronchitis. Wowwww how can you miss that. Never going back.. waste of time. Their providers are a joke.

Went there for the first and last time trying to avoid the emergency room and got the worst treatment medically ever. The people were nice. But long story short Im still in pain and they didnt give me a reason as to why.
