MA was very nice and friendly and had patience with my special need kid. Staff was very helpful and nice and Dr. Nimisha Shah was awesome. She was kind and helpful with my special need child .

I brought my elderly mother here for a follow up after a hospital visit Dr. Wolpert is her PCP. Office on 67th Ave/Union Hills. The medical assistant barely looked her in the eyes and didnt notice she was feeling unstable on the exam table. Dr. Wolpert did not fulfill a blood work request, and said we had to go to her cardiologist for that, when a blood draw is well within his means. He hesitantly wrote a lab request for an ultrasound sound for her thyroid, per the hospital, but failed to exam that area on her body. He also did not check her with a quick neuro assessment, that all PCP and EMTs are trained it. This would have been appropriate, as she was recovering from a mini-stroke, TIA. The office is nice, but the human compassion is lacking.

I had a pretty open physical with Dr. Shaw and her Nurse. I also had an EKG.I felt so wonderful and always do. I feel like the whole experience was outstanding. I feel that the staff and Dr. SHAW is the best and always has been! God Bless them all!

Dr Nimisha Shah became my primary care physician when we moved to Arizona 3 years ago. She was immediately able to get me off 4 medicines I had been taking that were no longer necessary. She also gave me the information for Good RX so we could save a lot of money on prescriptions. I am so happy with my new doctor. The Honor Health system in Arizona is fantastic!

I became a patient 4 yrs ago and when found out my hubby had cancer. Dr. Roscetti found us the best cancer doctors. He has always treated us with respect and humor.when my hubby passed on July. 27,2019 the entire office offered condolences. Im moving to PA on Sept 24 so I. Went for a final visit. If I could fit him in my suitcase Id take him with me. Lol he has been the best PCP Ive ever had and lll miss him terribly

I recently saw Koryn- Kayler Bucich to establish primary care. She was very thorough and seemed to care about and listen to my concerns, which is very important to me. Even though I work in healthcare, I still feel my concerns often times get minimized or overlooked. I know this is a concern for many. Therefore, I would definitely recommend her. I feel she has set me on a clear path to properly get evaluated and treated. Office was great and friendly too. Thank you.

My son hit his head and was feeling a little off. We took him to honor to get checked out. Before the rest of the story goes we have private United insurance with a low deductible. Today we got a bill for 1,900$. He was there for 30 minutes total, they said he was okay, didnt do any tests , gave him a popsicle and sent us on our way. Way to cheat the system and take advantage of people.

It was so easy an very personal . I found the nurse practitioner to be very knowledgeable an help me in a good way.

It used to be good, but not any more. They are very bad with calls, I have to wait for 30 minutes just to talk some one on phone. From last two days I am trying to follow up on ultrasound report but very hard to catch hold of anyone. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Better to try other provider.

The wait was a bit long but tolerable. All of the staff were very friendly, well informed and knowledgeable. Dr. Linn is great. Wonderful bedside manner. He is very thorough. He took time to explain things to me. He cares about his patients.

I had an appointment on 51st Avenue to get my blood drawn for a hematologist appointment coming up next week and had an order to do so when I made my appointment. I called the day of my appointment to see if I could go to any honor Health Labs all done because the 51st Avenue location where I see my doctor is 15 minutes away and I have an honor Health Labs the corner from my house on Deer Valley. The operator I reached at HonorHealth ask your supervisor and access my information looking at my blood draw and making sure it wasnt oncology told me I could go to the one near my house. When I got to the one by my house they informed me that there were no current orders there for me. I was gobsmacked because they had told me there was orders when I called on the phone and that they would be visible to all of the HonorHealth Labs it seemed like I had been talking to two different organizations. I thought it would be a seamless interaction. I felt bad for giving the phlebotomist a hard time. Luckily I had an order from 2009 which we guessed was the same order for what I would have got the same day for the doctor I was seeing. So fingers crossed that its the right order. It wasnt a very great experience that I had to go through an argument with a phlebotomist and give her a hard time when I called in the order should be there waiting for me due to the fact that I had an appointment and I had talked to the scheduling that day. It seems like honorhealth should be getting a seamless experience together for their patients , one order for labs should be able to be seen at all lab locations for Honor Health Labs whatever you want to call it. The phlebotomist was great and the staff was awesome the facility was very nice and I was surprised it was so tucked back into the area of medical buildings. It definitely is a hidden treasure that Ive never knew about that was available.

Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. I only had to wait a short time to be seen. Zoe, my tech, was very nice and made my visit enjoyable and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Bustos was an ease to talk with and she explained everything thoroughly. Even having my blood drawn was fast and painless. A great group to work with.

Efficient appointment process. Telehealth visit started on time. Really helpful staff on phones. Received MyChart immediately after making my first appointment, so I could enter pertinent medical history prior to my visit unfortunately that information didnt appear to be visible to my provider at the visit not a big deal just seems like a glitch.

This Doctor Shah , was very rude , condescending, came to her own conclusions of my medical issues without reading hospital charts... without asking to hear my lungs or ask what medical issues i am having at this time. I rate her a zero on all scales , With severe asthma, lung disease, Breathing is crucial to living .. I suggest she reads up on this to have some knowledge. Also empathy and commpasion

I moved to AZ the end of February. So it took a month to get my new health insurance and then Covid 19 hit. It was hard to search for a new primary practitioner during a time as this. But I met the Family Practitioner that I have been looking for with Dr Patrick Roscetti! He is kind very easy to talk to and he seems very understanding and knowledgeable; he even does telehealth. His staff are the sweetest and SO helpful! I am so grateful that I was able to find such a highly recommend doctor!

I was very concerned about a possible uti, because my best friend had just gotten out of the hospital with similar symptoms which almost lead to her death.I was fortunate enough to get in the following day. I wasnt able to see my regular PCP, but I agreed to see the NP on duty because of the seriousness.Im glad because a test was taken on site which ruled out my fears and proved me wrong thank goodness.She was extremely nice and intelligent and had good suggestions plus I got my flu shot.

Dr shah was not helpful to me at all to me. I came in with questions of what to do about my new diagnosis of tinnitus and she was very “cold”. No empathy at all and no help what so ever. I will not be returning as a patient. 🤬😡

Been with Dr. Shah and her group for a number of years now. She’s and amazing doctor and the staff is top notch! I travel for a living so making appts are easy through the app. The staff also makes concessions for me because of my travel if I need to get in quickly. 5-stars all the way!

I have known Koryn Kayler-Bucich since she was a student PA. She is smart, personable and responds quickly to me as a patient. She HEARS me when I give her my symptoms and responds with explanations and treatment plan including follow-up. RN for 40 years.

Everyone from the time you enter the office was so pleasant and cheerful. Dr Shah takes her time and really listens and fully explains everything to you. My only wish is that I would have found this office and Dr Shah much sooner.

Our family doctor is in this office. He is absolutely wonderful. Thus visit was to get some lab work done. I will tell you the girl who does these labs is great. She knew exactly where to go And How to do it on her first try. The office staff are just as nice and helpful. The staff here really come across as if they sincerely care about you. The,only thing I will say is this is a busy,office. And as the snow birds return it gets alot busier. There can be a waiting time so be patient. Its worth,the wait.

My current primary care doctor is retiring so I became a new patient at this practice. The office staff were very friendly and helpful, iI was seen on time within a reasonable timeframe of my appointment time. Kylie, the medical assistant was very pleasant and kind. Dr Roscetti took time to make me feel welcomed. After 30+ years with my primary doctor, it is hard to change, but Dr Roscetti and his staff welcomed me and I look forward to developing a strong patient/Dr relationship moving forward.

I’ve always had a very good here! The medical assistants are super kind and Dr. Bustos is very knowledgable and caring. I had to switch PCPs when my insurance changed and I don’t regret choosing here and coming here. I recommend her to anyone looking for a PCP.
