Ive tried many other nail salons around the valley and I always return to Envy! The salon is quiet and peaceful. The nail techs dont chit chat back and forth. They give you their full attention to ensure the job is done right. The salon is always clean and they only ever use newly opened and sanitized tools.

This place is phenomenal! The atmosphere is very relaxing, quiet, almost serene. Everybody is very friendly, and attentive. Their massage chairs are the best! I would highly recommend this place for any of your spa needs. From A to Z they have it all. Plus you earn points for each of their services provided . Then redeem those for credit towards any of their services. I cannot say enough how pleasant my experience was!

After a very, very long time I treated myself to a manicure and pedicure. I was hoping that the quality and service had not changed with the time, and I was not disappointed! ! Great job, I never get fake nails or pedicures but this place is awesome and had me coming back again and again! Envy nails understood exactly what I wanted and knew the recent trends in stiletto nails and did the best job I have seen. The gel stayed on for three weeks and never chipped! Definitely would recommend gel over acrylic. The pedicure was enjoyable and the polish stayed on for a good amount of time as well. Thank you guys!

I enjoyed this place very much so! Was having a hard time at other salons, at Envy Nails I felt comfortable and they took good care me! I have sensitive thumbnails and didn’t even have to mention to them they weren’t rough it all on my fingers. I highly recommend this place!

My second to last visit the owner (whom I had an appointment with set three weeks prior) was 1.5 hours late getting me in his chair. The next appt I had he didn’t even bother showing up and he never tried to contact me to apologize. There was only one girl in the salon and she started on my nails before he got there reassuring me he was coming. When she realized he was not going to make it in she asked if I could come back Sunday (it was Thursday!) I told her no. What was I suppose to do with buffed off nails when my job revolves around my hands? She should have never started my nails and told me upfront. Then, I noticed they were using my number to give other people the credit points I had warned. I found s great place called Hollywiod Nails just down the road. They now do my daughter and I ($200 loss every other week for Envy(.

The nail tech cut my cuticle so bad it bled for hours. He eventually put some sort of antiseptic on It. But by the end of the day I had to treat it with antibiotics cream because it was getting g infected. My gel nail polish manicure started peeling on day 2. My nails are extremely brittle and break and chip at the simplest thing I do. Like cooking. I took their customer service survey and told them this story but have heard nothing. Will never go back.

If you want a decent pedicure (without much massage) then this is your place. It is clean and you can understand the girls working on you. However, I made the HUGE mistake of going in for a hair cut and color and it was devastating. It was the worst hair cut I ever received in my life. I was given a razor cut when I have been told now that that was the worst cut I could ever have with my fine hair. I went in with shoulder length hair, showed a picture of a medium length bob and came out short, uneven and frayed and damaged. The color was nothing even close to what I showed her I wanted. The bill was $116.00! (I was quoted $61.00 on the phone).but the worst part is that I have left two messages in 9 days for the manager and she has never called me back. I just wanted to let her know of my experience and show her my pictures.

Typical nail Asian salon. Workers speak limited English but nice they at least offer you a small bottle water sometime. The job is well done and its a busy place during the weekend.

Went in today for a fill, they not only beat a competitor by $15 but did an outstanding job! I don’t like thick overly polished acrylic nails and without having to communicate that he did it exactly the way I wanted, a natural look! I’ve found my nail home.

Every time I go here, I get nothing but the best service and hospitality. Every nail technician is very good at their job, but the male technician, by the name of bee, I believe, is the best nail technician I have ever come across. Ive been going to Envy Nails for about 3 years now. Always have had a great experience and so as my daughter. Even when weve brought in a picture theyve been able to replicate the nails for us.

So i was at envy nails with my family. first of all one of us asked for french tip and he painted them all white, and the designs done on her nails do not match nor the same. then my toes, are the skinniest french tip ever and not only that the one arclyc nail on my toe is crooked. the least they could do is make it evenly straight. and then the two girls that did my sister and i’s nails decided to start laughing at our feet. like they had ZERO respect what so ever.

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. Absolutely horrible. I went home and immediately took the polish off and re-did it myself because it was so bad. Mine was done by a young guy who didnt have a clue what he was doing. I could have gotten better results if I blindfolded my dog and had him do it. Both colors they used bled into one another and looked like absolute crap. It was a very sloppy job. There was red on the black polish and black on the red polish and he didnt even cover my entire nail. Plus, it was a very creepy experience partly because he didnt wear gloves while doing his job. I noticed that every other nail tech in there was wearing them, but by the time I noticed it was too late. Plus, no one in there speaks a word of English, so even if you try to complain, they have absolutely no idea what youre saying. Also, they rushed me out of there, which wasnt a bad thing. I went in there with two of my sisters, one of theirs was just as bad as mine, and the other one didnt look bad at all. I guess you have a 33% chance of your nails looking good when you leave depending on who you get. This guy shouldnt be painting walls let alone peoples nails. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Do not waste your time or money.

I had been here once before for a fill and the nail tech did an ok job but had no idea how to draw even a flower on 2 of my nails. I always do white tip.So I went back yesterday with my 3 daughters, which one was her 9th bday. I asked for white tip and got all white nails with some kind of black design on my 2 ring fingers, keep in mind they were drawn by the manager!!! Very very poor customer service but it doesnt end thereMy 2 oldest daughters were in for pedicures and the techs laughed and spoke to where we couldnt understand them. My one daughter asked for a single acrylic for her big toe and was told she couldnt have one.After arguing about it. The girl put one on and its cooked and the white tip lines are all diff sizes. Then my youngest daughter Which was her bday, wanted unicorns drawn on 2 of her nails and the 2 girls working said they dont pay me enough here to do that .All in all I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this nail salon to ANYONEVERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOTHING WE WANTED CAME OUT RIGHT AND ALL THEY COULD DO IS LAIGH!!!! U better believe I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on!!From 4 very dissatisfied customers

My soon to be wife and daughter went in to get hands and feet done for our wedding. My daughter was just fine with what she got, it was simple, but the gentleman who done my wife well not so good. She told him what she wanted but he just kept pushing for what he thought looked good. On top of that her nails are not smooth she got glitter nails and feet. Feet dont match bc they didnt know how to do the feet. They started in the massage chair but 3 min later guy cuts it off and starts on her nails. Rushing my bride and daughter. What bs shes not happy at all which in turn doesnt please me. Thanks alot envy nails by thao, very disappointing and displeased.

I ALWAYS go to envy nails for my mani-pedi, for about 2-3 years I have been a customer with them. Today, my opinion has changed based on two workers. I still respect this business, the owner and his wife, and most of the other employees. For the most part, everybody there is extremely talented, friendly, and prompt. However, the two ladies I had today were below par. The young lady I had for my pedi was very nice and seemed to be doing a great job. The older red-head lady who did my manicure did an AWFUL job. I first came in asking for a French tip and left settling with full white polish. The lady obviously didn’t have a steady hand or just didn’t know how to do French tips. The tips were extremely sloppy and smeared by the brush they use to make the line straight. One of my nails was not even completely painted with the tip. The lady somehow thought this job was sufficient enough. I asked her to fix about 3 times where every time she had absolutely no idea what I was complaining about. Finally I told her to just paint the nails white. This process took about 1-2 hours to do. Her first try was completely sloppy but I didn’t say anything because I wanted to give her time to fix thinking she was intending to do so. There was nail polish all over my skin and some of the nails weren’t even painted on the edges. At one point one of the brush hairs fell on my nail. I watched her look at it and then ignore it. She asked me to put my nails in the light where I asked her to take the hair off so that the hair didn’t get molded into the polish. She said she didn’t see anything even with her glasses on, where I continually pointed out a very obvious black hair on my nail. Instead of trying to take it off, she painted over it. After asking several times for her to fix issues, I gave up—telling myself there was no hope. After paying $70, I decided there is no way I can leave with this bad of a job so I went back in and showed the owner. He promoted the lady to redo the nails that were bad. She came back and acted like she didn’t know what was wrong. I pointed out the hair once again where she filed down my nail every time saying she didn’t see a hair. I kept pointing it out to the point that you could see criss cross lines on that nail from the filer and she was going to leave it like that after telling me that it’s my nail not the hair. The young girl who did my pedicure came to look and noticed the hair so she had to file down my gel polish with the dremel because I guess the lady didn’t know you had to do that to get gel off. After she was done the lady went back to fixing my nails. It took her probably about another 45 minutes to fix them. At this point I have literally been at the store for 3 and a half hours. I got there about 5 minutes after opening (9:05) and didn’t finish until almost 12:40. I get back home and realize that my toes are now smeared and messed up which it was not like when I left. Obviously I understand I should have been more careful but considering my toes were drying for 2 and a half hours, they wouldn’t be that wet or even wet at all. Not happy at all with this service. I am never one to complain nor do I ask people to redo things because I think it’s very awkward. However, this job was THAT BAD that I had to build up the courage to have her redo it several times. After paying $70, which I know I am obligated to pay since they provided me a service, I am extremely unhappy with my mani and foot polish and will never be serviced by this lady again.

Went for a birthday spa day and I am so disappointed, i was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted, so they gave me the basic so disappointed. The girl that did my eyebrow did a great job, except my eyebrows where dripping in oil after and I had to ask for a tissue to clean up.

Horrible experience!!! The nail tech had a disgusting attitude ! The service was ok, but the customer service was so nasty. The nail tech had a smart remark to every request I made as if I was spending his money!! Never again!

Not impressed, but maybe I got the wrong nail tech. The young guy who did my pedicure did a half ass job and hardly spoke to me. He got polish on my skin, missed parts of my nail, and blamed it on the old polish. A girl came and took over. She seemed annoyed that she had to fix his mistakes and wasnt friendly. I did get a water though and sat next to a regular who said Bina and Kenny are the best. I might have gotten unlucky!
