Quick,not pushy an friendly

This place is literally NEVER open. Every time I try to go there they have some kind of sign or clock up saying they’ll be back at a certain time. That is not how business hours work. I only continue going back because I don’t know anywhere else in Peoria that threads. Honestly this place should be shut down or consider looking at how they run their business.

If I could give a lower rate, I would. 1st, they are ALWAYS on break. I went to the mall a couple of months back and the gate was closed with a sign saying they would be back in 15 minutes. So my fiance and I walked around the mall for 20. We went back to the place and they were still on break. We just left after that. 2nd, I went in today and they were open. No signs saying they were on break, the gate wasnt closed. So I walked in and the 2 girls were in the room eating. I walked up to the desk and stood there for at least a minute. Made eye contact with one of the girls in the room eating and chatting with the other girl, but she did not proceed to customer service me. Still waited. She never came out even though she could see I was waiting at the desk!! I walked out. The most unprofessional place I have ever encountered. Do not go here and support them with your money and business.

No one was there. A coat was there, I called out for an employee, even called, no one is anywhere to be found. Wish I would have read the reviews before stopping in. Don’t waste your time.

I have been trying to reach someone in this store since Thursday night concerning an issue. The store has been closed since then when it should have been open yesterday 10A-9p as well as today. I have called numerous times and have went out there and the gate is closed! How do you pay the rent there you guys are NEVER OPEN!! The whole place is a joke even the other mall workers when I asked around stated how terrible of a place it is! Not to mention the customer service that is a whole other topic for discussion! As fore-mentioned by others 1 star for this place is too many.

Does a pretty good job on eyebrows but they’re always on “break” and never return at the time they say they will.

I wish I could give a negative star review. The franchise should be ashamed of this place, the hours are different on all their listings and they are seldomly open when they are supposed to. I dont know if it is a lean labor franchise policy or poor location management but they literally lock up for random breaks and lunches because they dont have people to cover and arent held accountable to any kind of schedule.I ranted and raved about this place for a year just to not be able to get in for 6 months because every time I showed up they werent open.I visited another location on a recent vacation and it was very well staffed and maintained.Simon properties should be ashamed for allowing people with such poor practices to simply pay rent and stay.

Ok. Im going to try to be as nice as I can.Background. I like my eyebrows thicker than most apparently (Im not talking about unibrow but I mean I dont want them looking tattooed on me). So I usually just get them cleaned and I never change the shape. I always clarify and say it multiple times before I get them done. I walk into this place. It was an older lady. She was on her phone yelling at someone sees me standing there and points to the chair and says sit. She stays on the phone for like another 15 mins. But I get it. Sometimes you have important things to discuss. She does my eyebrows. It hurt much more than usual. My eyebrows were swollen and red. I tell her the shape is off so she takes more off. Shape was completely wrong now. But I said ok. Lemme just pay. Especially after she starts yelling at me saying I need to because she did her job. I then go home. The next day I look at my eyes and I have scabs down to my eyelids. She literally threaded my skin off. I talked to corporate and they sent me a gift card and apologized for her because she wasnt permanent there but a traveling worker. They assured me they would take her out and re train her. They also said there have been many complaints regarding her. So why is she still working for you?? Honestly. I did have one good experience in the Peoria location but after this last one? I dont know if Ill ever go back.

I have been getting my brows threaded here for a couple years now.. Their staff is very inconsistent. Some are friendly and professional, others are not. My eyebrows have always been done to my liking no matter who does them so thats not the issue, but rather the lack of professionalism by some of the girls. My mom and I recently went one afternoon to get our eyebrows done, and before we could even tell the lady what we wanted done she barked Im going on break after these girls so.... My mom asked when she would be back and she rudely said 25 minutes. I was so turned off by her attitude, we never came back. Lets just say theyre lucky nobody else in town threads eyebrows or I would never go back.

Very unprofessional, but she also screwed up my brows. And she didn’t “clean up” my brows that well. I like my brows thicker and she made them super thin. I will never go back.

They are never there and always on a break. Also never answer the phone,so if you go to get your brows done,good luck on there being anyone there.

The beauty associate was amazing with her skills.

How are they still in business? I’ve wasted so much time waiting for employees to “get back from lunch” when they are just sitting in the back room. It’s sad they have the monopoly on eyebrow threading in Peoria. Wish I could give zero stars. Sad
