See update at bottom:Im sorry to have to write an unfavorable review... but sadly this was not a good experience for my daughter. We are new to the area so I trusted some google reviews to help find a spot to get her hair cut, colored and highlighted. She came home so discouraged - she said Abbigail hardly talked to her for the 3 hours, despite several efforts to make conversation. It was expensive and sadly her hair didnt look that much different when she returned. Abby trimmed it a little and said she added baby highlights - but she didnt start the highlights until several inches down and almost created a line which was pretty much what we were asking her to fix when we made the appointment.Update: Abbigail reached out soon after this review. She was extremely apologetic and professional. She offered to make it right free of charge and apologized several times that we felt uncomfortable and dissatisfied with her service. Even though our initial experience wasnt great, we appreciated that Abbigail took the time to follow-up with kindness and professionalism.
