Loved this office so much! I am so excited that I found this dentist. Dr Maniglia made me feel like family along with her amazing staff members. I was able to redesign my smile the way I’ve always wanted it to look. I’ve been to many Dentist in the past and no one made me feel as great as this office. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and make sure they can help you with whatever you need. The dental assistants are so sweet and make sure you are comfortable with all the work going on. They really care about their patients and making sure everyone is happy with their smile. The best part was how clean the office was during these scary times. They make sure to sterilize everything after every patient to ensure everyone’s safety. 10/10 recommended!!!!

New Patient Experience:Arrived for my appointment time. Filled out paperwork. Waited for 2 Hours. Front desk, kept telling me they are preparing a room, however they kept seeing other patients before me, that came after me.I decided to leave and not have my teeth examined. I asked that they not bill my insurance.The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. They greeted me upon arrival and kept telling me that a room is being prepared for the 2 hours. I was offered to reschedule.However, I will not be returning. I have considered all of the previous reviewers experiences. And I cannot take off a whole day for a dentist appointment.

My mom comes here and she recommended that I should go. Everyone was super nice and very friendly, got treated very well. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Amazing experience! My parents are dentist so I know good quality work when I see it. The staff here was so understanding and really took their time to check out my mouth. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my treatment. Loved this office

Office staff was great. The doctor really took the time to explain to me everything during the evaluation. The manager came to explain to me the treatment plan. I needed dentures and they gave me a great price on that and the implants that I needed. Overall great experience. Definitely Recommended.

Highly recommend them, the staff is so nice and helpful, love my Dr.I came from a previous Corporate Dental Office and the Dental Plan I received was way over my budget, so I decided to shop around, a friend of mine recommended SSDG and not only they gave me a great deal, but a lot of the procedures suggested by the other office I didnt even need them. I guess because this is a Family Own business, they see you more as a patient than a number.

My daughter has been with them for 2 years, they’re excellent.

Everyone is here is so nice and welcoming. The dentist is very kind and thorough with her explanations. The staff members were all super friendly and reassuring. I am actually feeling much less stressed about my next few appointments there after my visit a few days ago.

Customer service was very satisfactory. They took time to go over everything with me. The response was quick. There was no wait.

LOVE this place! I came here for a second opinion because my original dentist said I needed to have a deep cleaning over and over again. When I came here they said that wasnt true. Instead I just needed a normal periodontal maintence. Saved me so much money! I wish I wouldve heard about them sooner! I had been wasting all my time and money all these years!

I removed my wisdom last Wednesday 10/28/2020, I was scare about it but Dr. Fernandez made me comfortable and I dont feel nothing , today I feel super i am working , the prices awesome , the staff is very noble , highly recommended for every body.

I have been waiting for them to call me back from since the ending of June. If i didnt give them a call they would have not let me know that my insurance denied the treatment WHICH IS TOTALLY COVERED IN MY PLAN. i had to do all the leg for them, if i didnt let them know they didnt put enough evidence on why i needed the treatment they wouldnt know. I ended up paying out of pocket some where else for my cleaning. after i got my cleaning done some where else i still decided to see if they would be any help in my filling but i was told that the insurance company would not approve the filling without the cleaning being done. i advise Joan that i did the cleaning some where else and she just stated oh well i dont think the insurance will cover for the filling, i will call and let you know. havet heard from them since than.. I CALLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND THE DO COVER FOR THE FILLING PLEASE FOLKS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR DENTAL HEALTH !!!!

I have a best experience one could have going to the dentist. I had an emergency , I called and was able to come in on the same day. The office front desk staff was knowledgeable and accurate in reference to my dental insurance coverage. The assistant was kind and gentle. The doctor advised me thought the process and I am returning to my next appointment this week. I strongly recommend this office for all your dental needs .

1 star for the dentist who tried to apologize to me for waiting almost 2 and a half hours. My appointment was at 9:30 AM on a Saturday and as I realized it had turn 20 past 11 AM I finally decided to cancel and walk out. One of the women at the front desk tried to blame it on me that I took too long filling out the new patient paperwork and verifying my insurance as I tried to complain. For TWO AND A HALF HOURS? Nice dentist but a sorry wont give me my time back. They even tried to reschedule me-- never again, thanks.

Very friendly and pleasant front desk staff. I consistently get seen on time. Dental hygienists are equally pleasant and professional as well. Dr. De Sousa is knowledgeable and always pleasant. I am currently undergoing a complex treatment plan and have no compliants to date. Saturday hours are a plus and the automated appointment reminder system makes life very easy.

The attempted to scam me into getting a root canal. I went to another dentist, and got a less invasive treatment for a much lesser price. 2 months and a half later, Smile Solutions Dental is still sends me a text to call them to set up an appointment.... oh please

I recently was looking to switch dentists and I found this excellent office. I started coming here and I think it is one of the best decisions Ive made. The office has a very modern and clean look, and the staff was very nice as well the doctors were very kind, patient, and professional. I know that I get very nervous when going to the dentist but they took their time with me and accommodated me. My experience was stellar, looking forward to having my family start coming here.Finding the right dentist is extremely important and I can assure anyone who experiences this wonderful office is going to be extremely satisfied with their choice.

This was a new dentist I decided to try because the distance was more convenient. I was extremely disappointed when they told me I had numerous cavities and required a deep cleaning. The work totaled about $4,000 where my insurance was to pay a portion of it. I was surprised that I had all of these problems with my teeth, as I go to the dentist every six months and these issues had not been pointed out by my former dentist that I had been going to for many years. They quickly offered a credit card which would allow me to pay interest free for 12 months. I was surprised when I received a credit card bill for the entire amount of the work that had NOT yet been done. I requested a credit and got a second opinion from another dentist. It turns out that I had no cavities or any other issues with my teeth/gums. All I required was a regular cleaning (NOT A DEEP CLEANING). They are in the business of taking advantage of the patients and ripping you off. Please make sure to get a second or third opinion if they require you to have extensive work done.

Detour! This is the worst place you can go! Vein doctor that says you need a bunch of things done that you really don’t need. I’m fact, they are just gimmicks. She tells you antibiotics are needed and then charges your care credit money for future work That hasn’t even been done. We had to fight to get our money back and only received a portion back. sells your gimmicks

0 stars! Only reason I gave a 1 because that’s the lowest! Horrible experience!First appointment- I am seen 1 hour after my appointment time. Then after X-rays and more wait wait I am told to wait for a cleaning. After 2 full hours - so total 3 hours - they tell me I have to wait more if I want a cleaning.I decided to Make another appointment for a cleaning. I leave early from work to make this appointment. Without telling me they were going to do a cleaning which my insurance does not Cover. I requested that I want a free cleaning which is covered in my insurance- they clearly refused to do it! Apparently they can only do my cleaning if I pay xtra out of pocket!

I love this dentist, every body was super nice, I went for 3rd opinion, because my mother in law needs a lot of treatment, they give me options for treatment also they made a very good discount and they financial the treatment,

Be careful with this office, I came in for a basic cleaning and preventive care and the dental tech provided another procedure that i did not authorized and i got hit with a $245 fee. I advise anyone going here to make sure you clarify what service youre getting or completely avoid this deceitful practice because they scammed me out of this one.

Very disappointed! Dr Desouza recommends archaic treatments and is unskilled. She does not care about aesthetics either and needs to upgrade her interpersonal skills...is very sarcastic! I had crowns placed on my upper top row of teeth to open my bite , not only is the bite incorrect, crowns look very crude and rough and essentially have not corrected my bite! This Dental practice is not in the business of preserving teeth but rather making you lose teeth, they tried to convince me to remove my wisdom teeth despite the fact that they are are not causing any problems and are free of periodontal disease! Approximately a month after I had put on my crowns one broke off with my front tooth in it while I was on a vacation on a cruise, due to the pressure being put on the tooth due to the improper bite! BEWARE of this Dental practice! I have since taken my business to a reputable skilled dentist who will have to start over and try to correct all errors they made! I am actually down about $15000.00 due to this huge mistake. My fault...was new to the area and did not do my research!

I came here looking for a second opinion and Im so glad that I did. The doctor and staff were very polite and compassionate. I will definitely be referring some friends to come in.

I had a terrible experience here. The office is old and dirty. I saw a dead bug under a chair. Their medical equipment is dirty and does not work properly. The dental assistant taking my X-rays had me hold their equipment in place because it kept moving. While I was getting my teeth cleaned, one of the front desk represantives came into my room to get some coffee. The office manager then came in with her sales strategy. She insisted that I asked for a payment plan and asked me for my social security number when I did not ask for a payment plan. The office manager told me that I did not owe anything at first and then wanted to charge me some kind of fee. When I asked what the fee was for she couldnt tell me. And then she told me that she was waiving the fee with a bad attitude. Overall, bad experience. I will never recommend this office.

By far the best dental office I had ever been to. Most dentists just treat you as a customer rather than a patient. Smile Solutions made me feel that somebody besides me actually cared about my problem...trully thankful to the doctors and staff for returning a smile to my face once again...10 STARS...

BEWARE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this office. They are dishonest, and seem to have the same spiel for every new patient.1. Was immediately told that I should extract my four wisdom teeth. Why? Because they were hard to clean. Really?? I went to another dentist for a second opinion (who is now my regular dentist) and he said why would they suggest that? Your wisdom teeth are fine. Its a painful and expensive procedure.2. They will accidently overcharge you for individual costs. I went through my final bill estimate, line-for-line, and found they had overcharged me on several items. Confronted, they admitted the oversight and adjusted my bill for almost $400.3. When I did my deep cleaning, the hygenist pressured me to buy a Waterpik. Told her I would think about it and come back later if I changed my mind and she said you can buy it somewhere else, but the orthodontic pic is only available if you purchase it from a dentists office. WRONG. I found it on Amazon for $25 less than what they wanted to charge me, orthodontic tip included.4. The front desk staff is rude and arrogant.The only good thing about the office are the dental assistants. Two wonderful girls, cant remember their names but they were very sweet.

The service was great and the Doctor and all the stuff were very friendly and courteous with me.Also the Doctor told me that she going to learn Italian mahahah.

Highly recommended. Dr. Marvina de Sousa is an excellent dentist.This is not just a simple opinion, as in my long life and re-locations I have been treated by more than 20 different dentists. Dr. de Sousa is simply at the top.And I must also make reference to her excellent staff: attentive, caring, fantastic professionals.

As a healthcare professional myself I was shocked at the incompetency of the staff and especially DR. Marielba Maniglia. After 2 hours wait for an over-booked appointment, multiple unnessassary x-rays, I was told that I need a root canal, a standard dental procedure. The dentist told me that I dont like doing root canals. Perhaps Dr. Maniglia should advertise her services as a dental hygienist and not a dentist.
