Amicus was great! I got an appointment quickly, and everyone was so friendly at the office. My doctor and hee team took great care of me and gave good advice for my dental care. Im (almost) looking forward to my return in 6 months for my next cleaning!

I was looking for a new dentist where Im moving too. I tried one who said I need a root cancel, deep cleaning, and 2 cavities filled. Over 3,000 worth of work. Then charged me 95.00 for the office visit over my insurance. I paid it, then came here to Amicus. I was told I only need a deep cleaning and nothing else. There wasnt any office visit either. All the staff are super nice. My Hygienist is Delia. She is super nice and very good. My Doctor is Dr. Zaily, and she is also very good and very nice. I have two sisters Ive recommended that have switched to Amicus.I cant say enough about the service and personal here.You need to go here. Its definitely not a gambleIm happy!!!Jerry

Everyone at this Pembroke location is so friendly and helpful. They are patient and take the time to explain everything. The a Doctor is very nice and does everything without causing pain. The staff is really customer service oriented. We continue to get excellent and friendly service.

At my cleaning they told me I needed 2 fillings and handed me an estimate for $700! I’ve never paid that much in life. That’s $350 each! I asked them to work with me on the price since the world is upside down right now and I cannot afford the $700. They told me to pay $200 their insurance and then I would get 30% off. Well even if I did that the price would equal the exact same amount!

I went today for a Root canal..was soooo scared I hate dentist office, but as soon as the Dr came in and started talking to me my fears went away. I did not feel pain at all. Recently came here for the first time. Best experience ever! (Especially it being a dentist office) The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the treatment and my questions. Ive always avoided going to the dentist but now I feel like I dont have to. I especially love the text message reminders and the online appointment scheduler! I literally scheduled my first appointment at 2AM.

I got there by a cleaning and evaluation offer, which turned into a fraud because what I paid for it did not help me for my dental cleaning. I was more disappointed from that site, after receiving indications from a DDS with no sense of kindness and prudence. It is the worst experience you have ever received in a medical office.

Was referred here by a coworker that has been with them a couple years. I needed a new dentist because my other dentist was no longer taking my insurance. Coincidentally this office takes my insurance. Im so happy with Amicus! The doctor and staff are great! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The only trouble was the schedule is crazy booked. I can understand why, they dont overbook the day like other offices. Id advise to call them with time to schedule an appointment for cleaning. I already have my next cleaning scheduled for 6 months from now and they send me texts to remind me of my appointments.

Great experience, usually I am very scared to go to Dentist but my experience here was a very relaxing , with the very gentle Hygienist explaining everything as she went along doing her job. The Dr was just as great she came to the room and in detail told me exactly what was needed to be done to solve my problem. The entire experience was a wonderful one.

I recently purchased a Groupon for a regular Dental cleaning which included xrays and a take home kit and as a gift I bought it . My boyfriend goes in for the appointment and after waiting and not even having his teeth looked at they are telling him he is NOT ELIGIBLE and that what he needs is an approx 500$ deep teeth cleaning with anesthesia. Listen it’s not like he had green teeth and missing he was there for a regular teeth cleaning and after the up charge estimate I felt that this Groupon ad is simply to bring in customers and then scam them I am very disappointed and not happy they ended up charging the Groupon and after saying he can’t use it as credit for another service and what he can do is save for someone else. If not everyone is eligible this should be in the fine print because not everyone has hours to wait in a waiting room just to get a no . What is more unprofessional is the fact that still want to charge the Groupon after he rendered no service . If this is the way they try to get customers please beware you might not get the service you want for the price you already paid.

The team are always so friendly and welcoming. They take the time to explain everything to you and always greet you with a smile. I dont worry about going to the dentist. I know I am in good hands.

Im so relieved that I decided to do all my treatment with this office! With everything going on (COVID-19😷) its impossible to schedule any appointment. I was having pain on the left side of my mouth, I texted them to see what they could do. They responded to my message and scheduled me a video chat with Dr. Montesions. I explained to her my issue and I had sent her photos for her to better exam the area. She sent me medications and I now feel a lot better. I have a friend who lives up north that does all her dental treatment in another country and now she is unable to find a local dentist that will see her. By far the best office. The staff is great. When I come in for my appointment, Im seated in the room almost immediately. The Dr. Montesinos and the Hygienist are great! They take there time with me and answer any questions I have about my treatment or cleaning. Now Im able to afford my dental care with my VIP Amicus Membership. I couldnt be happier here.

My friend recommend that I go to this office, hes always had a good experience. The last time I went time to my dentist office (Sage Dental) they told me everything was covered by my insurance. I decided to all the work and then they said Oh, by the way nothing was covered so you have to pay for the work. My friend told me that they tell you everything up front and they even send pre-estimates to your insurance to make sure that the insurance wont leave you hanging. I was convince to go, I needed a dentist and to be honest driving a little far out wasnt a big deal. I went for the first time they did my x-rays, exam and cleaning in the same visit. They explained everything that I needed, what the insurance does and doesnt cover. (No Surprises) Im very happy with this office they made me realize that not all dentist offices are the same. Im glad I chose this dentist. Everything was overall great.

Let me start by saying that the Hygienist Maria is phenomenal! I will drive over an hour away just to do my cleanings with her. I wouldnt want any other hygienist! Dr. Montesinos is the sweetest thing ever! Shes so gentle and kind. Im terrified of dentist and Im actually very comfortable with her, which its a first. Lastly the office staff is surprisingly very friendly and helpful which is also a first. I wish all my doctors had a front staff like them. They always greet me when I come in and know me by name. Overall, the experience was a good one. The office staff is extremely nice but the overall look of the office is what caused me to give 4 stars. They are moving to a brand new office soon but ill come back to update the review when i come back for my cleaning.

I am not one that enjoys a dental appointment experience. Even for a cleaning or whitening. The attention and service was truly calming. Keeping your mouth open for a long time is difficult. Nobody wanta to go to a dsntist. Remarkable staff and the DDS was awesome. Very pleased I found a great dentist.

Im not one to write reviews but I cant express enough how happy I am with my dentist office. I had to an implant with them since I was born without a molar. I went to a couple offices for prices and for someone who doesnt have insurance the VIP membership they have helps out ALOT! Everyone is so friendly and attentive. The only complaint I have is that the parking lot is always so packed. Ive learned that I have to arrive 15 mins to the location to find a decent parking spot.

Every time I had visited them for my ongoing dental issues, each one of the staff is very professional, friendly, caring and detailed. There is consistency in their positive attitude. Dr. Montezino magnificent and amazing, and you will be surprised by the nurturing and awesome treatment that Ms. Maday (her assistance) provides. Their positive energy is always there from the front desk to the inside staff. Ms. Mayara is an angel when it comes to financial information/help and the manager Daniel is a pleasure to deal with. First off, let me begin by saying I NEVER write yelp reviews -- but after my experience with Dr. Zaily I felt it was the only right thing to do seeing as she has not only changed my outlook on dentists all together but gave me the confidence to smile around girls again.Dr. Zaily is the BEST dentist in South Florida. -- not just for people who are VERY fearful of getting dental work done like myself, but also because she is a master at her craft. I went into her office and was greeted by a very friendly staff and felt comfortable through the entire process. She knew I had a bad fear and confidence issues so she talked me through the whole thing and made me laugh quite a bit to lighten the mood. I originally planned to just get my teeth cleaned to impress a tinder date and just ignore all the other dental work that needed to be done, but because I had such an excellent experience with her I plan to go back and get all the necessary work finished (which btw is a lot; 5 cavities and a bonding .I look forward to my next appointment!
