I have been in and out of dental offices since I was nine and rarely come across a doctor I can say I truly feel comfortable with and trust with my treatment plan. I just happened to call this office off google and am so glad I did. Trust me, from someone who has probably seen more dentists than most and has had all kinds of work and experiences with dentists, mostly bad experiences...Dr Jessica is very real, genuine, helpful, educated and thorough. I wish I would of found her years ago. The office staff is also incredible. Usually a great office staff is hard to find as well. Many tend to be rude or cold, but they are very warm and accepting here. I truly enjoyed meeting all of them and would recommend them to anyone. If you want a real, down to earth, thorough dentist that actually listens to your concerns and hears you, go see Dr. Jessica-Rivas Plata!

I had a wonderful experience today with the Dentist Dr Rivas she was very friendly and gentle. She also took the time to explain what she observed in temporary crown and also explained the options to resolve my concerns. I had Netflix and was totally relaxed. Dr. Jessica and her team are fantastic! I am one with major anxiety and fear in regards to the dentist. I found myself with a dental emergency and just the thought of calling to make an appointment with a dentist had my heart racing. After searching through countless dental office reviews I happened upon Prime Dental. I saw the great reviews and then took a look at the website. When I saw Dr. Jessica’s picture I sensed she was kind and gentle. I called the office and was greeted by her husband. I told him what was going on and how anxious and scared I was. He was so calming and kind. Even had me laughing a few times and kept reassuring me everything would be okay. This was on a Monday and he scheduled me for Wednesday morning.The first thing I noticed when walking in the office for my appointment was that it did not have the typical dentist smell. That definitely helped keep me more relaxed. Dr. Jessica greeted me and checked me in. The office is ensuring CDC guidelines are followed. I had my temperature checked and completed a screening.The girl at the front desk was super friendly and attentive. She helped me relax and got me situated in the back. They have tv’s in the exam room set up with Netflix. Again, not even in the back did it have that dentist office smell!Finally it was time for Dr. Jessica to assess my situation. She was kind and gentle as I sensed she would be. She was very sensitive to my fears and anxiety and explained everything to me in baby steps. One thing at a time. I had an extraction which I already knew would be the case. She took time numbing the area and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I left the office being so thankful for Dr. Jessica and her team. She even called me that evening to check in on me!I hope that my review will help someone else with the same fear/anxiety feel confident in calling Prime Dental and making an appointment.

I had recently experienced an excruciating tooth pain and my gums were very swollen. I had major work done over seas this past year and had thought my end results were great. Unfortunately, it was not. I got an infection which lead me to go pay a visit to the dentist office. I was highly recommended to visit Dr. Jessica. Her prices are very reasonable and fare. She is very detailed in explaining step by step and prepares you for your up coming dental visit. The office is very clean ,safe and disinfected. So I went from my disrespectful childhood dentist Dr. Michael Friend and found a DIAMOND in the middle of Pembroke Pines. Dr. Rivas-Plata does it all and takes her time to listen and address your concerns. She walks you through the issue and shows you what needs to be done. It’s hard these days to find a Doctor PERIODT who is so involved with their patients. Also she’s not scared to where multiple hats from receptionist, dental assistant, and even has her husband assist. During these difficult times, we are unable to dictate what will happen with our lives (or our bodies!) I was one of the unfortunate ones to wake up to a massive tooth pain ON THE WEEKEND! Called a few places and LUCKILY stumbled upon Prime Dental. Dr. Plata happily took my call, listened to my concerns and was graceful enough to open her BRAND NEW office (which by the way looks amazing!) to take care of me!I was amazed by the service, the quality and most of all, the HONESTY! You DO NOT find dentists like this nowadays!I guess the saying is true You can always find something good out of a bad situation! The timing might have been wrong, but I am VERY GLAD I found her!!
