I really told they I came here just need to see specially doctor. And the charge me 85 $ and then doing noting . And told me specially doctor not here today . You have to come back Wednesday or Saturday. Also you need to take ct scam 250 also if you Need repot 150 . This is unbelievable. If you begin told me I don’t need to stay there I will come back Wednesday. Everything is business So disappoint!!! I would never come back again .

My 10+ year old Veneer cracked last night. My old dentist could not take me till next week, I called the office of Dr. Gonzalez, and they took me within two hrs of my call. The staff was amazing. Before my temporary repair they offered to clean my teeth. The most gentle hygienist took care of me. Dr. Gonzalez explain all the options and proceed to repair my tooth. The temporary repair looked awesome and matched the half of the veneer perfectly. I highly recommend this office.

The office is very convenient as they open on Saturday’s. The front staff is very warm and welcoming. The dentist and dental hygienist are always so courteous and attentive. In the 4Years I’ve been going here I have not had a bad experience. Highly recommended

Worst experience ever while getting a filling. Filling took almost 2 hours while the Doctor was back n forth attending other patients and left the temp to Try and finish off while leaving an instrument in my moth for 20 mins and then leaving me off not even explaining the purpose of having this instrument popping out of my mouth.

First time going to Best Smile and first dental office I visit since I moved down from NY a year ago. All I can say from a person who is not fond of going to the dentist due to past bad experience, I am very happy to have found them. They were highly recommended by a coworker of mines and she did NOT stare me wrong. From the dentist to the hygienist and the dental assistants, they were all SUPER AWESOME!! Dr. Laura Gonzalez is by far one of the best dentist Ive experienced. She was truly a professional and got my 3 weeks procedure done in only 2 weeks and during a pandemic. A job well done! I recently moved to FL. I must say starting over finding new dentist and making sure they are good its tough. My husband came across this place suggested by our insurance and well we looked up and reviews and decide to give it a try.Finding the office was a bit difficult for me considering Im use to seeing big dental signs in California and well for most places and here they are all in shopping centers. A bit more complex knowing where to park. Etc. So that to me was a bit challenging. But once I found it. It was all good from there the wait time was not long. Even tho I had paper work to fill out since Im a new patient. They brought me Im fast.The staff was very friendly and carrying about your teeth. Doctor was , super sweet , attentive and knowledgeable . front desk staff made a great detail plan on how to tale care of dental payments. I definitely recommend this place.

I am so much satisfied with their services! It was an emergency that made me lose my front teeth. The clinic welcomed me right away. They were supposed to close within 30 minutes, they kept operational until I had a good looking replacement, it took 4 hours of non stop work. 10 days later I had my permanent teeth and way way better than what I had before the accident. I am so happy with this experience. Dr. Laura is amazing and all the staff together makes an amazing team! A clinic you should go to. I highly recommend! I called them for a pain due to my wisdom teeth being impacted. They were so helpful in terms of advising on credit options and getting me a speedy appointment. The day of the surgery. I couldn’t believe how quick and painless the experience ended up being. Very thankful to the staff!

My son came in for emergency extraction last minute and they not only squeezed me in but were so patient and caring at 7:40 pm. I am beside myself with how awesome they were. My son said he loved them better than his dentist whom he adores. So while its a hime for me from coral springs its worth every minute to make them our family dentist. Thank you ladies again.

On Saturday I went in for my first ever large dental procedure. Not going to lie I was a bit nervous but I wore head phones and I couldnt hear a thing. Dr. Segui and Ramon the assistant did an AMAZING job, I got all 4 wisdoms removed with local anesthesia. The last text I sent before surgery was at 1:56 PM and by 2:08 PM I was done! I felt so great after surgery, no inflammation what so ever I was even able to go to a birthday dinner that night. Shout out to Best Smile!

Amazing experience for my first time coming here. My friend had recommended this dentist to me when she had broken her teeth. I had chipped my tooth Thursday night and called Friday morning to make an appointment asap and the lady was very helpful with my last minute situation and got me an appointment at 12. I came in very upset about my teeth but the staff In the front were so sweet and attentive and helped me regain my confidence. As for the ladies who did my procedure, I can’t thank them enough for talking to me through the whole process and making me feel comfortable. My smile looks great again and I now have a new dentist to visit. :)

I had been having severe tooth pain which progressed to my gums. It turns out that I had a deep cavity in one of my wisdom teeth. I had been suffering in pain and had gotten to the point where I couldnt eat anymore and had to sustain myself on a liquid diet.My mother referred me to Dr. Laura Gonzalez of Best Smile Dental and I am so grateful that she did. I have had tooth extractions before and it was extremely painful during and afterward. However, thanks to Dr. Maikel Segui and the Best Smile Dental team this has honestly been the least painful tooth extraction I have ever had. I cannot thank the entire Best Smile team enough. My pain was well managed, I felt comfortable and I felt cared for. I highly highly recommend Best Smile Dental. Going to be straight to the point here.Theres plenty of other offices to choose from, stay far away from this one. I usually dont do reviews ever but from what we experienced this was the worst place ever. Let me explain:We were scheduled for a 12:30 visit and it was suppose to be 30 mins visit and leave. They made us wait 4 HOURSSS. No one came to us and explained why, no one apologized, no one took consideration of our time , they denied any sort of compensation , absolutely nothing. They just took our money, did a sloppy job and made us hit the curb. In all my years i never have experienced something like this and i hope no one should ever. PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE MAKING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

The service is slow!!!! I was there for 4 hours for a cleaning and 3 fillings. Almost1 1/2hr. - 2 hours was me just sitting in the chair waiting to get my tooth done.
