Because of my early history with scary and damaging experiences I am not just afraid of the dentist, I am terrified. I need A LOT of repair work and Dr. Horst is the only dentist I have ever seen that I have COMPLETE confidence in and am not afraid to keep my appointments. The whole office is a sanctuary and I am truly grateful for their service(s).

I absolutely love this office!!! Starting from the front desk girls, they are always so friendly and welcoming. Ive seen both hygienist’s there & they are absolutely amazing, so gentle and yet so good, makes you want to go back for cleanings more often! Dr. Horst is so sweet and professional, she only wants the best for you & it truly shows. This office is great at educating you when dental work is needed, but never tries to pressure you into getting it done. I will forever recommend this dental office to anyone, thank you for always making me feel welcome and cared for. It’s not everyday you find this type of hospitality in a dental office!

I have been coming to Dr Horst for many years and have to say I was especially pleased with her response to the current situation due to Covid-19. I felt extremely secure with all of the protocols she put in place, they even had equipment to sterilize and sanitize the room between patients. Debbi has been my dental hygienist for several years. She’s truly cares for you. I was told once I had to come in and get a deep cleaning with anesthesia she knew it would be expensive and gave me an alternative idea and it worked perfectly for my mouth and my pockets. She is an amazing dental hygienist, hence why I come to her only because I trust her recommendations. I know she wouldn’t steer me in the wrong direction. I loved them! After they took over from the previous practice I was unsure if I wanted to continue there, especially since it was all new people, but they are amazing! Dr Prato did an amazing job making sure I was comfy with the procedures I needed to have done and Angie was the best at making sure my cleaning and exam was perfect. I went to see Dr. Nadja Horst, a general and cosmetic dentist, in the Memorial Hospital West Medical office building in Pembroke Pines for my regular check up. I have to admit that due to the coronavirus pandemic, I was hesitant about keeping this appointment. Nonetheless, I made the decision to do so after speaking to the office manager on the phone regarding all the measures that Dr. Horst had taken to protect her patients and her staff during this public health crisis. Upon entering the office I was warmly welcomed and my temperature was taken. The waiting room had only one other person who was seated at least 6 feet away. Sneeze guards had been placed all around the front office counter and hand sanitizer was readily available at the entrance for patient use. All clinical staff wore masks and/or face shields, hospital gowns and gloves. Dr. Horst who examined my teeth wore a respirator mask and face shield. I have to say that at no time did I feel like Dr. Horst was rushing the examination. She conducted my regular check up as she has done in the past, professionally, thoroughly and thoughtfully relaying to me dental concerns that would require attention in the present or in the future. During this visit x-rays were taken and a teeth cleaning was also completed. Again, these procedures were completed at the usual pace not in a hurried fashion. I noticed that the room that I occupied for my check up had several pieces of new equipment that the office manager had mentioned during our phone call: an aerosol control machine (which basically draws in dental aerosols/respiratory droplets which occur during various dental procedures and releases the extensively filtered air back into the room); air filtration devices (which filters and purifies the air you breathe) and room sterilization devices (which disinfects surfaces in rooms). Although I did have some COVID-19 related anxiety when I entered Dr. Horst’s office, I have to say that once I saw and experienced all the measure and protocols she has taken to reduce the risk of possible COVID-19 exposure in her dental practice, my anxiety was laid to rest. I will need to follow up with Dr. Horst sooner than later and based on this visit I have no hesitation to do so. If you are looking for a dentist or a second opinion for your dental care, I would highly recommend Dr. Horst as she has made patient safety a priority during a pandemic while continuing to deliver dental care at the highest standards.

I just had a deep cleaning by Christina.She was so sweet and she did such an amazing job!!And also all the staff are very nice and friendly.They explained everything clearly and tell me what is the best for me.I would definitely recommend this dentist office to everyone!!

Excellent service! My two daughters see Dr. Prato and they LOVE her! She always goes the extra mile to make them feel comfortable...she is very kind and patient. Her way of dealing with them makes dentist visits easy to handle. The office is very clean and organized. Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Horst and her staff are personable and understanding. I was having sensitivity in March and was able to get in to see her rather quickly. She and her office staff made sure I was comfortable. Since the hygienist could fit me in that afternoon, Dr. Horst took extra time to do a hygienist type cleaning around the crowns I was having sensitivity with. She also made sure I understood what the problem was, how it could have happened and what needed to be done to take care of my teeth so I wouldn’t need a root canal. Honest Doctor with compassion, hard to find these days.

The team here is awesome! They have made my dental journey easy and painless....except the needles. I’ve been to many dental practices and I’ve finally found my dental home. Another bonus is they are always on time. Nothing worse than arriving on time and then waiting an hour. They always see me promptly. Thank you 601 Dental!

The front desk is amazing! The office is inviting. The staff explained procedure, next steps and cost to me in detail. Every time I met someone new she explained her role and what she would be doing with me. The doctor was polite. It was a great experience ❤️

Dr Horst is such an amazing dentist! I tried a few different dentists before finding Dr Horst and I am so happy I found her! She truly cares about her patients and wants the best for them! She gives all of her patients all the time they need and does not rush like most dentists to get from patient to patient. Every time I have an appointment she sees me on time which means a lot to me. She recommends what I need and does not try to sell me things I don’t need. She truly is the best medical professional I have come across and is just an all around amazing and positive person!

Im a person that hates going to get my teeth clean, but my visit was wonderful. I must say the worst part (x-ray) was not bad at all. The girl was patient and gentle with the instruments.I really enjoyed my appointment after all.

Theyre constantly trying to get you to buy stuff and get unnecessary work done. I went in for one filling and it suddenly became 3 on the day of the appointment. The first day they said I had 3 total, and after getting 2 filled the first day, they told me i suddenly had 3 more. They tried to push excess cleanings, wisdom tooth removal, and tried to get you to buy products from them every time you changed rooms. The abundance of 5 star reviews is due to them offering a raffle in exchange for one. Found out from a friend later that he had a similar experience where they told him he had seven, but upon getting a second opinion it was only 2.

I had an amazing dental experience with Cristina , Yalena & Jenifer who took great care of me this evening. They are true assets to this entire dental office. Dr. Horst and her team are excellent. Every time you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a great environment. You never wait long, as compared to most doctor’s offices. They truly look out for your best interest and give you every single option you have. Nothing is ever forced on you. I personally suffer from severe TMJ and they work around it. Debbi Rivero, my dental hygienist is always so careful with my cleanings and they always turn out quick and painless. I cannot recommend this office enough!
