Ive come here a few times for eyebrow threading and for eyelash extensions. They only do eyelash extensions at this location on Sundays and it comes with free eyebrow threading if you get a full set with Mink lashes. Hafsa is amazing and will make your lashes look beautiful and natural. Although they take walk-ins, I highly suggest you make an appointment.

LUNA IS THE BEST THREADER. She listens & pays attention to detail. I’ve never left upset. She makes my brows perfect all the time. I have thick and long brows & I just like them cleaned up and shaped slightly, she gets it right every time!

I just got my eye brows threaded and the receptionist butchered my eyebrows. I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded a million times at this location and this is the first time I’ve had to go to another tech to correct what has been done. First, when I entered the store I was not greeted by the receptionist . She was on the phone at first and I assume she was assisting with someone who needed to have services done as well. By the way she was laughing on the phone it seemed more like she was speaking with a friend. She finally greeted me and had me sign in for my service. I have never been particular about who threads my brows at this location because I’m always asked how I’d like my brows done and I’ve been given the shape I desired. After maybe two min of waiting I was told to sit in the first chair, I was under the impression that one of the other stylist I recognized would be servicing me but to my surprise it was the same receptionist. May I point out as well they went up $2 in pricing for threading and waited until after the service to inform me and another paying customer. The receptionists response was “prices are high” , prices are high for the same quality service? Definitely price gouging. The receptionist began to thread my brows without asking me how I’d like them shaped, she started to thread and after a few min handed me a mirror to see the results and not only did she shorten the length of my eye brows she provided no shape and left stranded hairs. I gave her instruction to apply more shape but she stated she “can’t on the bottom but will at the top”, what does that mean? I allowed her to try and fix the problem but at that point it was too late. I paid for the service, did not tip and left. I’m the type of person who will just never come back which is a shame because I’ve been coming to this location for years. If you love your eyebrows beware please!

The lady who did my eyebrow her name is Tazeen .she is very rude and pathetic.. as she found me way too nice she took the chance and she was bad mouthing on her native language ( punjabi language) after threading she didn’t even wipe or dust the excess hair from face. She didn’t even took enough time to do the whole service. Just rushed me out. No hi no bye. Nada. I felt Very intimidating . And she don’t even did the eyebrow properly. When i asked her name and a visiting card of her she just pointed at a direction. Didn’t even bothered to hand the card in my hand. It was just the store card and there were space to write her name. Then i had to asked her to write her name. No manner. There hair left in the sides. NOT GOOD. If I could I would give them a zero.

Farrah was Wonderful!! Threading n facial, was the Best. My skin looks soooo good and my large pores are MUCH SMALLER. THE ALOE N CUCUMBER TONER IS GREAT!! FARRAH WAS SO PLEASANT and professional. Her hands have a Magic touch. Im so relaxed this weekend thanks to her. GOD BLESS HER,I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK TO HER AGAIN. THANKS MUCH FARRAH 👍👍🤗🤗

It looks like a very professional and well-kept establishment. I cant speak for the service myself because I only just came with my girlfriend. However, they take care of her and thats all that matters to me.The staff is friendly as well, which goes very far in a service industry such as this. They have a lot of services too, so its convenient. I would recommend.

TAZEEEEEEEM IS THE BEST!! I’ve been going to her for about 3-4 years now and I haven’t found anywhere else close to how she does them. It’s always a friendly interaction and she’s very professional.She listens to when i want my brows to grow out or to just do whatever lol but overall🥺 she’s amazing and the whole place in general are so kind and so clean, it’s awesome.

I was gonna do my eyebrows and as you can see in the photo one is bigger then the other one. I did not like the attention. To the woman that did my eyebrows was not taking cautions of the virus . To be the first time to go here I do not recommend it😒

I grew out my eyebrows for about 3 months before getting them threaded and I was honestly scared of the outcome at first because it was my first time doing threading. They lie about prices on the phone beware . Don’t recommend this place at all. They told me 35$ on the phone for lashes I get there thinking 35$ and they never told me , once she was done she told me it was 90$ . The work she gave me isn’t worth 90$.

This was the most intimidating experience ever. I walked in for an eyebrow threading but had powder on my brows. I asked for the make up to be removed before we started to prevent infection, but I was shot down saying it didn’t matter. Tazeen proceeds to thread my brows (they did end up looking very pretty, I can’t lie) but as I was in the chair she tells me I have way too many black heads (which I don’t, I do home facials once a week) and NEED to remove them with their facial which is currently on sale. I kindly decline and she proceeds to ask me two more times. I didn’t get the facial. At the end of these excruciatingly long 6 minutes she shows me my eyebrows I thank her and start getting up but she tells me I need to leave a google review, I said I would and try to get up once more but she tells me to do it then. I’m not one for confrontation so it’s hard to decline. I was on my lunch break and was running out of time but I felt bullied to leaving the review. I quickly went on google left 5 stars and started getting up once more but she tells me I did it wrong and needed to include her name. It’s likely all these reviews a false because of the pressure they put on you to leave them. The threading was great but the environment was awful.

Best beautician in Miami is Luna, she has been doing my eye brows for about 10 years. I’ve moved with her when she has changed locations. She listens to your eyebrow goals and her magic touch is incomparable. Thankful to be about to relax when I go in and get my eyebrows done because i know she knows exactly what I want. Very courteous front desk staff as well and they answer all your questions over the phone. The Henna designs are gorgeous and last a while.

Tazeen is the TRUTH!! My eyebrows are curly and short, so it’s always hard to find someone who can make them look elongated, full, and shapely. She threaded them FLAWLESSLY! AND she was swift.( It’s also a plus that the salon is nice and tidy)
