I just had done my hair there, I did partial highlights, hair cut and blower by Elizabeth and she was amazing!! I loved the way my hair looks now, she was very friendly and funny!! Honestly I have to give her a recognition for the good work she has done to me! :) and also Doris very friendly too. Prices are very affordable. Definitely I will come back in the future... :)

I have been coming to Salon of Pembroke Pines for over 5 years together with my daughter and my aunt. It has been very convenient for us because they accept walk in, so the sign says..... I have always noticed the employee at the front desk (she might be the owner) to give me a little attitude but the girl that cuts our hair is very nice and does an ok job. The last time I came I felt that an explanation was in order on why I don’t make an appointment ahead of time so I explained to her that my aunt is 97 years old (YES 97) and it was difficult for her to keep appointments as I had to wait for her to have a “good” day and bring her for a hair cut. She wasn’t impressed with my reasoning but ok, she made us wait 2 hours. Today we came to have our hair cut and my aunt also needed her toe nails cut. It was 12 noon and she said that the mext appointment for a pedicure was at 4 pm. I told her is was not a pedicure just her toe nails trimmed and still she said I had to wait until 4. I asked her just maybe work her in between appointments and she said is was not possible. She is rude and non accommodating I explained that my aunt can’t sit for that long period of time so here I am waiting until 4. You will ask why I stay? My aunt doesn’t take change easily she is set in coming to this place.

I had gone a few times before and taken my daughter, they had our business for haircuts for life as Im not very picky and they do an ok job. The other night I was in a pinch, as I had my cousins wedding the next day and was currently looking like Shaggy from Scoobie-doo (no joke). I get off work at 6:30pm and took note that they closed at 7pm. I rushed over straight after work and arrived at 6:40pm. It was perfect timing in my view as there was only one person cutting hair, but the previous customer had just finished his haircut (no other customers were waiting, and the sign on the door says Walkins welcome!) I jokingly said to the receptionist, Is it too late for a haircut? To my surprise the receptionist told me yes it was too late, and conferred with the hair cutter who also agreed that it was too late! Unbelievable, why have a closing time if you are sending home paying customers 20 minutes early! They tried to tell me it was because she did not want to rush my haircut. Is this what customer service is supposed to be? No! Customer service would be staying 5 minutes later if need be to make sure it was cut right (which would not have been needed as my haircuts take 10 min). I ended up going to Supercuts and found out that they will accept customers even a minute before closing time, though they close at 8pm so I arrived w/ plenty of time. They will also have our business from now on.

The owner is a Latin woman, who only speaks VERY BAD ENGLISH and apart from that she is rude to clients. My criticism is not towards the employees but towards the owner. My family and I dont go to that place anymore.
