The ladies at reception and in the lab were all friendly! The ladies in the lab got me in and out real quick yesterday; I was dropping off a urine sample for my mom. I had to take my mother for lab work on Monday; the technicians were very good; they took their time and explained what they were doing and made sure she understood what she needed to do.

Very happy with the layout and available exercise equipment options especially with my father whom Im a full-time caregiver for is able to choose from close to 20 different exercise machines that is geared for anyone who might not be ab abled bodied adult such as his case where he is only able to use only his right side because his dominant side his left side he lost mobility of during his stroke. And its NEVER crowded in there maybe 3 people at any given time.

Whether Im going for therapy or a doctors appointment always great service with smiling faces.

I go to the health plex for my physical and occupational therapy. I enjoy it very much. The therapists are great and very helpful. If you have a choice of where to go for your therapy I recommend the health plex

Therapist and Attendants are very attentive to your needs!

No one likes to go here since you get lab work, scans, manograms, x-rays, etc. But the staff are nice and helpful and you can get everything done in one place then get a great coffee treat to celebrate when its over.

Gave four stars because I didnt want to delete from list went to third floor for cat scan I would give the building and nurses and receptionist all five stars

This is a really nice gym! Very up to date, and the staff are always very nice! Tyler was very helpful during my personal training, even though my legs were sore for 2 days! Lol!

I love this gym! Its convenient for me, clean, and just like the CHEERS bar, everybody knows my name. Being a member gives you access to their lap pool and the group exercise classes. There are degree certified trainers that can help you with the equipment, your form, and for an extra cost some personal 1:1 or group training. Whether you want to go in and do your thing and get out; or go get a work out in, shower, and then get a massage, this is the place.

Always biased. Best gym in area, 25 yd pool and staff make it so. One of my favorite masseuses works here and you cant be the prices for what they offer. shhhhh keep it quiet

All the staff were great . Very short wait time for my x-ray. They posted readings very quickly.

Great machine options, exercise pool, classes. A little offputting that its in a hospital. I feel they are too expensive with the fees and everything. They REQUIRE your checking information for a membership which is a deal breaker for me.

A Great Facility with Highly Qualified StaffSinging River Healthplex is a great facility, clean, great equipment and classes. I love that the exercise staff all have college degrees and excellent certifications which allows the members to reach their goals in a safe and efficient manner. By far the best facility on the gulf coast!

This is a wonderful location, clean and friendly. They have a pool, a fair sized amount of cardio and weight equipment, and they offer various classes. There are some day-use lockers, or you can rent for a small fee on a monthly basis. They do have towels for use by customers.

Most of the reviews here are for the gym side of this facility and I agree it is fantastic. Today however I had an appt upstairs with the imaging staff for my first ever CT scan. First off they were operating on Memorial day which surprised me; I honestly thought there was a mistake. The staff in general were polite and efficient. The radiologist specifically was amazing. I have what we all sarcastically refer to as white coat syndrome, which means doctors, nurses, and hospitals make me really nervous. He made sure I was comfortable and told me not to worry. He explained every bit of what was going to happen during my three phase CT, and what to expect. He let me ask all kinds of random radiology questions between scans to keep nice and calm. When I appologised he told me that he actually appreciated it because it made the time go by faster. He allowed me to feel almost as if I was simply attending a panel about radiology, and I could almost forget about the giant x-ray machine that I was sporadically going in and out of.While I dont know if anyone can be completely calm and relaxed if they are in need of a CT; I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant medical appointments I have ever had. I was very pleasantly surprised. That one is a keeper. Good job guys.

All I can say is I cant do the therapy. Everyone is very nice.

My kids went to pt there. It is very clean and the employees are wonderful.

Psychiatrist was aweful. She wasnt knowledgeable. My wife went out of town they kept automatically scheduling her for appointments and after a month I took her back and they dropped her saying she saw a no show. I tried to explain to them why she was not there and they didnt care. Why prescribe my wife a thirty day supply and 30 days later she come back and you drop her. That makes no sense you guys need to be held accountable. My insurance isnt a atm card for personal use. I dont trust you killing river.

Pricey, but the service is great and the equipment and facilities are top notch. The trainers seem interested in your success which makes a big difference.

Im a 2 heart attack patient on January 4th of this year. I went through Cardiac Rehab the Physical Therapist did a Outstanding Job they were always there for the Patients.

Excellent customer service dirty pool

It needs to be known that the Singing River Healthplex and the Singing River Medical Park are not the same entity. There are reviews on here in regard to Dr. Mallette and ultrasounds which do not reflect the Healthplex at all. The Healthplex is the medically-based fitness facility inside the Medical Park that offers memberships to the public.

They took real good care of me in rehabilitation after I had to have my foot amputated. I was there for two weeks and the personal was great easy to talk to and understood what I wanted and needed .
