This is my home gym and I love it! Always clean, staff is friendly. What more do you need in a gym?! 💪🏼

***UPDATE***Holly assisted my God-daughter in enrolling today. She had an unusual discount but Holly and her manager handled it professionally and with smiles!! Its always great when customer service is pleasant and the staff seem to enjoy and find pleasure in what they do! Come join or take a look around if youve been hesitant. You will not be disappointed!!Staff at this location are friendly, informative and helpful. Machines were clean and facilities well taken care of.

It was super clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of space for a good workout in a peaceful environment. I will definitely come back again.

My favorite gym of allThe coast! Only changing from 5 stars to 2 because I have to drive to Theodore every night from Pascagoula to go to the gymSince my closes before I get off and Im at my first job before they open. May change to a local 24 hour gym but Im gonna cry if I do because this is my favorite spot the staff are so friendly n the place is the cleanest besides the hours would be 5 stars.

The variety of machines you have and that you can always get on what you want. I also love the circuit bc you feel like you are doing a little bit of everything in one workout. Being a blackcard member, I enjoy the hydro bed and the massage chair as well. It is just what is needed to unwind and relax!!

The atmosphere is quite and a really great place to work out. I enjoy every trip to the gym!

I enjoy visiting this facility once I arrive. The staff is always friendly and I especially love that a few of them specifically say my name as they greet me. I have never had a bad experience and appreciate the precaution and extra measures taken to ensure our safety.

This particular PF has excellent employees behind the desk, especially Halle, who helped my girlfriend and I on more than one occasion.

The Pascagoula MS Planet Fitness is the best!! The staff always great me upon entering and are always smiling. They have sufficiently answered all of my questions. The place and equipment are always clean, very important factor in a gym. Have never seen broken or damaged equipment. I feel safe and welcome when there. Really friendly staff and clean environment

I really like this gym. Ive tried different ones before but this one is very spacious and clean. They upkeep the equipment very well. Staff is very friendly everytime you come and go. Great job to everyone who makes this place a comfortable experience.

Excellent COVID protocol.

I Been a member since it first started and is my favorifavorite gym. Im very upset because they are not longer 24hour and my work schedule get in middle and in morning Im just too tired to work outout. I have decided to cancel my membership this week and find a 24 hour gym.

Loved my first visit to the gym. The customer service is fantastic. Also, the facility is in great shape.

The facility is clean. Machines are very easy to use. The staff is very kind and friendly. And all are welcomed and included, from the young and fit to the elderly and handicapped. Great place for anyone to workout in my opinion.

Since January 1st there has been no hot water for the showers. The claim is that it is “getting fixed soon”. I assume soon means 2022 since there has been no work done. My advice to anyone looking for a gym is to go elsewhere.

I used to love this place , now they have started blaring the planet fitness dance party , when u ask them why it’s so loud they act like they don’t know what you are talking about

Update: I contacted the gym as their reply asked to and I spoke with Natalie who is a manager. We talked about the issues the gym has been having with the hot water and has kept me informed on their progress to resolving the problem. Honestly when she told me she would keep me updated I doubted I would ever hear anything else about it and she has contacted me twice and I thank her for doing that. Makes me feel much better about the business and their care for the customers.Thank you Natalie.Seems like a nice gym and the girls in the morning are helpful but it has been over a month and they cannot get something as simple as the water heater fix in the men’s bathroom. Taking freezing showers before work in the winter time is ridiculous. I understand things break but it doesn’t take over a month to fix or replace a water heater.

Just overcrowded but otherwise staff is freindly gym area is clean, mens restroom could use a little more attention but otherwise great.

The staff in Pascagoula is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy the many choices of equipment and the large locker room is always clean and inviting. I love the Body Enhancement booth and the Hydromassage bed. The crowd meter on the app helps me schedule my day.

All the employees are always nice and courteous and it’s very clean. They also are taking precautions against the COVID 19 pandemic and that reassuring.

Prefer this PF over others cause they have a rewards system.

I have loved the Pascagoula, Ms planet fitness since the first day I walked in just to visit with a friend that is a member. Within an hour of working out with him I was ready to join a year and half ago. Clean and friendly atmosphere and still have a great time each time I walk in the door. Thanks staff members.

The customer service was great!

Passing through from out of town and needed a pit stop. Had great help from the front desk. I had forgotten my key tag and they worked with me and were happy to help. Everything was clean and the staff was the friendliest I have ran into so far. Love love love planet fitness for travel !

I love this place only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of five was my greeting was not so welcoming but the hydromassage and the free weights are amazing absolutely loved it

The gym was very clean. I was nicely greeted at the door and social distancing was being performed!

I have visited this site for tanning only and both days i used the stand up beds. The first bed had 10 bulbs out and i notified them upon leaving. The second day a different bed had 8 bulbs out. As i was leaving i notified the lady at the front counter and with a look of disgust she responded with we will have bulbs in next week. I suggest you train her to keep her facial expressions in check cause next time wont be so pretty!!

The gym is well laid out and the staff are eager to help and over the top friendly. We signed up and got a black card today. My wifes insurance covers the Black Card membership so I can go with her for free as well. Sign up was easy. They take your ID and scan it. Take a picture of you, you sign a waiver and agree to the policies of the gym, we put a credit card on file so we can just sign for drinks and stuff (optional) and that was it. Took like less than 10 minutes. They offered us a tour, but we figured we would just walk around a bit on our own. The equipment is amazing and everything looks safe. Its nice to know that if we are not sure how to use a piece of equipment, they are more than happy to do a demonstration. Highly highly recommend!

I really enjoy my time in this gym! Even when the parking lot is full you dont feel crowded in when trying to work out! and the staff are pleasant and very helpful!

I adore this gym. I’ve been to different PF’s, however this is my home gym. The employees are so helpful and make the environment very inviting. It makes me love going to the gym!

The staff is very friendly. The layout is good. Even in busier times there are still plenty of machines available to get a good workout.

I love my Pascagoula location! All of the employees are kind, helpful, inviting upon arrival, encouraging and all are sure to tell you bye and to have a great day when leaving! They are always cleaning and staying busy. The manager is the same and speaks to her clients and walks around and helps her employees instead of just delegating the duties!

Staff is so Friendly and there is a good atmosphere.

This location is awesome. Everyone who works here is friendly. The equipment is new and well maintained. Also it is consistently clean. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Planet fitness could be better when I go to work out it should be a happy thing to do for yourself not judgemental the one in pascagoula I was very uncomfortable it made me feel as if something was wrong for me being there perhaps it depends on who cares that day if your employees are acting out more than likely its your management you need to go undercover and check things out for yourself i am tired of places that we can use in our cities that doesnt stay around very long your employees can put you out of business just like that just check it out for yourself bad vibes from trainers thats just so sad and also shame on you for nothing but I bet you want that pay check when it comes around

First time at a gym and really enjoyed it.

Nice staff and always helpful surprisingly at 4am. Facility is clean and equipment works as it should. I really like the fact that I can go in there at anytime I feel. Some PFs gyms have restricted times.

Clean facilities, associates are always happy to help, no judgement advertisement is real - major diversity of clientele.

My husband visited this location from VA for a work trip . Used the facility for about a week. Today , He was minding his business working out when he was asked to change his tank top that was cut on the sides. We have never been questioned in Chesapeake VA about this same tank top or any other!!! I am not happy with planet fitness!!! It does not say anything about this on your website!!!!

Affordable, open 24 hrs, can use tanning beds 24/7, vast amounts of equipment to choose from, and most importantly to me, no pressure to perform or impress.

Cool atmosphere but dont accidentally drop a weight or breath too deep. They will sound a alarm and try to embarrass you.

I just rejoined for the umpteenth time. The staff are super friendly, the equipment is in great shape, and all around its just a good environment to workout in!

Awesome gym environment and affordable. The gym has a to die for massage/lounge chairs. I was a guest and did not have to pay for my visit. Large selection of exercise equipment. Great experience overall!

I have been a member of every “fitness club” in our town. Pascagoula Planet Fitness is a supreme environment! The leadership is friendly and knowledgeable . The equipment is up kept and clean . The COUNTER is my fav part of the club . The friendly staff makes all the difference !

Great easy to follow workout rooms. Tanning. Massage. They have it all covered.

I love Goula PF! The circuit has helped me gain muscle and the massage chair and massage bed makes me want to go more often. PF is the only place I like to work out at (not big on being sweaty).

We visited this location one time. One time only. We were on vacation on our way to gulf shore. We stayed one night in pascagoula ms. It was a wonderful visit. We were able to check in to our hotel early. We did a airboat tour. Had the best po boys we have ever had. Saw a lighthouse. Everyone in pascagoula was so friendly. So the morning before we left headed for dauphine island we went to work out at planet fitness. We are black card members in our home town, so we can visit any planet fitness. It was very clean , the counter girl was very nice. The equipment was all well kept worked properly. We also each took a guest our children. They were already signed up as guest so each gave their number and signed in and it waa as easy. I did a massage chair and we stayed about an hour. It was a great experience to add to the overnight stay! Would recommend this planet fitness to anyone and make sure you also enjoy pascagoula ms while you are in town. It was a very nice drive around town. Easy to acess the gym good parking. You could find it easily on GPS. The sign is large. The community here was very pleasant. Everyone is very friendly very accommodating. We had a very wonderful Tim working out here. It wasnt busy at all on a sunday morning. It was very nice weather when we were there. Not to humid.

Great gym with awesome equipment we spend a lot of time here very great environment..the only down fall was me and my wife were told when we signed up she could still tan even though the card was in my name but was true she had to get her own later after she was told she couldnt tan after doing it for almost 2 weeks but no big deal we got her a membership

The Best Planet Fitness Because The Best Staff Period! Seeing Courtney in The Morning is Reason to Get my butt out of bed!! Part of not just my workout but part of my life!

Everyone makes fun of Planet fitness but honestly it has everything that I need. I just need cardio equipment. My first time inside I was surprised, its super clean. Maybe because its a newer facility, Im not sure but the gym I go to is super clean. The workers are constantly cleaning, and the showers in the bathroom are really nice. My only complaint about the gym is that its a judgement free zone but then they judge people doing newer types of workouts. No gallon water bottles, a huge siren and like that embarrasses someone when they violate a rule. That doesnt make sense to me. Its a gym, just let it be a gym.
