Dr. Dawn Watkins is the best Provider on the MS Gulf Coast! She listening to her patients needs and creates a care plan designed specific for each patient. I would definitely recommend her to all of my family and friends! Hands down she is the best Provider I have ever had.

I really like Dr. Williamson but her staff won’t get my blood pressure meds refilled and they won’t return my calls. I just moved here and was hoping Dr. Williamson was going to be my doctor but her staff is letting her down. Looks like I’m hunting for a new doctor again.

Unprofessional and unacceptable ‼️Should not take OVER 24 hrs. for prescriptions to be called in.

Can’t get my mother’s prescriptions refilled, they never call you back. This is not the first time, luckily her cardiologist was able to help the first time. I have left two messages and still nothing! I am tempted to make an appointment just to get help!

Whoever answers the phones are always rude.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am. It was almost an hour and a half before I was seen by the doctor.

Anytime I’ve gone as a walk in the staff has been courteous professional and as quick as possible. Not hanging out visiting with each other. I’ve been often and have been very happy with the Dr’s that I’ve seen.

Very professional clean courteous the people there know what theyre doing their very inform they want you to be comfortable as as much as possible they explain stuff to you all around a very good place

This clinic does not exactly have the patient in mind before its pocketbook. I dont know if they recieve a kickback from Synergy Labs but they failed to let me know there is a high probability private insurance will not cover drug testing. I paid over 232 out of pocket when I could have been given option to do labs outside of their ponzi scheme of lab testing comapny choices and spent a fraction of that. When I showed this to the MD he looked surprised when I know it was no surprise. Their lab company said they price according to other labs. Thats pure crockery. I faxed that company what Lab corp prices were for same tests and they refused to honor it because crooks have no honor. I also sent a lengthy fax to the pain Dr. Office regarding my horrendous pain and med changes and my fears regarding my uncontrolled stroke pain and they didnt contact me by leaving any messages. Someone attempted to call and I called back but they didnt know who called. They never tried to call me back. Run from this clinic. I feel money comes first then maybe patients. Very Very dissapointed in the poor service and lack of followup. I would never reccomend this pain clinic or related pain clinics in the SR system. Poor Job on their part.

DONT GO HERE MY DAUGHTER WENT LAST WEEK.. The Dr took 4 days to call in script.. went to get it .. it was all messed up.. called Dr .. so called nurse said Dr left for day .. have to wait till tomorrow.. what kind of Dr leaves at 3:30 on a Tuesday.. ..BTW they stay open till 7:00
