I have used them a few times with no issues but the last time I stood at the counter for five minutes while three people worked and ignored me? I finally just walked away.

The Pasadena pharmacy is always friendly and gets my prescriptions out in a timely manner. I really appreciate the time the pharmacists take to go over a new medication when I pick up. Love my HEB !!!

I recently ended up pretty sick and went to rediclinic. I do not currently have health insurance but knew that I was bad enough that I needed to be seen. Overall it was a great experience (especially since going to the doctor is never something someone looks forward to) however I ended up needing 4 prescriptions which caused me a bit of anxiety since again, I have no health insurance. Well HEBs pharmacy is just fantastic, they asked about insurance and when I told them I had none they put me on their discount card and saved me a TON on the medications I really needed. I highly recommend everyone use their pharmacy, I will never go anywhere else again.

Why give them your insurance card if their not going to even run it. I had to wait in line and tell them how to do they job on insurance just to get my prescription. The pharmacist was refusing to use the insurance cause he didn’t feel like doing his job.

Always helpful and professional. And today they worked with the urgent care clinic to get my sons meds filled even though it was their closing time. This will be the third time, also, that HEB pharmacy has had a drug that both Walgreens and CVS were out of stock on.

Pharmacy manager awesome lady did a good job really well very nice quick easy in-and-out I cant say any better

Horrible, rudest pharmacy Ive ever seen or dealt with! F-Never again! Heb lost me as a customer as a whole because of the pharmacy!

I waited at the pick up counter while they talked about burgers, even after their conversation ended no one acknowledged my presence, I had to walk back over to the drop off line to tell me my Rx was ready and I can pick it up at the pick up line.
