This is Mauricio Osorio speaking and I definitely believe this place deserves 5 stars. Ive been going here since I was a child and Ive always been given the best care. The staff is so nice and accommodating, not to mention that service is quick and efficient. I recently got my fillings done ( 3 of them) and I didnt even need to recieve a numbing a shot. Most places take at least an hour to do three fillings but this place did it in 30 MINUTES and the results were outstanding! Love this place and i absolutely recommend coming here

Myself and my daughter came to Dr. Nguyen for cleaning and fillings. My daughter did hers yesterday and she was so happy with it. No complaints she followed all his instructions on the care of her teeth she was really motivated for a 10 year old I was definitely impressed. Today I had my cleaning and fillings and I can see why Dr. Nguyen and his staff are A1 they were so accommodating and they did an awesome job on my teeth! He was very down to earth and nice and made me feel comfortable. The laser that he used is awesome and my visit all the more better! I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone who ask me. I will be sending my older daughter here for her cleaning as well!

Took my son today and the entire staff was very helpful and courteous. They go above and beyond to make sure all safety measures are being practiced. Really loved the customer service. Definitely recommending to family and friends.

Ladies at the office are wonderful, made us feel welcomed and covid safe. The dentist is nice and Im confident he knows what he is talking about, he took the time to explain what he was doing as he was doing it, not only to me but more importantly to my children. They were comfortable and understood everything, even said they are no longer scared to go to dentist. 👍

So glad that my wife found this place. Im a disabled veteran and go to VA for my dental, but my wife uses the Delta Dental VA dental insurance program. Were happy that this place accepts this insurance. Dr. Nguyen is very kind and knowledgeable. This staff is excellent as well. It is a comfortable environment. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

Took all 4 of my boys. Excellent just excellent experience with each and every one. The dentist knows how to deal with each age. (2,4,12, and 15 years old) Makes everyone feel so comfortable and makes sure you understand what is going on. My kids love him. Even when I went for an Injury my son was seen right away. Wait is always so minimal or none. Office is beautiful and staff from reception to dental assistants are warm and welcoming. I love going there and will continue to forever go. You can tell he is very passionate about his profession you can see it in his smile.

Been here for as long as I can remember and not only does Dr. Nguyen care for his patients but also the rest of the staff does as well. I am always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, always asking how I’ve been and it feels comfortable. Great place and great people would recommend coming here if you haven’t already.

We love Dr.Nguyen! I will say he is a perfectionist! I recently had some deep fillings that required numbing and he was so gentle I actually fell asleep that’s how comfortable he made me feel The staff is amazing and so friendly. The renovation came out beautifully, very modern and sleek. Convenient location and they even have a small play area for the kids. My kids love it here too. He is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Definitely recommend for any child or adults.

Found a A good dentist finally , that I liked !!! He was recommended by my niece and I was so appreciative that they scheduled an appointment for me to go to his office after having pain ,the same day . I got to their office and I was received by two receptionist they were so nice so welcoming as so helpful I was really impressed. You see after having a bad experience with another Dentist in the past I was scared. I was treated so nice coming in to The examining room with the Lead dental assistants Heydy . I started to feel relaxed and safe after the examination When The doctor came in he introduced himself and I liked him right away . He took his Time and explained everything the X-ray showed , that I needed to have done .being upfront and honest I thought in my mind ,this is gonna be my Dentist. I was taken into the Office manager , her name was Victoria she was extremely nice and helpful in anyway for any questions that I had she was so helpful I highly recommend the Town Square Dental Facilities in Pasadena. It was my first visit and I am very pleased , and won’t be the last The staff overall was great an excellent Thank you Doctor and ladies. Have a Bless Day

The staff is amazing. From Dr. Nguyen to his assistants and even the office personnel. They have a good system to remind you of the appointments. They are mindful of your time and pretty good about getting you out in a timely manner. Dr. Nguyen is very informative about every personal situation and they are all great with kids. I took my daughter here when she was 2 and accidentally knocked her tooth loose.. Dr. Nguyen fixed it and when it came loose again, he did an emergency appt on Saturday for her... Been here since

Really like bringing my children here. The dr is very caring and takes his time with his patients and i am very satisfied with coming here instead of anywhere else.

My oldest son was terrified of going to the dentist because of a past experience, but Dr. Nguyen made him feel completely different about dentist appointments! My youngest son had work done as well and he was amazing with him! His dentist assistant is amazing as well! The front staff is understanding and very polite! I love this place and the staff!!!

Great music with a great staff. The doctor is very great at explaining the details and takes his time so you don’t feel rushed. The staff is playful but also professional. The entire place is spotless and their appointment system is flawless. On a scale from 1-10 this place is an 11.

I have been going to town square dental ever since i was little. They have always been friendly with my siblings and I, every time my mother had a doubt about a procedure, they would explain it to her throughly. My mother has always loved taking us there because during the procedures we would go through, she always had permission to be at our side to keep us calm.

This place is a rippppp off! I went into here new patient and the dentist quoted me $3000 worth of work done on my teeth. He told me I have 12 cavities and needed them filled. All I went in there for was a basic cleaning. He said I didnt brush my teeth well, I had gum disease and I needed a Deep cleaning and that a basic cleaning was too time consuming. I immediately walked out without a cleaning after being there for over a hour, I knew it was a lie when he said I have 12 cavities. So now today I go into my regular dentist where they tell me my teeth look fine, need to get a sonic care toothbrush and I have 0 cavities!!!!! So when a professional licenses dentist lies to your face and is a scam for money dont trust this place they will for sure steal from you! They will tell you stains on your teeth are cavities and you need them filled! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They also dont send your X-rays over when you ask them to!!!

I have been taking my children to Town square dental for over a year now. I have a 2 yr, 4 yr, and 16 yr old. My babies love coming with Mr. Nguyen. When i tell them where we are going they get so excited. They have never cried in the dentist chair. Mr. Nguyen and staff are AMAZING and very time efficient. With all 3 of my kids we are out in an hour or less. I highly recommend town square dental, for anyones dental needs.
