Ive been coming here for about 4 years now. I originally came in for a dental emergency and the staff was graceful enough to fit me in the same day.The entire staff is amazing. They are attentive and willing to accommodate my schedule. Dr. Chris and Priscilla (hygienist) always take their time and listen to my concerns/needs. The dental staff do an amazing job with cleaning and making sure youre as comfortable as possible. Had my wisdom teeth removed with them and I had no discomfort with the procedure. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years they are always kind, quick, and amazing at what they do. They are always accommodating and even TV and headphones if you need them. I wouldn’t go any other place. My husband has tried several other places that are closer to our home and decided he needs to come back here because it is wonderful Compared to other dentists. Great service overall except that my peracriptions were sent to another pharmacy 20 miles away from the one I had requested. Had to wait that much longer to get my antibiotics and pain meds.

This place discriminates against people with disabilities and medical conditions that prevent them from wearing a mask that doesnt even protect them from a virus with an over 90% survival rate.

I found this place online while searching for a dentist during this pandemic. I highly dislike going to the dentist due to past experiences. But this place exceeded my expectations. Since the moment you book your appointment you are greeted with super nice people. They are very clean and very nice always asking about your comfort level. Extremely thorough staff. They will do whatever they can to make your visit to the dentist as enjoyable as possible. I have had sensitivity problems in the past and cleanings became painful. I visited Sierra Smiles, and they offered various methods of pain and sensitivity relief during the cleaning, ultimately allowing for a much deeper clean than I have been able to get in the past. I have had the same Dentist since I was 5 years old, so approximately 38 years. His practice has become a bit old school and cannot do a few procedures I need and they are normally booked around 3 months out. Because I have a phobia of starting new doctors due some mistreatment, I waited way too long to get much needed dental work. So long in fact it became an emergent situation. Referred by a family friend I called on Tuesday at approximately 11am expecting fairly, to wait my turn. Nope. The extremely polite, caring and concerned receptionist took all of my information, listened with empathy and assured me they would take great care of me.....at 8 am the VERY NEXT morning!! I was floored!! I arrived at 8 and in a chair being examined within 5 minutes. In no time Dr. Chris Sierra had a full picture, which I new would be bad so I was braced. To begin, I urgently needed a crown. Again, I expected a wait as well as a reschedule and at the very least minimal work to get me out of pain and have to come back. NOPE, they took me back immediately for the work on the crown adding a temporary until the swelling went down. They kept me completely comfortable and pain free for the duration of the procedure. I was simply in awe. The ENTIRE staff is AMAZING!! I highly recommend this Dental Crew!!! Thank you so very much Sierra Smiles!!One Happy Patient,Melissa

The hygienist that cleaned my teeth actually took the time and explained everything she was doing. This place is overly aggressive in treatment. They will tell you that you have a bunch of cavities on xray that need to be treated while dentists that give a second opinion will tell you they are not cavities or dont need to be treated at this time. Getting unnecessary treatments weakens your tooth so youll be coming back for more fillings every 5-10 years before you need a root canal. Many cavities are slow progressing and this place is just too aggressive in treatment.Additionally they want to sell you all kinds of cosmetics and electric toothbrushes, etc. You can get them on Amazon for cheaper. I am going to the dentist, not a salesman.If you are a new patient and they tell you that you need a bunch of work done, I would get a second opinion.The staff is very courteous, thus the 2 stars.
