This was the BEST experience Ive ever had at the dentist! It was a beautiful and peaceful office. Everyone was so nice and professional! It runs like a well oiled machine!! I was so impressed with everyone at the office. Dr. Holmes was very nice and personable...she spent a great deal of time with me and I never felt rushed. Everyone made me feel like I mattered. I cant say enough great things about my extra!

This was the most friendliest appointment I’ve ever experienced. Lovely staff. When explaining my treatment plans the staff made sure to explain everything in depth. From the dentist going over my X-rays all the way to the receptionist explaining my payment plan. I absolutely enjoyed my visit and walked out of the office with a smile on my face.

I called the office at 7:30 this morning to report pain in a tooth when brushing. Dr. Holmes was able to see me by 9:30. She repaired the issue. All 3 doctors in this office are wonderful and care about the welfare of their patients. My family would never go anywhere else.

I feared the dentist as a child and teenager, which continued and caused bad habits into my adult life. My family, myself included, have been going to Pasadena Family Dentistry for almost 5 years now. I want to commend Dr. Revel and her entire team for a job well done...every single time! Their work ethic, the customer service, the cleanliness of the facility, and the comfort they provide their patients, is outstanding! I have referred multiple people to them and will continue to do so.

Dr. Revel, Erica and Vickie are by far the best and I mean BEST angels ever!!!! Long story short I had a two horrible experiences with dentists and refused to go back to ANY dentist. Unfortunately, my refusal to go back to a dentist left me with a mouth full of pain. From setting my initial appointment to setting up a game plan for my teeth these woman have been so kind, helpful and understanding. I was literally in tears when I first got into the chair but by the time I left I felt so relaxed, in great spirits and hopeful. I have already started recommending Dr.Revel, her staff and practice to everyone I see!!! My mom was even satisfied and she didn’t have an appointment. She said she was just so happy I walked out with a huge smile minus all the anxiety I had walking in. Please trust me when I say this is by far the best dental experience I have ever had and highly recommend this practice. :) they deserve a billion stars but the max was only five 🙂 I’m looking forward to going back :) Thank you Dr. Revel, Erica and Vickie for helping me get over my fear and being absolute angels in the process. Dr Lowery and his nurse are AMAZING. They are super friendly, and extremely patient. I was absolutely terrified of the dentist and they made me feel comfortable. They assured me , and explained everything so i could understand. They showed me models of what would be happening, and answered all of my questions. His nurse is so sweet and she explained everything she was doing step by step and made sure i was feeling okay. There was a very short wait time. The best thing is DR Lowery was not rushed to get in and out. He took as much time as i needed. The front desk ladies made me feel like they have known me and was genuinely friendly. I recommend them 100 percent .

I had an appointment at 10:50 today and I was very nervous but after speaking with Dr. Erica Revel and the hygienist, Tammy, they were able to calm my nerves. Pasadena Family Dentistry is the best! They are always very kind and welcoming. I have been going here for about a year and I am very pleased. Becky is my dental hygienist and extremely personable and sweet. Dr. Revel is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make you feel right at home.

Dr lowery was amazing I’m that guy who hates going to the dentist, however he made me feel so comfortable and at ease with being at the dentist I had to have a wisdom tooth removed and they were very fair on price and super helpful and friendly throughout the entire process made sure I was not in any pain and talked me through the entire surgery. Where to begin? The front office staff is amazing, I spoke with Kay (?) and she was just a doll and so welcoming. My hygienist was Pam, just as sweet and informative. Dr. Revel and her assistant took care of my first root canal ever, I was SO nervous about the whole process, until I spoke with both of them. They both made the procedure so easy and less nerve-wracking. Im now a member of their dental program, needless to say. So glad I was recommended this place!!!!!

Had a great experience. Went in and had my wisdom tooth removed and everything went really good. Dr Lowery and Candance were amazing. They kept very well communication on telling me what they where doing and asking how I was feeling.

Can’t begin to explain how great this place is! Candace and Dr. Lowery were both phenomenal with my care today. I love the care I get from my hygienist and dentist. I felt very uncomfortable and surprised today when the entire support staff was maskless. Masks are optional but all the patients seemed to be wearing them.

Tammy is the absolute BEST hygienist you could ever ask for !!! Very personable gentle comforting yet effective and detailed at what she does. Dr.Holes is above and beyond knowledgeable . She goes out of her way to do what is best for you . Then does that work impeccably.. From the time you walk in the door to the time you walk out you will feel cared for and not just another number on the list.

I leave feeling like I had a mouth massage!However, this time I needed to last minute reschedule but couldn’t without being charged a fee since I’d done this ONCE before. While I understand that it leaves an opening for them, most people can’t see into the future and don’t know when issues occur in their lives last minute. If I chronically rescheduled last minute, I could understand. I’m not. I suppose this means that as long as I am a patient there, any future events that I may encounter best happen 24 hours prior to the appointment or I’ll be charged whether it’s next year or 10+ years from now. PSA.

The dentist office staff and the doctor was great. My husband had been up all night with a toothache and we couldn’t find a doctor that would accept him at a short notice, but this facility. The office staff was great in getting him an appointment as well as making him feel comfortable. The staff took him right back and did the x-rays and immediately he saw the doctor, the doctor was very knowledgeable and professional. They were unable to save the teeth so it was extracted.My husband states that that was the most comfortable and relaxed he had felt at the dentist every, he states he felt no pain not even the needle. The after care has been great and the techniques for aftercare has been awesome, no pain and he has been more comfortable than I’ve seen in forever. We want to say thanks to the doctor and the staff for making the experience a success for my husband, we will be returning and to anyone that has second thoughts don’t. The doctor she ROCKS!

The entire office staff was perfect, from the sweet lady that greets you to Tammie who does my scaling every three months (without pain) to Dr. Holmes who always takes her time to evaluate thoroughly and then offer her advise and treatment options. I have severe social anxiety and a fear of doctor’s offices, dentist offices in particular, but everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable. They offer “laughing gas,” and fully sedated options with zero judgement and are extremely understanding when it comes to anxiety and sensory issues. Even after just one visit I highly recommend them.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I felt at “home” immediately. Dr. Revel gave me lots of options and info to make decisions about the method of treatment. I thought I would go home and makes plans to take care of the tooth later in the year, but it had other plans and woke me up. I was in excruciating pain and was able to talk with a dr and get relief. The next day bright and early Dr. Revel called me to say plans changed and they had an opening. The procedure went well and I had a great experience! I’m a big chicken when it comes to dental work and they helped me have a pleasant experience!

Our family had been looking for a good dentist and when my husband was having tooth pain a work his supervisor recommended Pasadena Family Dentistry and thank goodness he did!!! Our whole has now been seen and treated by Dr. Lawry and each time has been a great experience (even when my youngest son went in with a lot of pain). The office is always clean, staff is always friendly, and most importantly you get great care!!!

Dr. Lowery was so great. I went in to have a tooth pulled. Bedside manners were outstanding and professional. Everyone from the front office was kind and very easy to communicate with. Same as the dental hygienist/assistant. Getting a tooth pulled can be very stressful but they were so great going over everything step by step, and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. I have been to a few different dentists in the past due to moving, and they exceeded my expectations to hospitality and professionalism.

Absolutely amazing first visit. Dr. Lowery was attentive, patient and informative through my whole exam. I was really thinking I was going to be pushed to do a root canal but he insisted we try another method first to see if that could fix my problem. Its been a long time since Ive been to a dentist who tries to treat the problem through different methods rather just going straight for the high dollar solution. Candace and Pam where amazing as well and made me feel welcomed! Definitely recommend these guys.
