This is my first time doing outpatient and I had no idea what to expect. I must say its been fantastic learning experience and I have learned so much not only about recovery but also my PTSD which was a complete revelation to me of how its all intertwined. The physical condition is like new (not grungy or run down by any means).The therapist, Irina, is very knowledgeable and keeps its the meetings interesting and engaging. She shares important literature and sets a program for recovery to suite the needs of her patients. I really enjoy the weekly yoga and other meditation exercises which have been very helpful for my recovery.Thank you IrinaRb
