Great experience and solid support. Tim directed very productive sessions The way he led them made me not want to miss a single one. He encouraged conversation between a very diverse group that enhanced the learning opportunities beyond just reading from a lesson plan.I am taking many useful tools from this experience that I am confident will further my recovery.

I have to put emphasis on human beings because we need to be reminded that we are all human and not perfect. This place has been doing more in the community which is needed for the types of services that BES Group provides. I recommend them to anyone that may be the least bit apprehensive in getting the care they deserve. They have really great counselors here to help.

I love working at the BES Group & Associates. I get to have the chance to work with all different kinds of patients and it is amazing to see how people can overcome their addictions by going through the programs provided. Im glad I was able to become a part of the BES Team.

They have a location in all parts if town and take many insurance providers and if you are low income they also have ways to help you get the healp you need.

I am a past client i had issues with Richard Dole, he wanted me to fill out paper work and state things that were not true he embellished every statement i made and misinterpreted everything and add his own twist pressured me to write things that did not apply to me. when i respectfully declined he became irate and told me to see myself to the door and wrote very negative things in my file and making it hard for me to compete my treatment very rude in private judgmental and maniacal cares nothing about helping people recover. He is very basis unprofessional and difficult to deal with and no concerned for his clients at all.

Requested day off two weeks in advance for fri 6/17 to take parenting class. Was at location at 9am. Office door was unlocked but no one was there to greet or direct. Called to try to find out what was going on but just got pre recorded message to leave a message. Then after an hour the pre recorded message changed saying all bes offices are closed for in office training and would re open on monday.Very unprofessional in their lack of regard for their clients.

Bes group of overall is very unprofessional in the Pasadena location they switch staff every month even front desk switches along with the counselors no consistency if you are sincerely trying to get help .I also have had the opportunity to meet Mr.Richard Dole very unprofessional and judgementle I dont even know how he has a job being a therapist nothing he says makes sense and makes it extremely uncomfortable
