I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Burrowes has helped me through some very difficult times , both medically and emotionally , in my life. She is a very knowledgeable and empathetic doctor, who listens to her patients and calls personally to give test results. I would give her ten stars if I could.

IIve been a patient of Dr Susan Burrowes for many years and have followed her from her practice in Park Ridge to Skokie then back to Park Ridge. Ive seen her when I had insurance thru my husband and as a self-pay patient when I lost that insurance. Therefore I was surprised when I called for an appointment last month and was told she no longer sees self-pay patients. The office that she is currently affiliated with at 1600 Dempster, will take some messages but do not allow her patients to talk to her directly. Therefore, after about 12 years of seeing Dr Burrowes, I feel she is a very good doctor and give her a 5-star rating; but the office she is affiliated with leaves much to be desired and give them a 1-star rating.
