I love Dr. Paschos. I would highly recommend. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She spends time with you to answer any questions or concerns you may have. This is the most comfortable I have ever felt with a doctor, in the 35 years of going to doctors. A++++++ in my book.

This review is strictly for the front staff at this doctors office, I have not met Dr. Paschos yet nor will I due to her front staff. I phoned recently about being involved in a car accident and wanted to set up an appointment to rule out any issues. I was told by a staff member that she is currently not taking any new patients until next month, my response ok no problem. I asked what I should do since I did not want to wait until then to be seen, advised this person I have an HMO, however I do have the information from the driver who hit me his insurance information, this individual said well we do not bill 3rd party so you will have to pay 90.00 and you get your money back from them. My response was ok no problem, I proceeded to ask if I should just go to an urgent care, was told yes. Sounds pretty polite but it was not. This individual (Kristen) was short, sounded annoyed probably by my questions? No sure why this is part of your job, I have never been in a situation like this and I said you do not need to be short, her response is I have a lot of other calls on hold and I am not being short with you. Ok well then customer service is NOT a priority in this place. Especially when I ask to speak with a supervisor and I get no phone call back. In my eyes the front staff sets the tone in my opinion and this was a fail.
