Kristin and the other Aestheticians are honest, professional, and talk to you about what they think would be best specifically for you. They are also very gentle during the procedures! They are not pushy at all and do not try to have you do any extra treatments you dont need. The results are amazing!!

I just made my Botox for the first time. The doctor made me feel very very comfortable, she was honest which made iteasy to open up to her about my expectations and what I feel deep inside regarding this ... I read and checked so many reviews about the process and all I can tell that for me it was PAINLESSSSS ... smooth and had ZERO bruise or trace on my face after 15 minutes. I have to wait for the total effect and let the Botox settle and do its work now ... but I am already happy about my visit and how all went !

I’ve never had fillers or Botox and CN medical has me hooked! The office is aesthetically pleasing as well as how efficiently things are run. I’ve had lip fillers done by Dr. Lutin and my lips look so full and give great symmetry to my face. She offers her opinion but allows you to make your own choice, which is very helpful for first timers. I then got Botox to prevent wrinkles from forming. I still have movement in my face but without the folds. I have recommended CN Medical to countless friends and family. I’ll definitely be a long term customer!

I had under eye filler and cheek filler done last week at CN Medical and I am SO please with my results. The office/rooms are spotless, my injector Anna was amazing. She was super knowledgeable and very gentle with me. It did not hurt at all! Each day since my procedure I am loving my results even more! I have also gone to Anna for lip filler using Versa like she had suggested and I LOVE my lips as well. Won’t trust anyone else with my face, and would recommend to anyone!! Great place to get Botox and fillers. Anna who is their injection specialist did my lips and I had a filler done in a different spa in my cheeks that migrated under my eyes she has reversed the swelling and ugly/done up look. I went into CN medical for filler for the first time. First impressions were it very clean and aesthetically pleasing inside. The girls at the front desk were very polite and helpful. Dr. Lutin performed my procedure, which was the Kylie package that includes cheeks jawline and lips, and she was very informative and descriptive of exactly what she was going to be doing. They numb you, so you hardly feel any pain—a rapid and efficient procedure. My lips turned out amazing; they were not too big and gave me a lot of volume overall. I would highly recommend CN medical for any of Your cosmetic procedures!

Anna did my Botox injections on forehead and around the eyes area, and filler under the eyes. I was blown away by the results. She has great personality, always positive, and knows exactly how to inject with barely any sensation. I look well rested and refreshed. Anna did my lip filler and Botox and she NAILED it! I’ve had them done before but she did the best job by far. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made professional suggestions in addition. Ive been coming to CN for years. The makeover of the space is beautiful. T is the best manicurist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My nails are absolutely gorgeous and the compliments I receive are always glowing! In fact, my nails are so pretty, people ask me if they are natural or fake! Juana does a wonderful job with my eyebrows too. The entire staff are friendly and really great to work with.

Im fairly new to the area and found CN Medical Aesthetics through a Google search. I gave them a call because I saw they had good ratings; and I was pleasantly surprised they were able to get me in within the day. Upon arriving, I was reassured to see the spa carried high end products and had a friendly, professional staff. The aesthetician was great and didnt try to oversell procedures. Overall great experience and I most definitely plan to return.Update: I now live in Los Angeles and continue to return when I’m back in Chicago for work. Excellent staff!

I love this place. I have gotten laser hair removal done a few times now on different parts of my body. I have done my armpits (twice) and bikini area. I have gone to 3 other places before CN to get laser. All of them worked, you could see a hair reduction, which is nice. I went to CN this year for my lower legs. They are by far the best laser I have gone to out of the 4 places. I have seen the best results with the laser they use and it is the least painful!! Best of both worlds! I went to them using a groupon. Without the deal, there prices are expensive, so I will not able to continue to use them without a coupon. But they have excellent results so I would highly recommend for laser. To provide some context, I have blond hair and very light skin, so the laser does work on lighter hair!

Tried botox another place, not much results. Tried CN and Medical and told them of prior bad experience and asked them to use a ton but the Doc told me that she did not want to leave me with a frozen look and she was confident I would get a result from the amount she used and she was right, just a few days after and definitely looks better. The staff was very friendly and the Doctor was friendly and knew her stuff and explained things as well, will def go back - 54 y old male

I bought a groupon to this place. In my opinion, it was one of the best places for laser I have been so far. The staff is really nice and I never had a problem to make an appointment or reschedule one. Both technicians are very good and are doing a great job. I saw results after few sessions. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had 5 sessions of laser hair removal done. The front desk staff was friendly and the overall appearance of the salon was clean. I had a positive experience with the esthetician who I thought did a great job making me feel comfortable. After each session the hair disappeared for about a month which was great however I didnt experience permanent results and after the last session the hair grew back. I still think the treatments were a good deal, I have about 30% less hair in the area so its much more manageable. I do wish the hair removal would have lasted longer as the hair would come back in a month. However, I also do think I was supposed to go back and get maintenance treatments. Overall, I had a positive experience with this salon.

Its always a treat to visit CN Spa Laser. Ive been going there for the past 3 years and my skin has never looked so good. I am constantly being complimented on my skin and I love the results. Along with the highly skilled estheticians, the front desk staff is excellent and the ambiance is relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

I definitely recommend! The front desk and tech were so nice! I was getting botox for the first time and I was really nervous, they listened and really cared about making me feel better. They told me about their experience and really calmed me down. Then the doctor came in and reassured me even more. After I got it done I noticed results immediately I felt 5 years younger!!

The staff was very friendly! The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no consultation, I just came in and they started the skin tightening procedure immediately. As I was receiving the skin tightening laser treatment I asked the aesthetician if she recommended something else to help my abdomen area get rid of wrinkles, she suggested something else. This is where a consultation would’ve came in handy.

Just bought a groupon for skin tightening last week and after my first visit, I’ve already booked a bunch of treatments! The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. They guide you step by step before and throughout your procedures. I would highly recommend booking a treatment here :)

ANOTHER REASON TO BUY LOCALLYThis spa is lovely; the color scheme and atmosphere are soothing and the staff is solicitous. The space is small but feels intimate rather than cramped. My first experience at this spa was laser hair removal with Maggie. Not only is Maggie delightful, but she is very skilled and I am thrilled with the results. I have now moved my waxing services to this spa as well.The only reason not to recommend this spa is fear I wont be able to get an appointment once word gets out....but since its the holidays, I wont be selfish. :)

Dr Lutin is an expert with Botox...she’s worth paying a little extra and getting exactly the look you want. I’ve paid less with other providers and gotten bad results and it’s just not acceptable. There are plenty of providers out there doing this, but that doesn’t always mean they are necessarily educated enough to know how your facial muscles move and where and how much Botox exactly should be placed. Dr Lutin gives me a very natural look.....I am still able to move my eyebrows without looking frozen, but still do not have any lines either. And she is also very personable and easy to communicate with.

This is the worst place to go for botox. I got 20 units and right after I got a huge headache. They refused to show me the bottle of botox before injections. Two weeks later half of my forehead still had lines on it. I called and they said I have to pay more to fix it when it’s the injectors fault they don’t have a clue how to inject. My mom got over 40 units and her botox didn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money.

Went in today for my 1st session for tattoo removal. GREAT, friendly and knowledge staff. Beautiful, clean office.

Convenient location, but parking is an issue. Also, the service I received was rushed, and I was forewarned that it was going to be because the employee was going to be off soon. I wouldnt say I would not come here again, its just that my first experience was not an altogether positive one.

I was there last year at this time after having purchased a Groupon for Botox.The whole time I was there, the doctor kept telling me how easy it is to administer.He even asked me how many units he should use in the various locations that I wanted injected. I thought that this was odd. Hes a doctor. Shouldnt he know?They use no ice packs and I started to bleed post injection. By the next day, I had a black eye that looked like I had been in a fight. We are not talking a little bruising. Were talking about a shiner. It remained all through the holidays and people kept asking me what happened to me? Very embarrassing!I called and spoke to the owner. I offered to send her pictures. She said that this sometimes happens. The reality is that I have had Botox every three months for years. This is the ONLY place that this has happened. Her lack of concern and failure to follow up is an indication to avoid going here for this procedure.

I got my botox done here. Botox had to have been mixed with something because I got no results. Im 25 and I got 25 units which the doctor recommended was more the enough. He had done my mothers botox too and one of her eyebrows is higher then the other one. We did not get a refund or any phone call back.

I have been a client of CN Spa Laser for about 6 months and really ,really love the quality of the services that they offer.Just recently i decided to try their organic line amrit for my facial.This is so far the best product i have ever tried for my skin .The staff is very friendly.Maggy is very knowledgeable when it comes to a consulting about hair laser removal or CO2 skin resurfacing treatments.Joanna is an amazing esthetician ,she is very professional in what she does.Soooo, definitely highly recommend them.
