I had the most incredible facial today from Kate. She was engaging and informative while creating a very relaxing and peaceful environment. My skin was taken care of so well and has been glowing all day. I appreciated that no one pushed products but high quality items were available in a beautifully set up entrance to the salon. Will absolutely come back!! Kate was the best :)

My friend recommended this place to me and I couldn’t be more happy. The overall experience was incredible, staff was very nice and the person who took care of me, Kate, was incredibly informative. You can tell she’s knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. My facial was superb, and I sorta wish it was longer because how amazing it is. One day later, my skin feels and LOOKS different. None of the products she used irritated my skin. I will definitely be returning and I cannot wait! See Kate!!

Just had an underarm wax here yesterday with Genesis. She was very kind and informative. I also still cant get over how fast/painless the whole process was. I have really sensitive skin and the first time I had my underarms waxed (at a different salon) I had a bad reaction, redness and pain for days. After my wax at Renatas I had absolutely no pain or redness and my underarms are smooth! I will definitely be back.

It was my first time at Renata’s and I have nothing but good to say about my experience there. Kate took care of me, and she spent a lot of time with me during my facial. She studied my skin, asked me about my goals for it, and she gave me her honest suggestion on the products that will work best for my schedule and most importantly, my skin. As a result, I love the products that she picked out for me. She also took time to really extract my clogged pores, which I really appreciate. She was truly wonderful! This is my second time seeing Genesis and she is amazing.I have done a body treatment and a 90 min facial and both times I have been more than happy with my service. She genuinely cares about you and your skins health. The spa itself is beautiful and super clean. I also really like that they use organic products. I will definitely be back.

The BEST facial I have had in decades. Margaret is an absolutely AMAZING Esthetician!! Took time to explain the products she was using and the reason why. The spa is pristine and beautiful. With so many goodies to browse and/or purchase. The staff is very knowledgeable of the organic products and will make samples for the clients to try at home!

I scheduled an appointment for a spa day with my daughter and daughter in law, we had a 90 minutes massage and an organic facial with microdermabrasion scheduled, all I can say is thank you, thank you!!!Massages and facials were out of this world, with a nice surprise treat of fruit/croissant and fresh squeezed orange juice. Products are all organic and the staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable.We all felt invigorated and rejuvenated when we left. If you are looking for some pampering with great product and staff and truly a phenomenal facility, come here I promise you wont be sorry! Very friendly service, knowledgeable assistants. I was looking for cosmetics with natural ingredients and needed advice on matching to my type of the skin. My questions were answered patiently, we picked out awesome products and l love them all. Also got waxing done, left feeling great. The place itself is very clean with modern decor. She is very professional making sure you are aware of what she is doing and using on you at all times. Went here after a long eventful New Year weekend with a friend. I had the body scrub and a full body massage combo. She had a facial and full body massage.

My favorite spa experience so far. It is on the pricier side. I had the organic facial and the whole experience was so amazing and relaxing and she really cleaned my pores. The scent of the products used was my favorite part. Loved it!

Clean, nice selections of salt rooms, decent price food selection.. Hot pool little small but water temperature is great!

Renata and her entire team are AMAZING! I was terrified after my first Brazilian at another place was so painful! I came to Renata who is extremely professional and made my second experience much more comfortable. Her spa is beautiful and immaculately clean. Long overdue for a good facial! I tried out Renatas spa for the first time with my mom for organic facial service. This place is absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. It is a little pricey but well worth every penny. Everyone on the staff is very kind, professional and the estheticians do an extraordinary job to ensure that you are comfortable and relaxed. In addition the estheticians are very knowledgeable and make you aware of your problem areas and what you can do to improve. Trust their recommendations and suggestions, they know their stuff. I would come back in a heart beat, highly recommend!

Love it. Service and products are amazing. Only disappointment is that they wont price match.If you dont mind waiting a couple days, you can have it shipped and save $5.00-$10.00 a product.

Love this spa !! . I had a facial with Margaret !! She was truly amazing . I did not know what to expect because it was my first time in this Spa . When you walk it smells amazing and your instantly greeted which is nice . Then I had the Glow facial ,.. at first I through it is pretty pricier then a regular facial . But then when I was undergoing this great treatment Margaret did an unforgettable massage while undergoing a facial . I mean its like a truly professional shoulder and feet massage you will not be disappointed . I felt so relax .. I fell asleep it was great and worth every penny . My face was glowing I was able to de stress and take a nap all at the same time !! worth every penny .

I absolutely love this Spa and everyone there. I have had treatments with Maggie and Renata. The quality of products is amazing and effective. Everyone is eager to talk about skincare and your specific goals and recommend products. It is a very esthetic space and full of wonderful things. Konnie is usually there to greet and welcome you and she is very helpful with any questions I have about products or treatments. I still have not had a massage there, but I look forward to getting one someday soon. I booked my brazilians and facials until the end of the year and look forward to being there Every. Single. Time.

Patrycja was fabulous. She took the time to explain the why’s , what’s, and how’s and knowing what to expect made my experience all the better. She was very professional and polite and worth the drive to Park Ridge from Buffalo Grove.I highly recommend Patrycja and Renata’s Organics!
