This was my first time visiting the salon and I absolutely loved it. From the esthetic of space to the impeccable customer service, I knew I found my new salon. I felt Tina truly listened to my concerns and was able to do all requested services in a timely and efficient manner. At no point did I feel like I was waiting for long periods of time without explanation which has been a problem at other salons. I was happy with the final product which I felt matched both of our visions during the consultation and I love that she was already planning next steps for my next visit.

Manicures and pedicures are worth every cent. Bruna is amazing.

I hadnt had a true haircut and color since before the pandemic started. Not only did I feel safe with the whole salon wearing masks and sanitizing to make my experience as stress free as possible, but Ashley K did an AMAZING job revitalizing my hair and giving me exactly what I needed. Fresh look that I love and a wonderful time treating myself. Cant recommend enough.

This was my first visit, and I loved everything about it! A beautiful, clean, eco-friendly salon with a happy, zen-like vibe. Everyone there was upbeat and kind. Tina was my hairdresser and she was awesome! I came home and my 22-yr old daughter said it was the best haircut and style Ive ever had. I agree. The color is also natural and beautiful. Im thrilled and feel that - finally - Ive found a home with a salon and a hairdresser. The gift shop also looked interesting but I didnt have time to check it out. Next visit!

The staff from the moment you walk in are welcoming. From the young lady who washed my hair (sorry forgot your name) to Vanessa who cut my hair, to America (think that is her name... sorry if it is not) who helped blow dry and then styled my hair. Ambiance is relaxing and calming. Products used worked very well with my hair (lots of hair but fine, long, and wavy). Price is about par to what you pay elsewhere yet this place stands out from all the rest. Being newer to the northwest burbs, I believe I found my new place!

I asked for partial highlights and the stylist decided on her own behave to give me Balayage because she is skilled in it. I was booked for partial highlight and was charged 285.00. What a joke. Stylist doesnt even listen to what you want or what you were even booked for. Just decides to do what she wants. Terrible. Do not go there and waste your time and money. You will be disappointed

Everyone was friendly, felt covid safe, was offered a glass of water which was nice. My hair looks a million times better than before! The atmosphere is wonderful!

I have been going to the same hairdresser for years but because of Covid restrictions, the wait for a cut and color was months so I decided to try Ash and Willow because I was desperate and it is right down the street from me. I have very fine, very curly hair and a lot of it. If you have curly hair, you know how difficult it is to get a haircut that doesn’t end up looking like a pyramid. I needed to get my roots colored, some additional lowlights and a haircut to clean up all my layers. Tina did my cut and color and she did a fantastic job! I couldn’t be happier! The color and cut look great and she gave me a blowout that lasted for days. And the added bonus was the price, which was a third of what I had been previously paying. As far as Covid precautions, everything was very clean and everyone was correctly wearing a mask. I will be going back and I am also going to bring my daughter there too!

I got worse service with extreme price. They steal my money different way. They give me promises about my hair but they messed up. Just find another place for yourself.

Sarah was punctual and very professional- she listened to what I wanted and gave me recommendations, resulting in a haircut that I love and have been complimented on! Got a full balayage highlight and my first haircut in over a year from Jess Parker and I never want to go anywhere else ever again. Jess did a great job of communicating with me about what I wanted, the tone, the color, the amount of highlight, the length of the cut, everything. She took great care of me, and I really liked the way she treated the salon assistants. You can tell a lot about a salon by the way different tiers of staff are treated, and she was chatting with them like good friends and equals. Despite the fact that I have a *ton* of hair, she never made me feel like she was in a hurry to turn me over for her next appointment, just delegated where necessary. She also made sure I got a full blow out and curl before I left, which I deeply appreciated. Believe it or not, because my hair is so thick, Ive actually had stylists try to get out of drying my hair or even complain halfway through that their wrist is tired from holding the dryer. The styling is part of the experience and Jess delivered! I felt like a pampered goddess by the time I left and my boyfriend cant stop telling me how much he loves my new look.

I got my hair cut and colored by Erica last week and I dont think Ill ever go to another salon! Erica was so sweet and she took her time with my hair and created a gorgeous dark brunette with hints of my natural light brown left behind for a highlight and dimension. I love my hair! Allison gave me the most amazing updo for a recent wedding I attended. I have a short bob and wasnt sure what could be done with my hair. I just had a haircut with Lauren and plan to return soon for color. The salon environment is very welcoming, parking was easy, and most importantly I left feeling great about my hair.Update: I returned for color, and I absolutely love how it turned out. Lauren listened to my vision, and then gave me recommendations and options based on her expertise. Ive gotten compliments from friends and strangers, so Im confident that the result looks as good as it makes me feel.

Went in for a haircut and was a little worried as they focus mainly on womens hair but got a great cut. I had some good conversation while getting my haircut and got to enjoy some wine with it. The haircut of course also came out looking clean and professional.

I am from out of town and booked an appointment based on internet comments, and I wasnt disappointed. I was going to a local wedding and used the Salon for makeup, eyelashes and a casual up do. It was absolutely perfect. I didnt look made up. My makeup lasted all day and my hair was perfect. Highly recommend!

Salon is clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Marina spent the time with my daughter to give her a fantastic cut and also explained to her the various characteristics of her hair that require maintenance or a certain cutting strategy. Great experience! We will be back!

I took my two children, ages 8 and 10 for haircuts and pops of color. My expectations were far exceeded. Both stylists, Kaitlyn and Grace, were fantastic. I LOVE Ash and Willow Eco Salon! I made the hard decision to try a new stylist and I couldnt be happier with Christine Cooper. She did high and low lites in my blonde hair, gave me advice on my hair type. Plus gave me a perfect cut with future styles in mind, evening out my layers. I really was excited at the results. Did I mention its the absolute cutest salon ever?! You wont be disappointed here. Holly the owner is so sweet. The minute you walk in the door they treat you like their top client and best friend. My appointment was this Morning at 9 am, when I came my hair dresser did not come to work, Susan other hair dresser came to do my hair, she was excellent, nice polite. When I was checking out, they did not charge me anything, because original hair dresser didnt come to work.This never happened to me before, i couldt believe it. Great customer service. The salon is well designed so even if theres a lot of people getting their hair done theres still plenty of space. I love Aveda which is what they use and sell at the salon along with other brands. Such a great salon! Absolutely amazing service!! I was in huge need to have a haircut. This salon came recommended by a friend so I tried it out. First its so easy to book an appointment with them, you can just fill out a form online, so convenient! (especially for me because I wasnt even in the country when I booked it, I was in Mexico on my honeymoon- thats how desperate I wanted to cut my hair lol).When I got there, they took my coat and offered me a beverage- even wine!( I declined- but its the thought that counts)! Then I was introduced to Sarah, she said hello and introduced herself to me and introduced me to Lauren who was going to shampoo my hair. Lauren was so nice, made me feel comfortable and gave a amazing massage with the shampoo!! Went back to Sarah and ask her for recommendations on how much to cut and expressed my concerns. She definitely listen to my concerns and ideas and gave me a fabulous haircut! I am in love with my hair all over again! Thanks Sarah and Lauren! Wanted to try a different stylist are after being with my current stylist for a lot of yrs. Christine was spot on with what I wanted. It takes a lot to go to a new stylist but this salon was worth the effort. Very nice staff and very accommodating.

I recently switched salons due to distance, and how close Ash & Willow is to my house. Had my color touch up done by Allison, and Im in love! She did a fabulous job and I couldnt be more pleased. SIDE NOTE: Im very picky about my hair. Ive been doing this red to blonde ombre thing for a while now, and Ive had other colorist in the past mess up the red (either too auburn and not enough red or way to purple-y red). Being the first time Ive been here, and the first time Ive had my hair done by Allison, she knocked it out of the salon.This salon is GORGEOUS. Im so used to white walls and basic stations when I get my hair done at other salons, but I swear this place reminds me of a girls play house in the woods. Beautiful furniture and decor with earthy touches everywhere. Plus the ladies who work here are so warm and genuine that you cant help but feel incredibly comfortable - its a very unique beauty experience that I recommend you see for yourself.

PURE LOVE! Marina welcomed me with a smile, took my coat and gave me her full attention. She got what I wanted immediately, had a POV and when I mentioned I would come back to do my color, she mentioned that she could do the touch up now - and I said, well if you have time... Saved me a trip, I felt comfortable, and extra special care.Everything was spot on- Prepped me with how long it would be, the spread of coffee and libations are great- xmas cookies - SUPERB! cute items to buy, and AVEDA or Kevin Murphy.
