We greatly appreciate the care my elderly mother-in-law received when visiting recently. Heidi Barr was extremely knowledgeable regarding her geriatric needs and was very thorough in her care. The nurse was caring and treated her with dignity and the staff was so helpful in getting her inside and making her feel comfortable. We were there at the end of the day when we knew they were ready to go home but they went above and beyond for us, we got the answers we needed, and we are very grateful. We highly recommend Seawind, as always.

Ive been a patient at Seawind Clinic & a private patient of Dr. Englands for 16 years. I love, love, love, them!! The staff has always been kind, courteous & helpful. Dr. England is one of the most wonderful physicians Ive ever met. He can say those famous words that many doctors will not say, I dont know, but, Ill find out!. He talks to you with common sense answers & discusses things so you really understand whats going on. Ive also seen Dr. Jacobson & others that work at the clinic as well as the physician assistants & nursing staff. They too have been extremely helpful & caring!! I highly recommend this clinic!!!!

My family doctor was not available recently when I had a head cold and congestion and the family doctors office staff suggested Seawind Medical Clinic. I went to the Seawind Office and they took my information and got me in to see the doctor right away. I received the medical help I needed without delay. The Seawind staff were pleasant, positive in attitude, and professional in manner and services delivered. I am thankful for their services.

I recently made an appointment to see David Rios @ the Seawind Medical Clinic on Business Hwy. 98. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, I was treated with respect and the warm welcome was very much appreciated. The Doctor cared about the issues that I was having and I felt that I could talk to him about any situations. If I had any questions, Dr. Rios listened---That was refreshing.I would recommend Seawind to all of my friends....

I recently relocated to Panama City and apparently pinched a nerve in my neck which severely limited my range of motion and kept me awake nights. I researched medical services on line and found Seawind Medical Clinic online. The appointment was made immediately by friendly staff. I found that staff to be not only friendly but, more importantly, competent.A thorough history was taken after which I was taken to an exam room where I met Dr. Jacobson who listened attentively to my description of my ailment, asked pertinent questions and conducted a series of tests to form a preliminary diagnosis. X-rays were taken (MRI deferred until the need for one might present itself). Based on his findings, he wrote a Rx for an anti-inflammatory drug and for physical therapy.The Rx was right on the money. Reduced pain and improved range of motion after 24 hours. Much better today and expecting full recovery. Thanks, Dr. Jacobson and the staff at Seawind Medical Clinic.

We ( my husband and I) always go to see Dr Jacobson when we have an emergency. He is friendly, knowledgeable and super professional. The front stuff got my husband in and out in 15 minuets (!!!) Vs. ER waiting time was 4-6 hours that particular day! Wonderful and professional people! Way to go!

As a local, I called Seawind Medical Clinic for a routine doctors visit. Natasha was very friendly and helpful on the phone and at the front desk. The paperwork was standard for a new doctors visit, and the wait, especially for a walk-in visit, was minimal. The nurse was extremely friendly and empathetic. PA-C Tammy Howerton was friendly, professional, and efficient. I definitely plan on using Seawind as my primary care provider, and would recommend it to others as well.

I did considerable research before I selected Seawind Medical Clinic. My expectations were exceeded in all aspects from courtesy and concern at the front desk to cleanliness of the facility, from professional service of the medical staff to updated methods of communications. I went to Seawind Medical Clinic while on vacation and I could not be happier with my choice. I called ahead to make sure they took my insurance and walked in without an appointment some time later. I was seen right after I finished my paperwork, so I did not have to wait a significant amount of time. Dr. Jacobson and Olga Arnold were exceptionally kind and took great care of me. I would absolutely recommend Seawind Medical Clinic to anyone in PCB.

Highly recommended. After seeing negative reviews of the other options I decided to try Seawind for the first time. I received excellent service and care from reception to medical staff. Total time was just over an hour and that includes time to complete new patient and insurance forms. I hope I dont, but if I need weekend medical care in the future Ill be back.

We were on vacation and visited the Seawind Medical Clinic for a very painful lower back. The front desk was extremely polite and helpful. I got in to see Adam Richardson and he was thoughtful, careful and understanding. He asked a lot of questions and allowed me to do the same. I would highly recommend the clinic and highly commend the Adam Richardson.

Brought my 7 yr old there for stitches, and they could not have been more caring. They showed her our options and exactly what they would be using and listened to her fears. They were sweet, gentle, and gave both of us a wonderful experience. She didnt even shed a tear. We will be back on Monday evening to get our stitch out. Thank you Seawind for caring for our family.

Ive been a patient here for about 10 yrs. The staff has always been friendly and the medical care is great. I think the prices are fair about the same as other clinics, but the waiting time is so much shorter. I always recommend them to friends. Great Place!

Dr. Armistead always takes the time to listen to you and tries to help you any way he can or offer other suggestions. He is a kind and humble doctor who sincerely cares for you. His staff is always friendly and helpful as well.

I have used Seawind Medical Clinic for primary care for over 20 years. I recommend them very highly. Rarely has the wait time been excessive , but even then, it was only during times of high volume. The staff has always been extremely professional and courteous.

Was very sick, did not want to go to a walk in clinic. Seawind is local and I knew they would take good care of me. I got in straight away, they took my insurance. Saw a very good doctor who knew right off what was wrong and took good care of me. Took away my worry and helped me to get well. Great staff and Doctor. Thank you very much.

My regular physician recommended the Seawind Medical Clinic when I have an emergency or when I need help on a holiday. That is the way I have used the Clinic at least three or four times. I have never been disappointed with the consideration of the entire staff, and with the doctors diagnosis and follow-up of my problem. The wait time was minimal. I would recommend them to anyone at any time.

Seawind Medical Clinic has become my medical provider. Over the past few years Ive always had excellent experiences with Dr. Jacobson, Dr. England and their entire staff. They accept Medicare. They listen and treat people with respect. Id recommend to anyone.

I used this facility years ago and called before coming in to see if they took my insurance, and they they they did. When I got there, they wanted to do a number of things, including x-rays, and then when I paid after the visit, the lady told me she was sorry, she was wrong about my insurance, and they actually DONT take my insurance, so my visit was very expensive. Id have found somewhere else to go! I pay almost $400 a month on my health insurance and almost never use it, and when I do, the people lie and I dont even get to use it???

Excellent service from the moment we walked in the door. We were down from TN for fall break & my 7yr old daughter spiked a fever & was complaining of ear pain. Everyone here was so sweet & worked quickly on getting us in & out with the best care.

My partner and I have used Seawind multiple times for various sicknesses/injuries over the past 3 years and have always had good experiences with receptionists, nurses and doctors. The wait time is so much shorter than any other walk-in clinic and everyone is professional. I recommend to anyone seeking quick, professional medical care.

Ive gone here three times in the past year and each visit ran in a timely manner and efficiently. One of these visits was for sickness, another a rash, and the last for an ear cleaning. I swear, I felt like I could breathe through my ears after! I was prescribed medication that did help me rash go away sooner than expected, as well as my cold. The staff was very courteous, patient, and welcoming, as well as the doctor. Ive moved several times, and the wait here is what is to be expected of any clinic, if not shorter.

I am so impressed with the service I received at Seawind Medical Clinic. I was having a terrible time feeling bad. I just wanted to know what was wrong with me. One Dr. at another office wanted to give me depression medication but, I refused. When I came here Heidi Barr, PA-C listened to my complaints and check my thyroid. Sure enough there was a problem. Im so glad I came here to see her. I feel 100xs better.

Quick, friendly experience. I was taken to a room within 10 minutes, without having made an appointment. Dr. Jacobson was professional. He listened to all of my symptoms, then prescribed the necessary medications.

The staff was great as was the level of service, however, we had to wait more than is usual at other urgent care centers in our home city (cant speak for the rest of PCB)

This place is VERY, VERY slow! It should definitely not be called an urgent care facility because it is far from that. After waiting nearly two hours to be seen with a toddler, I was done. I will make sure to never return and let other people know how horrible it is.

We called for information because we were going to come in the next day, when the staff person cut us off and said we must call back tomorrow and hung up without saying bye or waiting for a reply. Seawind was still open for 40 minutes. This is extremely rude and unprofessional. It seems as if our customer service has been worse and worse each time Ive been there or made contact. After this incident, we just cant go there anymore. Hopefully new staff will be hired with more customer service experience. :(

My experience at seawind was very very professional and helped me feel better. the followed up with a call to see how I was and to let me know I could call their office anytime for questions I may have. I have decided to have Dr. Jacobson to be my primary medical provider.

DO NOT GO HERE. We have gone to this clinic for over 10 years, but there is a new doctor in the facility who is horrible. If you are going to see a doctor there and receive Dr. Jacobson, run FAR AWAY. This man is rude and unprofessional, and has put my mothers life at risk for petty reasons. When she complained to the facility, he referred her to a psychiatrist. WHO HAS THE NERVE TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS THIS WAY? Im now dealing with the aftermath of this mans practices. I wouldnt wish this upon anyone.

I looked on the website one Sunday and it stated open until 5pm. So I drove 42 miles with a sick family member only to see that office was close on Saturday and Sunday since November 2015. So on Monday I called the office and advised that the website should be updated to reflect new hours and the staffer stated we just made our sign on the door bigger that they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. She further advised that she has gotten other calls and advised the business manager (to whom she did not have a number for me to call or contact information for corporate office). she further apologized.. But really who cares after driving pass two hospitals and another walkin clinic to get there because your office hours are wrong and You are aware... Bad business...Take the time to consider others!!!

A little slow getting a prescription refilled, but dont know what the Odummer Health Care Plan has affected all this.Heidi is awesome. All healthcare professionals are under a lot of pressure.God Bless all of them.

The younger girl at the front desk is as cold as they come. Better than thou attitude, Snobby and Do you NEED something?? kind of demeanor. Would not even consider handing over my money to people that are so rude to me.GO TO A DIFFERENT CLINIC. YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED LIKE YOU ARE CRAP!!!

Very efficient and everyone is very nice for the 3 or 4 visits I took my children in for different colds/ ear infections etc. I did have an issue the last visit with the practitioner diagnosing my 9 year old with strep throat with out doing a strep strip test (which I didnt know to ask for until now). He actually had hand foot mouth and took antibiotics without the need. I thought this was VERY inappropriate because I dont give antibiotics unless REALLY needed. Sooooooo, I probably wont go back:(

I was a walk in and was seen in less than 5 minutes. Dr. Rios was very professional and explained everything to me. I felt like he took the time to really understand what problem I was having. I had a resolution when I left.

We were looking for a minute clinic and notging was around PCB. This place charges you like a doctors office and the staff is so friendly and helpful!! Will defiantly be using them again if ever needed on vacation!!

I like to say that my doctor thomas jacobson is a great doctor very helpful an understanding hard to find a doctor that cares .also he help my wife out she had been having trouble with her sinus for 30 yrs keep going to doctors in alabama an it took her seeing him to get her well .she had been using afrin for 30 yrs everytime she had sinus problems they treat something else. it took one vist he told her the problem got her off it an has not had a problem since thats a doctor.you cant go wrong with him

DO NOT GO TO SEAWIND. This place charged me $130.00 to nothing other than talk because they do not have the equipment to do anything. Then they turned around charged me $45.00 for a referral. I did not take the referral and they are still charging me. The little girl who called me regarding the bill Say I owe the money and that is all there is to it
