I came in and it was nice my sales person was nice her name is Sunni..She helped me find the uniforms that I needed however my problem was with the sales clerk...She never asked me about the discount or spoke about it..I asked her and she said that only for Orlando Health with an ID I told her that I worked ORMC and she dropped her head and said next time....I was very embarrassed for her customer service skills and mannerism..She needs to be retrained to show respect to all people and treat everyone the same no matter what.

I have shopped here several times and has always been a pleasant experience. Store always organized and clean and staff have been friendly and helpful. If their policy is to not remove tags when returning items, then dont remove tags until youre sure items fit right. Common sense people!

Very impressive selection of scrubs. Im a traveling nurse and struggle to find my size, as not many stores stock XXS. I normally have to order online and wait a week or two to get them. This particular location had every size available in every brand and style! Thank you Uniform Destination, you made my life a whole lot easier!

Store was nice and presentable, however the 3 girls that worked at the front had no clue what they were doing or knew how to work the register for a simple exchange, of the same shoe no less. What supposedly took 5 to 10 mins took over an hour and these girls did not know what they were doing or talking about . Its okay to just say I dont know let me find someone who does NEGATIVE they kept pretending like they knew and played and stared at the computer . Overall nice place but the employees should know how to work with people and especially the register with their policies. To the owner FYI I do have prove of purchased, you own employees suggest my bank history I showed to them with date and amount I spend and still they are clueless sorry for you that you have a wonderful store but regarding your staffing make look bad your business and if you be present at the time of the incident you will have a better judgment of what really happened.

The store is neat, but the employees and the manager isn’t properly goods to work! If you buy anything you can’t change it cause they give a lot excuses! So be careful if you bought or go on buy.

Its a great store, clean with a great variety of brands. I been going there for years. But unfortunately the manager (Christena) is very rude and unpleasant. I bought two sets of scrubs I didn’t try them on at the store because I felt uncomfortable using the dressing room due to COVID-19. At home I pulled the price tag off one shirt try it on & it was too tight, I put it back in the bag. I went back to the store two days later & the manager refused to exchange the shirt because the price tag was off & she accused me of washing the shirt. I explained to her that I didn’t wear the shirt or the sets because they were too tight...therefore I didn’t washed it. she was rude and careless and refused to exchange to help me. It’s sad to see a great store being managed by someone with that kind of attitude.

The store is beautiful, I bought two uniforms on Sunday, I came back on Tuesday because the size of the pants was large, I went with my bills, three different people introduced themselves as Manager, they told me that the pants had changed color, that they had been Washed, the threads were on the outside, they did not change them, for those reasons, I showed them the pants they have and they looked the same, so I told them that if they supposedly change color in two days I wanted my warranty because how would they change in Two days, they told me we have no warranty, they were very rude people, the attention was terrible, a lack of respect for the customer.

Such a great store!! The selection is great with so many colors and styles. The staff is very helpful. Sunni specifically was so kind and helped me find the perfect fitting scrubs. Try heart and soul brand!

An absolutely delightful store with cheerful staff and a vast selection of scrubs for all health professionals! Seriously, I was shocked that such a store exists. Wall-to-wall scrubs (plus stethoscopes, pen lights, and other tools for us at the counter). They have economical and brand-name scrubs, so there is something for everyone.

Came into the store today and before I came I did read the reviews. My experience was great! The woman that worked this morning, 9-12-16, greeted me and was incredibly nice. I was happy to find scrubs in my size, its difficult finding scrubs for a shorter man, and they had every color I needed and the perfect size for me. Ive looked plenty places for scrubs in petite sizes and always leaving without anything. The woman was pleasant at the register and the place was nice and clean and VERY organized. Ill definitely recommend this place!

Great selection of clothing but poor customer service. Christena, the assistant store manager, is rude and doesnt have customer service qualities. Ive worked in retail and hospitality for many years and I understand the workload that comes with these types of jobs, however, customers should always be treated with respect no matter what. I also believe she is racist based on what I experienced in the store as a first timer.

Good selection of scrubs and great quality. I purchased two pairs about 6 months ago, I wear them every week and they still look brand new. The staff is super helpful and nice.

Ive called twice after placing an order to be shipped to store. The first time was to ask if when it got to the store it could be shipped to my house, they said they would give me a call back. Never got the call back so I called again a few days later told them to forget shipping it to my house Ill drive the distance and pick it up. They said theyd give me a call back. Ive gotten no call backs. Its been over a week since I placed the order and my scrubs still arent in. My sister ordered her scrubs off the online site and got her scrubs in two days. I plan to never shop in store again unless I need to try on a size or different brand.

I made an online order from this location, they charged me twice. Called for help, someone said they would have the manager call me back and so that person did but they were no help at all either. I was told to email customer service of the mistake they made, i mean really? Thats all you can do? You cant contact customer service for me? You have to have some sort of power to help me out. I guess you dont or you just cant do your job correctly. Now I have two of the same scrubs, I only intended to purchase one and still no response from them.Update: Still waiting for a response from customer service, its like im talking to wall. At this point i might as well send the 2nd package back without a full refund which includes shipping. Your mistake on the 2nd charge so whatever right? Wait customer services fault but thanks for the help anyways.

This place is so nice! I needed pants for the daycare I work at and the two ladies working were very patient and helpful with me. There is so much to choose from but I was happiest with the sanibel pants.

Came into the store today (7.27.16) around 7pm the cashier said hello to everyone who came in besides us, also kept looking at us while we shopped and then when we checked out she said absolutely nothing, not a hi or asked us if we found everything okay. She was rude and had horrible customer service. We wont be returning ever again.

I came in this evening just to purchase black scrub pants for work. I start at my new job tomorrow & was searching for petite pants. Ive gone through 4 stores with no luck & luckily came across miss Rosalie . She was extremely helpful . She could see my frustration bc I continued to try on regular medium pants not realizing the store carried petite sizes . Rosalie came to my fitting room and left me a couple of pants to try on. I told her I was on a budget & she grabbed me a couple from the clearance which I thought was awesome of her. I was extremely pleased with my shopping experience . Was only trying to spend no more than $30 and ended up walking out with $200 worth of cute scrubs . They have a huge selection on cute scrubs prints as well. Very clean store , good music . Over all reccommend everyone to shop here . Already directed a coworker towards your store . Thank you Rosalie for dealing with my undecisiveness attitude , you were great sweetie !

I ordered 2 pairs of pants ,i was called when they arrived however when i went for the pickup there was only one pants. The 2 young ladies that was there tried to help they were very professional, they called the manager to ask for help so i then ask to speak with her and she got do mad that she was called and revised to help the situation. She then told me to go online and place the order and pay for the shipping or wait 2 weeks to be delivered to the store. Unprofessional and inexperienced manage

Went to the store at 8pm and it was closed when its hours of operation are from 10am-9pm. Then we saw the store clerk hiding behind racks of clothing. Very dissatisfied with customer service.

Lots of variety, its not as cheap as I thought, but the quality of the uniforms is excellent ...Little variety in white. I bought Toonuniforms brand uniforms (between $ 16 and $ 26 each jacket). Grey’s Anatomy pants $ 19 to $ 22 each. Dickies jacket at 24 dls of excellent fit.There is a lot of variety but not for all sizes you get the same colors, that is, there are different stocks depending on the size.They have pants that differ even if they are the same size in width, for the heights: Petit, regular, Tall
