Rotech is an in network provider of durable medical equipmentunder my health plan. I needed to get a CPAP machine, and mydoctors office coordinated with Rotech for me to get one. Iworked with Bobbie (spelling may be incorrect) to setup myequipment order, make my appointment and collect mydeposit. Within about an hour or so after this, I was contactedmy Bobbie stating that Rotech was refusing to provide me withthe equipment, was cancelling my order and my appointmentand was returning my money (which they said would be within48 hours). They claimed that because I had a CPAP machine inthe past they were not going to provide another one eventhough it was approved by my insurance and they hadcollected my deposit. Still have not received my credit on my credit card after over a week.Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid at all costs.
