I talked to James Weingarten on the phone about filling a prescription for my compression socks for my legs.He told me to come down and see him that he would gladly take care of me.James took the time to remeasure my legs to be sure the prescription measurements were accurate and to my surprise they had changed .He got me in and out in good time which was awesome for me having other errands to run.I highly recommend James to anyone because he really cares for his customers! Thanks James!

The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. He had no customer service whatsoever. I called to ask questions because my family and I will be in Florida for a family vacation and was inquiring for my mom. Even if they had what I needed, they wouldnt get my money. Absolutely horrible

Great experience renting a lift chair for 4 weeks due to an abdominal surgery.

James was the most helpful person! He made sure the rentals arrived at the correct time for my dad and made the pick up extremely easy. We had an issue with the size of the hoyer and he was extremely quick to fix our issue (within a few hours!). I would absolutely recommend working with James for your needs!

My 89 year-old father had a heart attack and bypass surgery last week. The family, especially my 83 year-old mother, was overwhelmed as this was unexpected. I stopped by the Orange Ave. location to inquire about power-lift chairs and James was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He had the perfect chair in stock at a very fair price, and personally and expeditiously delivered it before my father came home. James moved the old recliner to the garage and was extremely helpful in all aspects. Excellent customer service! My parents are thrilled with the chair and say it truly made the difference between my father being able to come home rather than spending time at a rehab facility. Thank you Florida Mobility!

The airline messed up my power chair and global repair group took over to help find a source for repair. They found the absolute best in florida mobility. Ive been working with Israel Rosario and he has gone above and beyond to help. Even got a me a great deal on another power chair with a ramp and a carrier. Literally best deal anywhere and as soon as I told them the chair that was messed up started making louder noise, I had a loaner delivered within less than 3 hours. They care about their customers and it shows! Thank you all for all your help and Im very appreciative for the patience and accommodations.

I called to inquire about some parts for a scooter and he couldnt wait to get off the phone. Not very friendly customer service. Especially for a company that caters to people who need special attention and patience. Others have had good experiences so maybe it was just the guy I got.

Beyond happy with my experience there!

I went there about a year ago and they were very helpful and did a great job on my repair, however I went today and the guy was a bit rude and very short with me and this is after I had to go to the shop in the back to find someone. I was very dishardened by his attitude.
