I have been calling this office since 8 oclock this morning and no one has picked up the phone. There is no information about office hours online or in their answering service. I am not sure if they are closed today, but if so, the system should not leave me on hold for hours. I am surprised that a place like this is having this problem. I really hope its that theyre closed. Because if they are open and Ive been calling since 8 in the morning with no answer it does not look good for the crew. This is unacceptable

I absolutely love Dr Olavarria and Dr Elbaba they are so caring, passionate about what they do, they love their patients, and are very good at what they do. God bless them. I highly recommend this facility.

Dr Oliverria performed a left Temporal lobectomy on my 9 year daughter and I could not of asked for a better outcome. She has no deficits and has not had a seizure since the surgery was performed. He is a great doctor, very calm and seems to sincerely care about his patients.

I was sent to the pediatric neurosurgeon because my daughters head was flat and my pediatrician thought that she may need evaluation for a helmet. I was ONLY seen by a physician assistant NOT an M.D. I am a physician and I was appalled. When I asked if the board certified neurosurgeon was going to see my daughter I was told that he is too busy. I told my pediatrician how unhappy I was with the care we received. I am not going to make an appointment and drive out of my way to see a provider who is less trained than me. No thank you.

Im not understanding the bad reviews. I really love this dr. He explains everything to us and makes sure we understand. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful.
