I am very satisfied with the service. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. They also help me navigate existing resources that helped me a lot.

I have been a patient at Bliss for roughly 4 years now working with HRT as I am Transgender among other treatments. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with on what can be a sensitive subject.

Great facility and staff, very informative and caring. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking to get their Medical Card if it’s your first time or if you are renewing you should check them out.

Shame on you Bliss HealthcareHow dare you lie to me about your safety protocols! Shame on you!Bliss Healthcare took me inside before testing for Covid-19 because they were unable to draw blood outside and pulled me inside to have someone else draw it instead of them coming outside.That was Lie#1. I entered the facility without them completing the test.Lie#2 Only clinical staff wear masks when with patients. Other staff were near me without masks. And even one of the medical staff approached me with their nose uncoveredUpon noticing the unmasked people I realized I was in danger of contracting Covid-19 at this facility especially after they drew blood in a Breathing Atmosphere that could have been tainted. Plus they passed a needle thru that air and punctured my skin which could have forced it inside me. I immediately left the facility. Concerned about whether they gave me Covid-19.After i left i called them to let them know in more detail why I left and to inform that I would not be using their unsafe facilities

Dr. Ortiz and all of the team at Bliss Healthcare are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. They meet their patients needs with the utmost professionalism. Patients are treated like family, and not numbers. The atmosphere in the office is warm and relaxing. They have totally leveled up and created something amazing for the Orlando community.

Dr. Ortiz and his stuff always provide a great service. Every time I go for my labs or follow ups I feel welcomed and safe. I want to give a shout out to José Aguilar for all the help I’ve received from him.

We were there for more than two hours and still not seen. We finally had to be seen by a nurse practitioner. He was Great, but the appointment was with the doctor. The wait time is way too long. They seem to schedule several patients for the same time

I come to this office for mental health and to see Dr. Ortiz. The front desk staff are just wonderful, Linda and Tiffany, always friendly and super helpful. Kim, the licensed mental health counselor, is SO kind and caring. She really makes you feel safe to open up to her. The only reason Ive put 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait times. Dr. Ortiz has a reputation of one thats full of caring for his patients and he will sit with them for however long they need. However, this leads to long wait times and you can never be sure when youll leave the office so its hard to make plans for after.Overall everyone is friendly, caring, and supportive. Its a great place if you really want to be taken care of.

Dr. Ortiz and his staff are definitely a world class operation. The team at Bliss goes above and beyond their duty with professionalism and always so accommodating. I have experienced a knowledgeable, respectful and compassionate staff that showed they care.

I’m overwhelmed with joy by the services I have received here. I’ve seen the reviews about the wait, and maybe I got lucky. The staff seemed to work twice as fast to get me in and out. I would say take the time to give them a chance.They mentioned growing out of this facility soon and moving to a space near Fashion Square Mall, maybe then some of the wait times will be alleviated.Thank you to the entire Bliss team ❤️!

I have been coming here for years, but sadly i decided to leave. Love Dr. Ortiz but i got tired of waiting for hours to be seen. Now im with the other group off Mills & loving it! In & Out within an hour~ can you believe it? You can email the doctor & he responds within minutes, sometimes change is good.

I give them one 🌟 but they dont even deserve it, with out any consulting they sent my bloodwork to a laboratory that i told them dont take my insurance, ending with a charge o f $1448 . still waiting answer seems March now its July. Other things they do is with out also consult to patients they change your case to other doctors, also with out your content they sent your prescription to others pharmacy and GOD FORBID you dont agreed and let them know you are not happy they discharge you!!!

Roberto Ortiz is more than a doctor or specialist, he is a friend to his patients. He is honest and upfront about the best methods to care for yourself and loved ones. Bliss Healthcare has done an outstanding job to carry out an alternative to all those who seek a brighter perspective on HIV, how to live with it, and how to prevent infection. The staff was incredible and down to Earth. There was a feeling of welcomeness and warmth during our visit. Much better than previous experiences elsewhere. We feel as though we have returned home to a place that actually cares for us as patients and where we arent just a number. So 5 stars for Dr. Ortiz and Bliss Healthcare!

I was looking for a Doctor close to me I was traveling 200 miles to see my doctor for 15 year I found Dr Ortiz on line and the office had 5 star I made the call for my partner he needed to see a Dr and after the call I could not believe my ears they were very concern and 4 hours later we was seeing the doctor it was amazing The STAFF AND THE DOCTOR WAS SO GREAT IF YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR DO NOT HESITATE this office was amazing and the doctor so nice and so understanding he was amazing Thanks For everything doc and your STAFF :) 5 STAR PLUS

My Partner and I just had our first visits with Dr. Ortiz and his staff at Bliss. We were immediately impressed with Dr. Ortiz and the entire staff at Bliss Healthcare. They spent a lot of time with us and were caring and compassionate. and were helpful in assisting me with obtaining my medications through a Co Payment Program. I would highly recommend Bliss Healthcare to anyone needing their services.

Ive had the worst experience with Bliss Cares. Ive been trying to get in contact with them for weeks, and each time I call Im either brushed off, reconnected to a disconnected line, or put on hold for 20+ minutes then hung up on. Theyre the worst people to get in contact with.Ive been trying to get a script filled but the first time the fax was sent over, they didnt even look at it. I called to make sure they got the second time I sent it over, no one called me back. I asked if they woman could just make sure it came through, but she said no. I told her about my frustrations because I keep getting ignored, but she didnt even care.This place is filled with folks who dont care about their jobs. Especially front desk, aside from one or two girls there who are very sweet. The others are always eating on the phone or laughing with employees while Im trying to talk to them.Not to mention the doctor I talked to made me incredibly uncomfortable, and Ive been hit on during a session with one of the coordinators there.10/10 would not recommend.

Dr Ortiz is the best and the staff is always friendly. However, this office has a serious issue with scheduling and time management. I’ve learned that I have to take a half day off work every time I have an appointment. I sit at least an hour in the waiting room (past my appointment time), then usually close to an hour in the exam room before the doctor comes in. I’ve been a patient here for over two years and the doctor is extremely thorough and always takes the time to explain everything in detail.Something needs to be done about the scheduling. This would be a 5 Star review with nothing but good things said if not for the hours and hours I’ve spent waiting in this office.

Because I do not jave HIV/HEP or any other disease I am not to receive any assistance at all from Bliss. It must be nice to discriminate. It shows how much you really care.

What happened to me here was a Hollywood movie! This doctor charged my insurance and forgot to send my prescription- I called and called ! To get my meds- left messages to the nurse- I even call the pharmacy and they send a fax - and I continued to call just to them to approve it so my med get to me. Guess what! I got mad after 5 hours calling and pretty much doing myself their job - I got super upset and request to speak with the doctor or manager office- none answer! I told them I was gonna show up! Well! They was waiting me with a police officer to put a not trapasaing notice !!!! Police officer was nice after hearing my part and told me to call my insurance an dispute the bill they charge and not providing their service or prescriptions. I only can say! What do you think about this and a office like that! ??

The entire experience was unbelievably disappointing. Disrespectful employees and shady doctor. Nope.

Dr. Ortiz is amazing he really cares about everyone and goes above and beyond to make sure you are okay, my husband and I are happy to have as our doctor. The staff are always sweet and friendly and very caring!

Upon seeing Dr ortiz i was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and the amount of time he spent with me, he spent an entire hour with me!he did many test and was very comforting he removed any fears i had,and as it turned out he was absolutely right all my test came back Neg and i was fine, its the first time in my life that i had a Dr that was so thorough, caring and that spent so much time with me,,he was running a little behind and i had to wait but when i realized i was in such good hand i didnt mind waited at all and would gladly wait longer,, he is awesome, i cant thank him enough,,

On 1/9/2018 I made an apt for my first visit at 10:50am(I called for the apt 11/20/2017 and was told the first available apt was 1/9/18). I walked in the door at 10:45 gave them my name and set down. At 11:44 I was asked my name again. I said in 6 minutes I am leaving. As a matter of fact I am sorry i have to go I will reschedule. Today I called to reschedule and was told that ALL APT WILL TAKE MORE THAN AN HOUR b4 you see anyone. WOW. My regular Dr has never made me wait 1 hour for an apt. I guess I am stuck at the health dept. At least I only have to wait 30 40 mins for an apt there.Does anyone know of an hiv Dr on the east side that has better service than an hour??? PLEASE REMEMBER MY REVIEW IS NOT OF THE DOCTOR HIMSELF....I NEVER MET HIM.

Dr. Ortiz is an amazing dr. I saw Dr. Ortiz when he was at OIC. Ive been a patient if his for almost 10 yrs. I highly recommend him. He takes his time and explains everything in detail. By far the best Dr. Ever!!!! However you do wait a while before getting seen by him but he is worth it.

Totally inefficient and rude answering the phone continuously hanging up the phone sending calls to full mailboxes, denying service and care to patients.

The scheduling appointments is a serious issue! I don’t have hours for every appointment I set. If I am coming in for labs, I don’t need to wait 40minutes. Please respect people’s time. You never what that person has to do. Fix this now. It’s horrible for your office....😡🤬

The office and care staff were excellent. Dr Ortiz spent more time with me I think than any doctor has in my life and I walked away with a great confidence level in both their care of my health and my ability to care for it myself.

Ive seen Dr. Ortiz several times since 2012, mostly for HIV testing. When I learned this year hed opened his new practive (Bliss Healthcare) it was a no brainer that Id see him there. As always he was both professionally and emotionally available for a last minute appointment. Ive never known a doctor so caring and willing to solve a problem for a patient. You can almost see the wheels in his brain turning, as he thinks out loud while he solves any problem be it insurance coverage, best treatment (diagnostic labs), prevention of a medical issue, or clarifying and fixing what another doctor has screwed up. And he instantly eases any fears you may have about HIV or anything else. Fortunately my labs were fine but had they not been Id still know I was in the best hands for my care and knew so as I walked in for my labs follow up. I was not fearful at all. His staff is genuinely caring and attentive, and seems more like a family than colleagues. He and his staff are heaven sent, and I not only recommend them all highly, but would gladly follow them wherever the practice may go. They are like angels on your shoulder. Im in love with these people, not to mention the beautiful and serenely decorated office complete with original art placed throughout with artist information. Its almost like an art gallery! Bliss Healthcare Services is truly Bliss!

Went here for hormonal replacement therapy and its been 1.5 years and they still cant get my hormones to the right levels in order for me to transition to be female also appointment lady lied to me saying that the doctor would call me back at 5:30pm but they close at 5pm worst experience ever ohh and when u call reception they tend to leave u on hold for 30 minutes but if you hang up and call right back their all ready to assist you even right after they put you on hold !!!
