First I knew that I had an outstanding balance ($12.51) was when I was contacted by collection agency. Calls to their office go unanswered and messages un-returned. If their medical skills are the same as their business skills......be very afraid.

Be careful with their billing practices they wont send you statements if you agree to a monthly repayment plan. A year after making monthly payments I got a debt collection letter for an outstanding balance due to my insurance denying payment and since they were not sending me statements I never new about it. Luckily the collection agency had not reported the debt to the credit agencies.

I ended up in collections and they never sent me a billing statement. Staff is nice but very bad management
