The wait was good and my medical insurance cover the cost. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have MS and hard to walk but I was helped for the MRI

We were sent here by our referring doctor. We typically use a different imaging office in Orlando. The reception staff is very cordial and friendly, as well as the rad tech. However the wait time was very long and unbearable. They did not inform us that we would have a long wait until 45 mins after our scheduled appointment. My mother has lumbar and cervical issues, which was the reason for us coming in to get images. All in all, we waited an hour and a half over our appointment time, much longer than we’ve had to wait for some walk in visits. They understood that they were already behind schedule, I wish they would have set the expectation for us early on so we could either A) reschedule or B) find a way to make the wait less painful.

$1600 for a HIDA scan. Good care while we’re there but super expensive. Shop around...

Morgan in MRI was detailed and very kind. It was my first MRI so he was exactly who I needed! Overall warm and friendly staff. And we were in and out. Would recommend.

I recently had some X-rays done at this place and I specifically went back to pick up a CD to give to my Doctor. However, no one could read the CD I was given from your receptionist! So...As a result, I needed MORE X-rays from my Dr that he took from HIS office, more radiations.... I just don t understand how you can give such CDs to your patients! I gave it 2 stars only because the staff was very nice.

If you have Aetna as your health insurance, you will get a HEFTY bill for procedures done here because CDI is out-of-network. The staff is friendly and professional, hence the 3 stars.

I went for an epidural injection for sciatica. Seriously underslept for five weeks due to pain, mostly in the early a.m. hours. Exhausted from constant pain or discomfort. Received great support and help from Diana in Customer Service, Dr. Bove and his technician Michael. Procedure went smoothly, the relief was almost immediate. Had my most restful night in those five weeks. Feeling great and thanks to you for what you did.
