I had a fabulous experience contrary to some other comments posted. I had an appt for 3:45 but was told if I wanted to get here first thing in the morning and give it a try. Well I did and it was fantastic. I got there at 7:45am. They took me right away at 8am when they opened and was out by 8:40am. Everyone was friendly helpful and courteous. Kudos to everyone. Ian was very caring and professional. Thank you all so much. I would definitely use it again but hopefully don’t need to.

I came in today with a bladder infection. I didnt have to wait long and the Staff was very pleasant. I loved the Dr that was on call today(Amy) so much that I am making her my primary physician. Very impressed. Excellent service.

I came in for an allergic reaction and broken out in hives the manager Jen got me in to the back quickly! Ian (MA) and Natalia (x-ray tech) took wonderful care of me and were very efficient! Tracy the provider she was quick and thorough and explained to me exactly what she was proscribing me! The team is wonderful and so quick! THANK YOU! ❤️

Very professional staff… my mother was seen on July19th and the front desk staff was very polite and professional and quicker Jasmine checked us in and she made sure to offer water to the both of us. Walked in for rapid Covid testing and everything was seamless. Alicia made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions and Chris P.A. was also very personable knowledgeable. Will stop by here again if I ever need to do Covid testing.

They do not respect your time here. After coming in at my appointment time to have my Covid test done it took the receptionist 20 minutes to acknowledge I was there and send me the link to begin the registration process. I was instructed to finish the registration for my car. The website froze as I was submitting my application it’s after 30 minutes I didn’t even know if it was being processed. After walking back inside I couldn’t get anyone to talk to me but I heard them tell someone else it was an hour and a half wait. I asked them to take me off the list and I left. There are more efficient places that I can do a Covid test while respecting your time.

Went here for an Urgent Care visit and the staff was beyond nice and helpful from the wonderful front desk receptionist Jasmine to Ian and Lindsey Austin who took care of me. Clean waiting area, clean back of house and great bedside manner from everyone. Would recommend 5/5

Made an appointment for 4:40, got seen at around 6:10. I asked at 5:40 what was taking so long - they informed me there was only one provider working at the time, but I was next in line. Ended up waiting another 30 minutes.Whats the point of making a reservation to be seen at a specific time if I arrive on time and have to wait for an extra hour and 30 minutes? Why did none of the staff tell me tell me that this was the expected wait time? If I had known in advance that this was the case, I would have gone somewhere else. I have stuff to do just like anybody else. Or better yet, I couldve checked in, went back home, taken a nap, and returned with time to spare.Provider was fine. I dont fault her for my experience; I fault management for not being prepared and front desk staff for not being transparent about what I should expect when I arrived.Will not come back.

The front desk was very quick and concise in helping me get signed in. Ian was my nurse taking vitals and he was kind and reassuring during my sick visit. Sharon Debra McDonald was my APRN and was also very kind and reassuring. I came here in a walk-in and left feeling ready for recovery. I will be visiting again for any walk-in situations.

Waited over 2 hrs to get called in on 7/14/21Young lady with long braids was video chatting with friends at the desk as the other receptionist lady did all the work. I waited standing on the line to see 1 hard working lady as the other did nothing to help. Then i saw this dame lady go outside on her phone for 20 minutes chatting up with a friend. She comes back in with a dirty look at me since i looked at her. She need to be fired taking up someone space needs work.

This Centra Care has been phenomenal on multiple occasions! Everyone is so friendly and really seems to have your best interests at heart. Julio the nurse was extremely kind, helpful, and easy to talk to! Thanks to everyone there for making a big impact and helping me heal.

Ive been to this location twice for a Covid test. The first time the staff was very busy, but attentive. The second visit I was seen by Julio who was friendly and gentle with the nasal swab. A quick and painless process as long as you make sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time. You can check in using your phone once youve arrived, and they call you in when they are ready to see you.

This morning I came in from the minite I came in to the minute I left the employees were so nice. Both staff and my nurse practitioner cross Ts and dotted Is to make sure they knew what was wrong. It was a little bit of a wait for the doctor but I understand I was not the only one in need this morning. They were awesome and employees got along with each other also.

Had a great experience from front desk to Dr and nurses. There was however another front desk person that was kind of rude and didnt seem too interested in working. Kind of felt bad for the folks that had to go thru her. But none the less my experience was great. I forgot the young lady that helped me at the front, she was a yong spanish lady.

The one girl at the front desk was not friendly at all. She acted like you were bothering her for coming in. She needs to be replaced. The other girl (with the long hair) was better. Front desk staff needs to be trainedhow to treat people.

I went in to Centra Care with a week-long, stabbing ear ache and sore throat. I have been fully vaccinated for many months from Covid. I sat about 10 mins. I was called in and immediately seen by a tech and NP. I had my visit and RX in hand from Publix, all within 45 mins. including driving time!!! The Centra Care team was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional from the front desk to the exit door!! I love that I was handed a simple, detailed summary of my visit. Great experience.

Went a few days ago. Super easy to make an appointment online. They had time slots within 10 mins of be loading the sit. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice they make you feel comfortable. Upon arrival they they sent me a text link to fill out my intake forms in the car. I went back to my car filled out the forms uploaded my insurance card via photo. They called me to come back inside about 5-10 mins after my forms were filled out. They told me to have a seat before I even sat down someone was out there calling my name to take me to a room. Tracy the nurse practitioner that was on was friendly came to the room within a min of me being placed in there. She helped me out with that I needed went above and beyond my expectations and previous experience at a centra care. She had me all fixed up and out the door in 10mins. My total time spent there was no more than 30 mins I’m super impressed and will be going back to that location to see Tracy and the other staff when needed again. Thank you to all of them.

Had an amazing time, I went in got my covid test and the doctor, Julio who was taking care of us was super nice and easy to talk to. The test was negative so that was a bonus for the excellent customer service. Would recommend.

Excellent Urgent Care. Was seen immediately when I arrived. The front desk, nurses, office manager, were all HELPFUL, COURTEOUS and PLEASANT to deal with. The receptionist at Centra Care Azalea Park at 3pm, 3/2/21, who was responsible for checking patients in has no business dealing with the public in any capacity- especially people who are sick and injured. Her attitude was deplorable. To say she treated my husband and I poorly is an understatement and we were only in the establishment for 10 minutes before deciding to leave. I cannot believe how rude she was for absolutely no reason. Its as if merely walking through the doors was a personal insult to her. She should be removed from her position. Her coworker (the other person behind the front desk) was wonderful. She offered my husband a bottle of water and was so kind to bring it to him as he is on crutches. The one star on my review goes to her, however we will still never return to this location.

Had a 1020 appointment. I was talking to a doctor by 1035. Insanely fast and she took a lot of time with me. Staff was amazing as well. I’ll be coming back whenever I need quick assistance.

Every time I come to this place the people in the front that logs in your info alwayyyyyyyysss! Has a nasty attitude like if you owe them something. the nurses are cool and nice, its just the first people you see thats the problem.. I wish they would get train in good customer service.

I dont understand all of the negative reviews. You should be in an out in about an hour if you can arrive early. Staff was professional and personable. Bradley, my nurse, inspired such confidence that I would gladly follow him to other facilities to receive the same level of care in the future.Wait time, as with all urgent care facilities, can take a long time. However, Im guessing this is because offices are forced to take bookings above capacity due to lots of no shows. What would you do?Anyway, I highly recommend this facility.

I want to thank the staff at Advent Health Centra Care at Azalea Park. They were very friendly and efficient. I sliced my finger and needed stitches. I was immediately seen and attended to by Stephan. He was very thorough and engaging. Then Yoca, the nurse, came in and prepared and assisted Dr. Yasmin. She was passionate about her job and helped make the procedure a non event for me. I highly recommend this facility and team.

I visited this location on Monday morning, January 25, 2021. The nurses in the back and the doctor on duty were all super. I only caught one of the names though, and that was Stephen. He was very funny, kind and caring. Overall, not a bad experience.

Made an appointment online and was seen to very quickly. In and out within 20 minutes!

Made an appointment online the day prior, for 4:40pm. Arrived at 4:35 and was checked in and asked to wait in the waiting room. No other patients were waiting. But four different people entered for COVid testing and were taken back and seen before me. I was called back to the exam room at 5:30 and did not leave until 6:35 pm! What’s the benefit of making an appointment? Will not return!!

Even though I made an appointment to be seen at a certain time it’s understandable when an emergency occurs with another patient and my appointment time be delayed. This is an urgent care in the first place and all types of situations are been handled. The staff in the back (Chloe and Sylvia) were very nice and apologetic for the delay of my appointment and that helps the situation.

Had to get routine test today for my nursing program. I had Julio. He was really informative, caring and understanding.

I’ve been to this location multiple times whenever I needed a Covid test and they always treat me really well. My last visit, Julio Mc Calgan helped me out, he was very kind and respectful, thank you for making me feel at ease.

This is by far the friendliest Centra Care I have been to. I live by the Waterford Centra care and refuse to go to that one because they are rude and unfriendly but this one hands down the best. Not only were the girls up front very knowledgeable and friendly, the nurse who took us back was nice. The doctor was nice and it’s just great to be able to engage with people who you can tell love what they do. The nurse put our minds to ease while we were there getting tested for Covid! I would recommend this particular location to everyone!!!

Had to go for covid-19 testing. Made online appt. for 4:00p. Arrived 20 mins early. The two ladies at service desk were kinda rude and under professional. Interrupting each other and when questioning my appt. Telling me I had to wait in vehicle while they sent me a link, to fill out paperwork. Instead of asking. Which I already knew, Id be waiting in vehicle til called. Once called I had a better experience the medical staff was very professional and polite. Julio did my testing. He was friendly, letting me know how far he was going. He gave me insight on covid-19 that I wasnt aware of also.

Not sure why people left bad reviews because this is the best Centra Care I’ve been to. We were in and out quickly for a COVID test, and the staff was so friendly. Our nurse, Bradley, was so professional and had a great energy throughout our entire visit.

Avoid this location. I have been to several advent health centra cares, and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist seemed irritated with every patient. After filling out the registration I was texted, I waited in my car for an hour to be seen for my appointment. I went inside to check on things, and was told that they tried to call me. I never received a call. I was told to have a seat in the waiting room. After another 25 minutes, and several other patients being called back, I stood up to ask them to cancel my appointment. The receptionist asked if I was sure. I told her absolutely, that I had already waited and hour and a half and I couldn’t wait any longer. I made an appointment with an advent centra care today at a different location. Night and day difference! It wouldn’t let me give it zero stars, so I had to choose 1 star.

The front desk staff are quick and helpful. Bradley and Emlyn are wonderful and really helpful. I would recommend Azalea Park Central Care to my family and friends. Great service 👏

Despite having a confusing appointment scheduling process online, I am pleased with the service I received at this location. I did not experience any assistance at the other location (also on S. Semoran).The front office staff and medical professionals were as fast as they could be, they were also polite. I heard them recommended to other people they can leave to grab food or run an errands if the wait was over 2-3 hours. Their staff would attempt to hold their place in-line as a convenience. I’d recommend this location definitely over the other Semoran location!

Since I found out that I had covid, by testing positive at the Orange Ave location, I had to follow up with another test 11 days later. I was having much trouble with the site so I called the office and I was given a date for testing. I was seen immediately within my appointed time. Chloe, who was the attending physician, made my time as pleasant as possible and explained herself as she carried on with her duties. She was also very attentive to my feelings, as I was anxious about testing again because of the discomfort. I highly recommend anyone to come here and I know they will make you feel like family and take good care of you.

I had really low blood pressure 65/53. As I was drifting in and out of consiousness during my 2 hour wait, not one staff member checked on me. When the doctor called me in, my blood pressure had come up to 80/60- still dangerously low. The doctor asked me what I wanted him to do about it. The doctor did nothing, provided no intervention or care and told me if I felt bad, to go to the ER. Wait- I thought Centra Care was Urgent Care?!.I called uber and went to the ER, who admitted me for 5 days on a heart monitor.Dont mistake this place as an Urgent Care Clinic. If it were a licensed Health Care Clinic, you would call the Agency for Health Care Administration to register a complaint.The only people who can make a difference about the care provided or not provided at Centra Care is the physicians licensing board and the Risk Manager at the Hospital it is affiliated with.

I had an issue at work to were i got burnt with refrigerant. I came into Advent Health Centra Care and was taken care of immediately. Stephan made sure to let me know what procedures I should take in the coming days and everyone in general just had great hospitality.

Clean, prompt, professional, and treated with respect. They helped me with an on the spot physical and immunization record for my daughter and saw her a week later just as quickly for an ear infection. Id recommend them for when youre in a pinch and more! Neither time did I spend more than 30 minutes on the whole process.

If i could rate it a zero i would have. My husband and i had appointments for 11:00 and 11:05 for covid testing. We arrived at 10:45 to check in and we waited 1:43 to be seen. The ladies at the front desk were rude. After my covid test, they verbally told me my results after 17 minutes then i waited another :30 for my paperwork. Highly recommend you go to a different centra care.

We have 8am appointment ( they open 8am by the way ). We came around 7 40am and parked. We did online check in process as well.They already took someone in without appointment and it is 8 25am , of course we are waiting outside.
