Awesome gym. A bit small but has everything you need if you compete/bodybuilding or just a casual lifter. Front desk are professional and to the point. Prices are good too. I paid $27 for a week pass. Every other gym wanted $50. Very clean btw. Would definitely recommend.

Great composition and great equipment, but most of the patrons have developed a habit of never putting away weights after theyre done. Free weights, plates, and barbells are often left where theyre not supposed to go.

Have visited 100’s of gyms in America! Great people and equipment! Excellent gym, love working out there!

Never overcrowded, always clean with bottles and wipes always within reach, has all the equipment you could need, staff and members are always friendly whether you are a beginner or professional.

I was looking for new gym after having a long break due to quarantine, and I really liked that staff keeps gym clean, all equipment looks well maintained and they were very welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt safe and comfortable to be there so I signed up and very excited!

This is the best gym Ive belonged to period. Ive never truly loved a gym before until I joined here. Whenever I was weighing my options, the employee that helped me made me feel so welcomed. Its a pretty decent sized gym with a lot of equipment. The staff is very friendly along with everybody else in the gym. The music is great. Its clean. The prices are reasonable while offering multiple different memberships. Its never really crowded either. Hardly a wait for any equipment. Its a great place. Im really glad I chose it.

I was there recently only for a one week membership cause of a short vacation in Orlando with the family.Loved the experience. They rocked a great playlist everyday I was there. Staff was friendly and professional. The place was clean and the amount of floor space was something you just dont see here in NY.Definitely a serious lifters gym but the friendly and ready to help you out atmosphere of the staff was very welcoming.If I lived in the area that would be my gym. Thank you all for a great experience. If we return next year you will see me again. Already miss the place.

Wow!!! What an amazing gym with an incredible staff. First off I cant say enough great things about the people who work here. Every single person is passionate about what they do and treat the gym as if it is theyre own. Furthermore, the gym is equipment with top of the line equipment and the energy is extremely motivating for anyone who is wanting to move ahead physically. Honestly, if your looking to get away from the corporate gym scene where they look at there members like a dollar sign, look no further, Power Strength is the gym!!!

I love working out here. It feels like second home. Everybody are very friendly and helpful! The amount of pro athletes training there motivates me to keep coming and pushing harder. Gym is very clean on daily basis and never packed. Love it

Excellent gym, very clean and looks very professional and well put together on the inside. Staff at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The equipment seems pretty new and well maintained and they certainly have everything you could ever need. Its definitely a place more geared toward the serious lifter but you dont have to be so to get a great workout here, they have plenty of cardio equipment. One thing I really liked was that even for a gym with sooo much equipment it was spaced out very well. Met a couple of the staff and trainers and they are all super nice and dedicated to helping anyone at any level of experience to achieve their goals.

Signed up for a 1 week pass since I’m in Orlando short term. Great gym. Plenty of space, clean, and amazing variety. Great music too!!I would like to see some more bikes. I like to alternate 15 minutes of treadmill and 15 minutes on bike for my cardio and there is a lack of bikes at the gym, but besides that this gym deserves 5 stars

When I first became a member I was overwhelmed with the types of equipment and the FIT people who work out here, but everyone is very kind and the front desk staff are nice. Theres always events going on here so you can join in :)

Great place for workouts

One of the most legit gyms in Orlando are.Stellar equipment, tons of room plus not super crowded and they also have speed and heavy bags to finish off some cardio if your not feeling the treadmill. The front staff and owners are super nice, very nice gym to be training at.

Best Gym in Orlando hands down. Theres plenty of equipment so you never have to wait. They have a mono-lift and power-rack which is awesome and also a platform to deadlift. If I lived in Orlando this would be my home gym

This is one of the best gyms Ive even been. The staff is friendly and helpful, there are plenty of machines in great condition and they support all kind of athletes, from beginners to advanced. Definitively a place I will visit again when Im in Orlando.

Joined on Black Friday for the 2 for 1 yearly special. I went to the Sand Lake location this week and was pulled out of the locker room and told they have cancelled my membership. Bad business!Would have made it 5 stars if this had not happened!

Just in the area, stopped in to get a powerful workout, and I did! I just wish there was one in Lake County, so I can get this regularly! Awesome customer service and great selection of different weights and machines!

Power Strength Gym is the best gym in Orlando. Ive been to multiple gyms, boxes, studios and clubs. None compare to Power Strength Gym. Staff is friendly and helpful. Equipment is always working and always clean.

By far the best gym Ive been to in Orlando. However, I have to knock off one star due to the below average quality of the exercise bikes and the lack of viable options for hip flexor exercises. With that said, Im splitting hairs with my minor complaints. Power Strength is a great gym!

Huge gym with amazing selection of free weights and machines. Loses 1🌟 for lack of a dipping belt, and expensive for $15 day pass.

Rates for membership are very reasonable with the amount of equipment and how relaxed in terms of rules the gym is. The people working are helpful and supportive and the people working out are focused and dont tend to just sit on machines texting on phones etc. Very much there to get stuff done kind of gym which I prefer.

Went there for the first time recently. no crowd, SUPER clean, huge variety of equipment, helpful staff. best gym in orlando!

The gym is geared towards body building/strengh building/getting fit. Instead of being littered full of cardio machines like most gyms, this place has just enough to serve their purpose...meaning real state space is taken up by machines that will actually help you achieve your goals.
