I am so glad that I found this place online. My daughter wanted to do something different and we ran across Suga N Spice. Best decision we have made. The staff was wonderful and caring my daughter can not wait to go back. Thank you guys

The instructors and coaches are amazing!! They make the kids feel like family.

They are very unprofessional!!! Change classes at the last minute!! No structure! no real lessons!! On my daughters last class they painted her nails. Per Groupon they stated you can use up to 3. Today i had called and complained about the new schedule and they tried to ignore my complaint then we come for class at the new scheduled time and they would not let my child in class Michelle instead decided to just call groupon and have my child waiting because she insisted that they can only use 1 groupon and even though they had no problem redeeming my 2nd month but because i complained earlier today they decided to kick her out of class instead of trying to resolve the issue. It was a waist of money if i did not have the groupon i would not have continued the lessons.

Words cannot begin to describe how much my family loves it at Suga N Spice! The staff and students are all so welcoming and the studio is so inviting. Not only are Michelle and Nicole so involved but they go the extra mile to ensure all staff and students safety during the pandemic. Not only do they adhere to social distancing, they regularly do temperature checks, have sinks accessible to all to wash hands, and a sterilizing station in every room possible while people are present. They are nothing short of amazing and I’m so grateful my children have a place to go that is safe that they are able to truly enjoy during these times!

I celebrated my daughters 10th birthday. It was awesome. They first did the silks, the teacher was patient and very nice, after they had their nails and makeup done and finally they had an hour limousine ride with Anthony , the chauffeur, through International Dr. During the limousine ride we had a couple of stops for pictures at the Orlando Eye and at McDonalds. All the girls loved it. Michelle is great and detailed. She did a great job decorating the party room. The girls had an amazing and memorable time. Thank you.

Thank you for giving my grandbaby the best birthday party of her life. We all had a wonderful time. The kids didnt want to leave. My baby and her friends loved the limo ride they didnt stop laughing and yelling until we were ready to leave. It was a big relief that I didnt have to set up or bring anything but the kids. Thanks Suga N Spice you made our day.

My daughter has been at Suga-N-Spice since June, 2018. We are both very happy with them, there are so many wonderful things about the gym, coaches and staff. All of the coaches are wonderful, my daughter is learning so much more than just gymnastics, she is learning responsibility, accountability and the importance of being part of a team. Moving from another gym to Suga-N-Spice has been one of the best decisions we have made.Thank you Suga-N-Spice for welcoming my daughter onto your team. We are also looking forward to having her birthday party there in October:-) YOU GUYS ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!1

Suga N Spice did an amazing job with my daughter 9th birthday. We loved the entire experience, this was a party she would remember for a lifetime. My daughter and her friends felt like real pop stars walking on the runway to the limo. We will definitely be back!

My daughter takes dance classes here, and we love it.
