Nothing in the Area compares to this CrossFit facility. I have tried every single gym in the area for the course of 5 months and end up sticking with AFO. They are amazing people and a great atmosphere. even going through virtual workouts during this pandemic has allowed me to not miss a beat!cant wait to the gym to go back to normal.

I love the hour long workout that feels individualized because of the heart rate monitoring, but is provided in a group setting under the supervision of a personal trainer!

AFO CrossFit is the best box in the Lake Nona area. Hands down they have the best programming and the community is top notch. The coaches are very knowledgeable and take pride in watching the members succeed in their goals; whatever they may be. There is no pressure or intimidation. They are also an RP friendly Gym, so nutrition is very important to the athletes. Highly recommended.

Came here for 6 months until an injury and some financial changes - loved the atmosphere and the coaches. Id be there still if I could. Love and miss yall 💜🤙 hopefully Ill be back

This is a great gym on so many levels! The coaching, knowledge of movement, programming, and most of all, the members make this an awesome place to train, workout, exercise, or whatever you want to call it. They always offer free trials. Try it out, youll love it.

I have been going to this gym for about a year. I never thought I would be someone who would like Crossfit, but I love it. The workouts are always different so I never get bored. The coaches are awesome. They have tons of knowledge but are not condescending. I was very intimidated when I first went because I felt like I needed to be in shape to do the workout. Although the workouts are always hard and push me, I was able to jump right in. I highly recommend trying this gym. The atmosphere and the results will keep you coming back

Just celebrated my 2 yr anniversary here. Been doing Crossfit for over 7+ years and have been to numerous gyms, but AFO Crossfit is one of only a few Id recommend throughout Greater Central Florida. Id go out of my way to work out here. I personally value the quality and knowledgeable coaches, clean facility, and sense of community. Whether youre a Crossfit veteran or just starting out, this is a great place to continue your fitness journey.

AFO Crissuft has been such a great environment for me. From the awesome programming to the amazing staff it is truly a great place to get a good workout in. And to top it off it had a nice community feeling to it, where all the members encourage and help each other achieve their goals.
