Been going here for almost a year now. The trainers are great, whether youre doing a class or individual sessions.The owners are invested in your improvement and if theyre faking it then theyre great actors.I came in in terrible shape with no real boxing experience and have never once felt unwelcomed.This place is a hidden gem. It isnt like a regular gym though where you can go any time you like, youll need to be with a trainer at all times either individually or in a class. If you pay for individual sessions you get all the classes for free as well. Hard to beat the rates.If youre looking for individual boxing classes, ask for Macho, but honestly you cant go wrong with any of their trainers.

Extremely kind staff. Impeccably clean fitness center. The bathrooms are always well maintained. Simple things like that make a workout experience exponentially better.

BEST gym in Orlando!! Everyone who works there - Rodney, Alex, all of the trainers are WONDERFUL! I love that it’s a small, intimate gym with reasonable prices. They have Strength/HITT classes and Boxing, I have loved all of the workouts I’ve completed here. The trainers do a wonderful job of teaching and motivating and no workout is the same. Everyday I come here I improve and work toward my fitness goals. So thankful for this gym, HIGHLY recommend!!!

Great place for boxing & fitness.

This place is a gem! Wonderful, welcoming owner and staff. It is clean, organized, and they have several exercise classes that are all great for beginners through professionals. I spent a month working out here while in Orlando and they made me feel like family. I will miss it for sure!

Awesome gym downtown for boxing and working out. Trainers are great and very friendly. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a place near Lake Ivanhoe to work out.

Best Gym in town ! The atmosphere is unlike any other. Doesnt feel like a gym, but like a second home. Coaches are awesome and full of knowledge. Everyone gets along. Only good people! Check it out for yourself !

Joined OGYM a few weeks ago and loving it. Ive been to several other similar programs, but Alex is really intentional on creating a positive environment. The training is different everyday, which is what I was looking for to take my fitness to another level. Definitely recommended, plus its way more reasonably priced vs. other group training environments.
