Honestly wouldn’t give them any stars, booked my appointment way in advance just to show up and find out it’s an hour plus wait for something so simple. Front desk lady is rude and can’t even make eye contact when speaking to guest asking questions about their appointment! When I asked her what was the wait her response was that she was still letting walk ins get seen….no offense but anyone with an appointment needs to be seen first that’s the whole reason for one. Place is dirty and unprofessional, should have read the reviews but this was the only one available with the time I needed. You guys need to better this is ridiculous smh

I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews here, these people are so nice and down to earth, everyone working here was very professional while being very friendly and courteous, I appreciated this very much because coming to appointments alone being pregnant has been hard and dealing with rude staff is the worst , but they were so nice I had to do a 3 hour glucose tolerance test and I was very comfortable waiting there, they made sure I was tested on time for the 3 hours. Thank you for your awesomeService !

Don’t even deserve the one star. With appointment, 1.5 hour wait. Front desk lady rude and unapologetic. Called patients at the rate of 1 per 15 minutes. Self check-in pads were dirty. Working with very limited personnel. Same only one lobotomist calling patients. If you can, look for another lab. Unbelievable from this big “corporation” take my one star as a minus 1 star

Had a great experience this past week. Jennifer at reception was very helpful and made sure that my visit was going to be covered by insurance so that I didnt get surprised by a bill. Friendly, professional and efficient, as were all the staff at this location. I had made an appointment and was in and out and back to work much more quickly that I expected. And, unlike sometimes when I get blood drawn at my doctors office, not even a tiny bruise...good job! Ill definitely visit location again for lab work.

I had an appointment for 11:45am. Im fasting. Lot of people in the lobby. Some of them without mask. It is 12:45pm and Im still waiting. Why are they making reservations if they cannot manage them?Also there is a note: “max capacity: 20”. I see more than 30 in the lobby right now.

Had an appointment and waited over an hour in a waiting room with only 7 people! So frustrating! I guess they schedule people to sit in the lobby while they eat lunch or take breaks. Literally not one person was called back for an entire 30-minute. Next time Im going to the downtown lab. Much more professional!

LabCorp is not the McDonalds next door. I have been there and sometimes you wait for 30+ minutes or like in other occasions, when you are there early it is a 15 min wait. This is not a catering business. If you care for your health you can wait.

I know that this place is not good in customer service but I still decided to go for the distance is really close to me. My first experience was with my 3 year old son, who is recently diagnosed with ASD and I have to run some labs for him in fasting. I was there for 3 hours or more my kid was crying and uncomfortable and couldn’t taking care of him more fast. Like an adult we have to wait, but a 3year old kid doesn’t understand the waiting and the fasting, It was a horrible day and experience. The second time it was the same rude lady in the front desk, she always have an attitude and sometimes I think she hates all latinos. They are some employees that have patience and they are caring, but this lady in front desk is your first person we see and talk and she is so rude and have no patience for people who doesn’t speak good English or is another ethnic that is not hers.

I read the reviews on this location but still decided to schedule due to convenience. Ive called over 10 times in the last two days to ask a couple of questions and not once did anyone pick up. No automated message, no voicemail, nothing. Just a constant ring, or occasionally Id get a busy signal, assuming it was someone else trying to call in at the same time. That was all the sign I needed to cancel and reschedule elsewhere. I cant fathom how this place is still operational with service like that.

I don’t know why people complain. I scheduled an appointment online at 1:45 pm, I accidentally arrived earlier around 1:22, I used the text check-in as they instructed. I finished my blood work and left at 1:46. The waiting time is not too bad and all the staff were treated me with good and professional attitude.

I dont know why people complain, but this LabCorb is wonderful. The receptionist was friendly ahd helpful and as sweet as can be. She was kind and professional. Jen the lab technician was amazing and went above and beyond for me she helped me resolve my issue and even was kind enough to call me after I left to guide as to what to do. This girl was amazing God bless her. Maybe people should be a little more patient. Recommend highly.

Hi, My legal name is Elba Ortiz. I just wanted to say thank you to the receptionist girl, honey you are awesome. Very Friendly, warm and professional at the same time. Waiting time was also pleasant, except for a man talking on the phone so,so,so loud everyone was upset with him. The overall experience was good.Jennifer the nurse, OMG she was so good and professional, she got my vein in one shot, believe me that never happens to me. My veins are so difficult they make me cry sometimes, it is painful. But Jennifer was SO SO SO GOOD I will never go anywhere else. She went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Girls, Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I will pray your manager knows this and give you a good raise in your salary. You deserve it. Had a 9:15 appointment and preregistered. Arrived at 8:45 and was given a 23 min estimated wait time. I didn’t get seen until 9:35. There was standing room only the entire time I was there so me and several other people couldn’t sit. Although not rude the staff was not very personable (except for the lab tech who took the specimen- he was awesome!). Suggest you go to another lab place if you do not have time to wait.

Front desk receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. While on the phone she just pointed at the self check-in screen with her finger and kept talking. After a while waiting, the nurse came to ask me about my specimen and after I explain myself, she tells me I did it wrong. Well, if the person who took my papers didn’t give me any instructions at all (receptionist). I did it how I thought it was the right way. We talked in front of her and she didn’t even acknowledge her fault. Ended up throwing everything in the trash and having to do everything all over again. She needs to learn a proper and professional way of how to do customer service.

Horrible !!! No appointments possible only walk-in, thats what the frontdesk-receptionists told me. Later the lab technician told me that its not true. You can go online and make an appointment or call the Customer Service. These frontdesk-receptionists were just tooo lazy to give that information. . From the moment you check-in you have to wait at least 1 hour then you get a message to give your paperwork so the lab technician will be with you “shortly” but that shortly is AGAIN another hour. The ladies at the frontdesk-receptionists have no social skills or human manners at all. To them patients/customers don’t exist. You can stand an hour in front of their desk but they won’t easily make an effort to help, they are just stuck at looking at their computer screen, that’s it !!! Once they do talk to you, they almost yell in your ears.

If I could give zero stars I would. It takes forever to get in to have blood drawn and the staff is particularly standoffish and in fact rude to certain patients. The receptionist had my grandmother, who was using a cane, stand at the window while she fritted about instead of answering a simple question. Also, her time estimate of 5 minutes was grossly under estimated as it took 20 minutes from when she said 5. We were here for over an hour waiting.

I wonder if anyone at lab corp of importance reads these reviews. I have been there 4 times this year and if I could give zero stars I would gladly do so. After using the express check in, I waited an hour and a half to be called up to the desk for my insurance information and prescription. Then I waited another half hour to get my blood drawn. The staff is rude, treat you like a piece of meat and dismiss you once they have done something as simple as a blood draw. The young lady who drew my blood never told me her name, never spoke to me but did splatter my blood on the chair and the floor. I now have a black and blue mark on my arm the size of a base ball. Please, someone in charge read your reviews, its a wonder you even have a 2 star review which I consider to be poor at best. Get compendent help, get caring people to deal with your patients. You location is by far the worst I have ever been to.

The receptionist lady in the front desk was very rude. I was speaking loud and clear enough. She made me at least repeat my self 3 times. Making me a dirty face that she can’t hear me at all to speak through the window where the hole is at, I am not going to duck my head to speak nor can I reach the top one. Just ridiculous.

I had to go in as a walk in and I understand the ones with appointments come first but I still had to wait about 3 hrs then when I was finally called the lab tech Jen S. was very nice, friendly and out going and had a lot of patience with me because Im expecting and been having alot of issues with my veins. Jen S. went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my lab work done and not have to come back because I had 12 tubes of blood to get done YES 12. Then one of the employees came in the back and told her she needed to hurry things up because they were closing soon and they still had alot of people waiting in the waiting room. I just felt like that was rude and that employee never asked what was going on or what was taking too long or if everything was okay, and she said it in a rude way in front of other people standing there.

She explained to me her visit and honestly I’m appalled at how unprofessional and disrespectful the staff is. One of the nurses called my mother a B@#*h not knowing my mother can read lips. This office is probably one of the worst places Ive ever been to. I checked in about 10:55 am. I took my kids with me. I waited for almost 2 hrs (an hour and 50 minutes to be exact) for them to tell me that they cant see me because I have my kids with me for this particular test. My poor kids waited with me and I felt so bad for them because they were getting hungry. The staff was not friendly and didnt even acknowledge my presence until I went up to ask how much longer. If I had a choice, I would never go to LabCorp!

Wow, if the receptionist worked for me shed be fired so quick. Rude, leaves you waiting standing at the window for 10 minutes, tells you to sign in and sit down, to call you back up 1 minute later to get your paperwork and tells sit right back down, to call you back up 1 minute later again to pickup your stuff. No one was in lobby, I made an appointment online day prior, but again they left we sitting and sitting and sitting with no one in there. I would love to talk to the higher ups hear but from a look at other reviews they just dont give a you know what.

We had a stool sample. Receptionist said I had to wait to be called. When asked about the procedure for dropping off specimens she began explaining that there were people ahead of me. Then, I calmly advised that was not my question and she informed me that someone would meet with me, confirm I followed all necessary procedures and collect the sample. As I waited with a tired and screaming baby the lady asked my husband how long ago the sample had been collected. She was able to rule out we waited too long to turn in the sample. We let her know the staff that provided the specimen cup did not go through any instructions. Yes, there was a wait to have been seen but empathy has no restraint nor limit. When she finally took the time to investigate our true need. We had no business waiting to be called because what we really needed was her time and care with proper instructions.

All of the negative reviews had me so worried, but I honestly had a pleasant experience. I made an appointment online for 10AM, and I was out of the office by 10:20AM. The women at the front desk were kind and helpful, and the woman who did my blood draw was AMAZING. I have a gnarly fear of needles, and usually have to get poked several times because I have tiny veins. I didnt even cry this time lol. It felt like it lasted less than a minute. It was the easiest blood draw Ive ever experienced.Just make an appointment. Its not hard to do.

The website says this office closes at 3:30pm. When I showed up at 3:20 the doors were already locked and the employees there gave me the “were closed” symbol. I did not even need to do have anything done, I simply needed them to re-send a form to my school that they mistakenly never sent in the first place! I tried to call also to relay this information but they simply let the phone ring and started laughing at me standing there. Incredibly rude and unprofessional and just plain mean.

This location is the absolute WORST. The Hispanic lady at the front desk is rude. As I walked up about to say good morning she snapped for me to sign in. Then the wait is ridiculous. Appointment is necessary. Trust me. Finally, to top it all off the black lady with the crazy hair was a serious a-hole. She threw away my urine saying it wasnt enough even though it was enough to cover the strip. She threw the urine away IN THE TRASH, not the toilet. She threw it so hard some of the drops urine spilled out onto the floor. She was VERY abrupt with her tone and seriously needs to do something else for a living. She even yelled my name hard. Please chill out. Take a vacation and never come back. Then they said I had to sit in the lobby and drink water or my test would be submitted as REFUSED! What?! So I was expected to sit in the lobby and reproduce more urine and wait all over again. Labcorp customer service should not be this bad. So I went yesterday to this LabCorp because I needed to have some blood test done, I had an appointment for 2:30 pm, I got there at the time of my appointment and did check in, I went to the front desk and they just told me to have a sit and wait to be called not in a very nice way. I waited like an hour aprox, I decided to cancel my appointment because they were not calling me and I couldnt even sit because I am a person with disabilities and I did not fit in the chair and my feets and back pain were killing me and they didnt even have the humanity to offer me an open chair so I could sit, I go to the front desk to cancel my appointment and the ladie ( if she can be called ladie) answer me right away with you have to wait a second I told her that I just wanted to cancel my appointment which she replied the same thing but louder and with even more attitude. I wait then in front of her until she decided to notice me waiting for her, I told her to cancel my appointment and she said ok but you didnt do the check in, at this point I was irritated because the man beside her saw me do all the process, she end up saying ok Im sorry in a very sarcastic way. In conclusion the staff is not professional at all, they are not people that should work at a establishment were you work with peoples health, they are not nice, not professional and not caring, very disrespectful and uneducated. Do not recommend this LabCorp office at all, you will just lose your time and patience. Ive been to others LabCorp office and they have been very nice and professional in their job, nothing compare to this gross and unprofessional place.

Today, I came in to do a routine blood work at 5425 S Semoran Blvd, Orlando, FL 32822 and the employees especially the receptionist at this location were very rude and unprofessional to me today. Im 57 and diabetic while I was a walk in, several people who came after me without appointments which I know because I overheard their conversations with the receptionist were attended first. When I addressed this oversight with the receptionist I was laughed at with ridicule. I spoke with the manager and she was not helpful either. I left upset with my sugar levels very dangerously low and my blood pressure high and not attended. When you are hiring individuals you should have some who are sensitive and attentive to their patients. Thank you and I wont use your service is again because of this mistreatment.

I have returned since the March 2018 review and things are to have improved. The ladies were much friendlier and the service had me in and out. But mind you I did have a 8 am appt. Sept. 2018The receptionist there is not very helpful. this location has MANY non tech savvy, elderly, spanish speaking patients that can NOT do the self check in. the kiosks are on the opposite side of the room where the EMPLOYEE can or but WILL NOT help. Patients are asking each other for help, sharing SSN and personal information. This is unprofessional and insane. If you cant get someone bilingual to work there then at least get someone that WANTS to help. We are all paying patients and this BAD service wouldnt work for a retail business; why should it be allowed in the medical field. SHAME ON YOU for your greed and hiring incompetent people.

Very terrible service. Today I arrived at the location at 2:30pm for a drug test and the receptionist made to sign the list and to take a sit. After 10 minutes waiting, she called me to tell me that the collection of the specimens finished at 2:30 and because my daughter is with you we cannot do the test. They are always busy, so I dont mind the fact that the front desk staff can be brief and to the point sometimes. I have been using them for lab work for almost 10 years and I find them very professional and capable.

Despite other reviews I had a pleasant experience at this location. Today was my 2nd time visiting this location. The 1st time was a good experience as well. I had an appointment for 1115, arrived at 1105, got called back at 1108, and was walking out the door at 1112 🙌🏾. The receptionist was very pleasant even though I wasnt sure if the company that had sent me there was going to pay for the bloodwork and had questions. The phlebotomist was very nice too. She got right in my vein and out with minimal discomfort.

Appointment was 40 minutes ago as I type this and I am still waiting. Numerous others are also complaining for the very long wait. No wonder the reviews are terrible for all of their locations. Staff isnt very friendly. Not mean but very cold and dont seem to care much.

Best lab to go to, employees are very friendly and caring my family goes here, but there is some patients they have no class and want best treatment, I work in customer satisfaction and there is no hope for this patients, this employees deserved more.

Am not happy with you people!!! Had blood work done 2 weeks prior to my doctors appt an neither you or the doctor had my results!!! The tech even told me that my doctor would have my results 3 days later!!! If your company cant do your jobs then get out of the business!!! Not happy with your company at all!!! If my isurance paid for other diagnostic company I would use them. I am a cancer survivor and my blood work is important to my doctor!!! Shape up or ship out!!!!

The gentleman phlebotomist was awesome! However its bad enough the rude receptionist has fake hair, but at least do something with it before you come to work with that nasty attitude! Makes me think that the online customer service test is definitely rigged lmao

VERY RUDE STAFF, I was told I can stand to pee, even though my ID clearly says female, they locked my personal belongings with Urine samples instead of a lock box for belonging and rushed me out after a minute of being in there. Also expect them to lose your sample, as they have done with myself as well as a friend who tried to warn me about how horrible this location is.

This is the worst location Ive been too. The receptionist was ok. Pedro who is one of the employees at that location is rude and almost got slap down in the office. I kept it calm because I was there to take a drug screening for a job Ive applied for. Pedro is a prime example as to why Ill never go back to that location. I took a drug test while waiting for Pedro to check the temp of my pee hes assisting another patient and helping them complete paperwork then 2 mins later he turns around and tell me my urine is the wrong temp. I mean I would bet so if you sat there running your mouth for quiet sometime before checking my urine temp. He showed me the cup but never showed me the temp of the pee it was like he was trying to hide it or something luckily I saw it and the temp was 93 degrees but ok biggie. Pedro then state that I can retake the test and if I leave he’ll call the employer. He also goes on to tell me I can only drink 4 cups of water and no more than that. I drink 4 cups waited for some time and still didnt have to pee. While waiting Im looking at him laughing and hearing him talk about me to the receptionist. So now Im starting to get upset but trying to remain calm. I walk up to the desk and reiterate that you said I can only drink 4 cups which I did Im here waiting still don’t have to pee. So at this time, hes still being rude, so I ask for his name which he states it was Pedro and I explained that Im not waiting here all day to take a test and Im limited to 4 cups, if you need to call the employer go for it. I also mention that he was rude, Ill not be continuing business at this location due to him being rude and disrespectful. I let him know that Ill be reporting him, instantly his attitude changed. I also expressed the fact that this location has 2.0 star rating and bad reviews but yet wonder why. The entire staff and lobby was startled at that point. Pedro then tells me to go to the office, the same one he tells me to “get out of and walk” but Ok and he tried to convince me to stay to test. I declined the offer and explained Ill take my business elsewhere and yes I reported him. Moral of this long story, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION!

The receptionist there is not very helpful. this location has MANY non tech savvy, elderly, spanish speaking patients that can NOT do the self check in. the kiosks are on the opposite side of the room where the EMPLOYEE can or but WILL NOT help. Patients are asking each other for help, sharing SSN and personal information. This is unprofessional and insane. If you cant get someone bilingual to work there then at least get someone that WANTS to help. We are all paying patients and this BAD service wouldnt work for a retail business; why should it be allowed in the medical field. SHAME ON YOU for your greed and hiring incompetent people.
